If I could give this place zero stars I would. Got the $12 car wash and my car is still dirty. There is soap on my car and the dryer turned off halfway through. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to sams express and get 2 car washes for the price and free vacuum. Super disappointed.

I paid for the deluxe wash. I made it through the first stop of the soap. My car was covered, and then the machine stopped. There was no water or anything. I had to drive back through and paid $10 to get the soap rinsed off. I called and left messages but no one answered nor responded. It cost $23 to get my car washed off and was still left with dirt spots.

Put money in and the thing wouldn’t come on. Called the number that was posted for questions or concerns and got the voicemail. This was on on a Friday and here it is Thursday almost 7 days later and no one has even returned my call!!! Bad business practice, went by 3 days ago and the car wash enter and exit signs were just blinking! They haven’t even bothered to go and check on the thing. Most places even if you lose $1.00 they refund your money or returns your calls NOT THIS PLACE. I’ll never go back again

Price was ok got the deluxe wash. Truck wasn't muddy or that dirty just wanted it washed cause I was leaving for vacation. Truck had places all over it where you could see it wasn't washed well and I got 3 scratches in my tailgate that had to be from the car wash cause it's a new truck and wasn't there before I washed it. I would not recommend this place to anyone

We recently visited this car wash and paid for the top of the line package for our vehicle. It completely missed the entire middle section of our truck. Its not due to the height as our truck has been lowered. There is no way to contact the business that I can find online or on their receipt. I give this place 3 thumbs down and will not go back!

1st try got no soap, only a $9.00 rinse. Left message, never returned my call. Tried it again a month later. Supposed to get two was passes. Only got 3/4 of one, never made it to the back of vehicle, soap still in place when told to exit. Owner NEVER returns calls. Don’t waste your money here!

The machine took my money and I did not receive a car wash. I called the number they have posted and never heard back. Unknown to each other, the same thing happened to my husband. We understand machines malfunction, but at least return the customers phone call. Big rip off. Great car wash at Walmart shopping center ( near Academy Sports).

Have used it twice. First time it didn't get the back of my car clean at all. Second time I chose the $12 ultimate wash and all it did was spray my car as I entered. Have been trying to call the number to speak with someone about it, left multiple voicemails, and no one has returned my calls.

I should've read these reviews before I went. The worst car wash I've ever experienced. The garden hose at home would've done a better job, I'm being very honest. $10 and it literally just sprayed water on my car and said goodbye. Save your money!

Overall, it's a pretty good self-service car wash; It is also supposedly a minimal water use/water efficient car wash, but I cannot confirm that for sure. Seems like it needs a bit more periodic maintenance though; some of the nozzles and turrets don't spray correctly - or at all - and some of the bristles on the car brushes and rollers have become both worn and soiled. Would have given five stars if the machinery were better maintained and regularly serviced. That's really all it would take.

Paid for the 12 dollar wash and my car is still dirty. I'd love a refund but I doubt I'll get that. Seemed like I was there for 2 minutes and it was already done washing. Not worth the money and a rip off. Will never use again. Wish I would've read the reviews before I went.

Wish I had read the reviews before going to this car wash. All it did was rinse my car off for $10. Brushes did not move at all. And when I called the number it just rang and rang and rang. No voice mail nothing, I feel as though I've been ripped off like the other people on here. My recommendation is to never go to this car wash and to the owner of this, if your car wash is not working properly then you need to correct that. Either by posting something that it's closed for repairs. And I think a reimbursement of people's money for this is in order. Might even be a good idea to go out and check your car wash ever now and then.

I got the $13 deluxe car wash and the machine quit working while my car was still covered in soap suds. I called them and left a message to let them know about the maintenance issue. No call back. I had to go to auto bell (highly recommended!) and get another car wash to wash the soap off my car. I waited a couple weeks to post this review to give them ample time to call me back. Yet, they did not.
