I cancelled two days before renewal in person both my cars and they still charged me. Then I call and cannot talk to a person and still not resolved. I would be very careful signing up, might think it’s a good deal but then they take advantage of you by not cancelling. I have stopped to talk t ,an after five times and not there and the people there cannot help me. I will be forced to call my visa company and dispute this unless the respond to this post with a way to contact them.

Kenney W is absolutely fantastic! He explained all of car wash packages so that I could choose which one is best for my needs. The temperature was a sweltering 94degrees so he offered us water even though he is the one standing outside assisting customers. He was also very pleasant to my baby girl who said hi to him from the back seat. We will be back for sure!

I’ve been a loyal Take 5 customer for years and even maintained a monthly subscription until this experience. Immediately after exiting the car wash this past weekend, I noticed a crack in my windshield that was not present before entering. I reported it promptly. Despite having camera footage at both the entrance and exit, Take 5 refused to share or allow review of the footage, while simultaneously claiming they reviewed it and concluded the damage was “pre-existing.” That conclusion is speculative and unsupported, especially given that the footage they rely on is withheld unless subpoenaed. They also dismissed my claim by stating that no other vehicles were damaged that day, as if isolated incidents are impossible. Anyone with basic reasoning understands that a single vehicle can be affected by debris (especially when entering behind a large truck with an open bed) without there being widespread equipment malfunction (which was their reasoning for denying responsibility). What is most disappointing is not just the denial, but the way responsibility was avoided through blanket statements and speculation rather than transparency or customer care. No partial resolution, no goodwill gesture, nothing after years of paid loyalty. I canceled my monthly subscription immediately following this decision. I’m sharing this so others are aware: if damage occurs, expect zero accountability and no access to the evidence used to deny your claim. Customer loyalty clearly means very little here.

Nothing worse than an “ai customer service” answering device. Takes customer service out of the equation. Couldn’t connect to a representative for a quick question the ai couldn’t answer. Had to wait for a call back? Was trying to decide where to get my car washed today. I just wanted to know if they had air compressor instruments for dust in the car. The ai couldn’t answer and said I had to wait for a call back. Having someone answer the phone eliminates this.

Helped me picked the right option to get the tornado of a mess off my car. He helped me wipe my car down and gave suggestions on keeping my car clean. I will be back every Sunday …. The automatic system does a good job. Never gets all the brake dust off wheels and the back never gets clean. They use to pre rinse both sides of vehicle but only do the drivers side now. My girlfriend has the same issues with her sedan and she has a membership plan. I did not use the vacuum system.

Update (To the response): I'm good, I'm not calling. I don't need a free wash or any perks. Just wanted to give an honest review of my experience. If you guys fix that issue for your other customers then that's good enough for me. Raising to a 3 star because you replied. God bless Nice people but i ordered the best wash they offered . Wash/ wax tire shine and all I got was soap and water. Ran through twice same thing. Dishonest about services rendered. Won’t be back

If you had to take your car to any car wash place, this is the place to come! You will always see a worker out either answering questions or making your car wash special!
