Sorriest car wash I’ve ever seen. Wheels were still covered in brake dust and bugs covered the entire front bumper of my car from a recent trip. Paid $29 and change for an outside and interior wash. The interior looked fine but the outside was horrible. My husband asked when I got home when I was going to get the car washed and I told him I had just been. He said “they need to get closer to the water!” Will NEVER go back. Sure do miss Sam’s Car Wash.

*Update* After posting my review, I finally received a call back. The manager apologized and told me that I would receive a gift certificate via email to return and get my car cleaned properly. It has been nearly two weeks and I have not received that email. Poor job on interior cleaning and service. When I went to get in the car, I realized it had not been vacuumed anywhere besides the main floorboard area. I had to move my seats and ask them to vacuum around and beneath them. I had to take my utility mats out and request they vacuum under them and wipe them down. I opened the trunk and had to point out that it had not been vacuumed. After vacuuming, there was still visible debris on the floor of the car and in the trunk. The interior clean left visible dirt and dust on the dash, on the center console, the screen, in the cupholders, and on the door. I pointed this out and they slapped at it with a dry rag a couple of times. I gave up and drove a dirty car home, wondering why I'd just paid for something I'd still have to complete myself. I pre-tipped by credit card, assuming they would do a good job. I won't make that mistake again. I sent a customer service email with photos through the website and requested an email response. I received a phone call, instead. When I had a chance to return the call the next day, I left a message. It has been over a week and no one has returned my call. Sub-par experience all around. Won't return.

This place confuses me because they look like they are working hard but my car doesn’t look good after they are done . Second time here and the last time. $42 and my car is still dusty . I don’t understand what I paid for.

Good place to get your car cleaned inside and out. However, they need to spend more time cleaning the door jams and wiping water spots off the car after it sits for 10 minutes.

So frustrated. Everytime i come here, something is not done correctly. Last time it was really bad. Called spoke to management, who said tell them his name, Clay. They would redo car. Today i go back, i asked for Clay, the manager Kyler was there told him my situation. He asked for a receipt. No body said save a receipt. He says no name or record of me. Yet, they called me back when i make the complaint . So im scholling looking for bank statement because you making me feel like i made it up. All i want is my car redone for the almost $40 i paid. Give me coupons but says , i can go back around and get the outside washed only. I paid for full service. Now you pissing me off. Finally you do the car, still not clean, console still dusty, side panels interior still. So i ask for your rag to clean. Instead of tryna look at what i meant , the boy just dabbed it. So i go back to the manager, he wipes and sees what im saying. But he got smart, it aint gonna be perfect, and you got free coupons totalling... I dont need perfect but what the hell are we paying for sir. Coupon aint worth 2 cents if ita still gonna be half ass done. I only want what i paid for. 3 or 4 on a car, aint no way it should not be right. Probably my last time there.

Unfortunately upon waiting in ln line for my wash, the equipment broke down and there were a few young employees running around on cell phone trying to get help. Physical structure of the entry lanes prevented me from easily backing out and leaving while people were stuck in line and in the facility track wash. Been a monthly app client for years and have seen this location have issues several times now. Hope they can improve.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I frequent this Autobell location. I pulled in a prepared the employee who was the manager on duty that I had just visited a drive thru petting zoo and the car was pretty filthy inside and out. I am willing to pay for whatever service will best clean it along with any amount of vacuuming to properly clean up everything. I also added. The service would cost $25 and I added a $15 tip voucher as I knew this would be a lot of vacuuming. Once the car went through the wash to the detailer employee who’d be doing the vacuuming I also prepared him and apologized for house dirty the inside was due to visiting the farm earlier. He seemed a little irritated but also laughed about it. Well as you can see in the pictures attached… he clearly was irritated because he did such a POOR job. This was AFTER they finished “cleaning” the car. And the manager I originally spoke with even helped this employee but this is how they returned the car to me. Still dirty, and I had to take it home and clean it further myself. What a waste of $40. This Autobell just isn’t worth the time or money.

Autobell has changed since I been here. Last time I drove up personnel took my car through the wash. Now I pay, drive through then they request your key it’s dropped in a locked box. Once they finish they still come get you. I had to ask about the freshener it was forgotten to ask me which one I wanted. All in all I tipped anyhow.

It’s so frustrating that at the Church St. location I can never seem to get the guys to do the job I paid for. I get the full exterior with tire gloss and armor all the trim and they always forget to armor all the trim. I have to tell them every single time to do that after they say they are done with the job. Now they have an app that we can pay before we arrive in the armor all of the trim Isn’t even on the app.

I’m thoroughly impressed. These young men took my work truck and darn near made it look like I rolled it off the lot floor. Great attitudes. Time efficient. Listened my needs and pointed me in the right direction with a cleaning package. Didn’t feel like I was getting over sold at all. And cleaned to a T. May not take my vehicle anywhere else after this experience.

I paid 60 dollars for a wash today and I was so disappointed about the wash. My car was half way clean. They left the dirty spot on the car and my wheels. I still couldn’t see out my windows. It was unbelievable. Please don’t waste your time and money

"A Relationship I’m Finally Ending" – 2 Stars Autobell is the bad relationship I’ve let drag on for far too long — the kind where you keep hoping for change, but deep down you know it’s never coming. I got upsold (again) on their “special” Rain-X spray for my windows — which, surprise, never touched my glass. The dog hair I specifically asked them to handle? Still sitting there like a loyal passenger. And the pièce de résistance: instead of drying the car right away, they spent forever vacuuming while the water baked onto the paint in the sun. By the time they got around to wiping it down, the spots were practically part of the finish. Then, just to add insult to injury, I watched them wipe down the dirty wheels and go straight to the paint with the same towel — the automotive equivalent of using your bath towel to clean the toilet. Every visit is the same: empty promises, half-done work, and me driving off annoyed and lighter in the wallet. But this time? I’m not coming back.

I first want to say that I bought the $35 package and tipped both the young men that were cleaning my car. I understand that this is a service not a detail. The customer service is a solid 6/10. It could be better. When I came back to my car I kind of assumed I was gonna get bare minimum work just because of the stigma or stereotype so to speak of being a black woman etc. And Its not busy, no manager in sight and a bunch of young guys working. I pretty much prepared for the worst. From the way Im treated when I enter Autobell to when I exit. All the snickering and giggling as Im walking away from my car when its about to be vacuumed. The way Im treated screams hurry up and get off our lot every time I am at a Auto Bell but I really be wanting my car cleaned and I am super nice or I at least I try to do right by people. I am really trying not to make this racial but its just the truth and I am not oblivious of it instead I prepare for it. I came back and they didn't vacuum the back seat of my car and it was still trash in the car. So instead of complaining, I picked up one of the vacuums myself and just finished the job, got the rest of the trash and even after that I still tipped them. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to AutoBell and its entirety because honestly its happened more than once and I never say anything but this time I just felt like I should. I just want a good car clean like everyone else gets. I would highly urge Autobell to really express to your employees on the importance of bias judgement and customer service as most of the ones I've been to have young adults working them. You can feel when you are being judged or when you are in an enviroment that feels so unwelcoming. Also you dont have to like the customer but we all have a job to do and it is a representation of the company. Just wanted to share my experience today. Have a nice day.

I paid extra for the managers special which included rain x. He also stated they would clean my console area. I paid over $40. The console was still dirty. I pointed it out to them and they wiped out the cup holder and console for the first time. The debris was actually baking powder that spilt. It was nightfall so I wondered how they could see in the dark. The windows the next day were covered in rain x that they did not wipe off. Of course I didn’t notice it until trying to drive the next morning into the sunrise.

My truck was very dirty from driving through a muddy parking lot. I paid extra to get the undercarriage wash and tire gloss since it was muddy. The first time they told me it was ready I pointed out the running boards and mud still on the paint on both sides of the truck. They said it wouldn’t come off so I wiped my finger on the paint and the dirt came off. They did wipe that part off. I asked them to clean the running boards. They tried to vacuum the dirt off. Again they said it wouldn’t come off and told me I would have to pressure wash it. They missed big areas on the tires with the wheel gloss. As you can see in the pictures there is still mud inside the door. I usually get good service, but this time they just acted like they didn't care. I understand, Autobell is not a detailing service and I don’t expect a full detail service but I do expect a decent wash. They did do a decent job on the interior. have had a company account since 2020 for 2 vehicles and we always tip well.
