I was delighted to see the New Willow Oaks BP across from Publix. Immediately it became intolerable. Owner has never placed towels, water, and brush at pumps to clean windshield. (cheap, cheap). All other BPs & non-BPs charge $2.59 gal for reg since the hurricane Harvey. Willow oaks charges $2.69. How can BP rationalize this? Don't even think about buying anything inside.Charlotte and Concord, you can expect this BP to charge at least $3.00 gal with Irma approaching.

Main store manager tried to up sell me. Smh. Loser. I went in to buy two 3$ lotto tickets. The man said I had to spend ten dollars to get the tickets. No I don't. I'll buy them someplace else. Lost my business.

This used to be my favorite gas station until today! The staff here is amazing but the management is horrible ! I used the car wash and it stopped working and my car was covered in soap so I asked for a refund the manager yelled at me and told me to never return because I requested a refund ! I literally go here all the time and I’m always nice so I was in shock at how I was treated by the manager so sad!

The staff at Willow Oaks is amazing! I have never been treated so nicely (at a gas station of all places). I needed a special product that most gas stations are currently out of. I stopped there for the first time to check them out. Amit, the owner, took the time to locate my product. He actually texted me the same night and not only found the product, but had it at his store that same night. Unbelievable! Like I said, I am not use to that level of concern from a convenient store. A++++++

Car wash was ineffective. I thought it was broken so went inside and requested a refund. Man behind counter told me I need to wipe the whole car down after the car wash in order to clean it. Why pay for an “automatic” car wash if you have to wipe it down yourself to clean it? My refund request was denied and the employee was unprofessional and rude. Disappointing.

79 cent sodas, best restroom of any gas station I've ever visited, nice employees, and quick service. Great location! only advice is clean, free windshield scrub at the pumps. Doesn't affect me much but I have seen others impacted.

I drive an f250 diesel. I went in to buy some DEF. I picked up a 2.5 gal jug, take it to the register and price rings up over $11.00 after tax. The price on the shelf was clearly marked 8.59. I let the lady know, but she didn't care and said the $11.00+ was what they were going to charge. It isn't the $3.00, it's the principle. I have no problem taking my money somewhere else...

One of the best gas stations in Concord/Charlotte!! Have been coming to this station for years. Decided to finally leave a comment. Imo, one of the best stations around. They consistently have some of the best gas prices, the inside is always clean, and I've always been treated very well by the staff and the owner(s). Rarely ever find the gas pumps out of paper towels (in the window washing station) nor empty of receipt paper (which seems to happen somewhat frequently at many other stations). Read several of the 1* reviews, and I certainly feel bad for the folks who didn't have a good visit here, but I can only say I've never been treated poorly here (prob have visited this station x2/mnth for the last 5 years), although I only go inside about 25% of the time. Check the pics. The place ALWAYS looks this clean and organized. They usually have 2 cashiers during busy times and I'm always in and out within a minute.

Clean establishment. But today for some reason today the Manager or Owner was extremely nasty /rude to me. I’ve been going to this station for months now. Randomly today the guy ask for Id, which isn’t a big deal. Then I noticed the manager. I asked him to tell the attendant I’m good to go. Since he knows me and usually rings me up. Instead he told me I better have my ID every time, with a rude demeanor. Then proceeded to tell me I don’t need to come to the store? Totally shocked I couldn’t believe it. That he would address a paying customer like that.To me customer service is very important. They need a lot of help in that department. They rarely say hello and never give you a bag unless you ask. “Cheap Skates” . Ill start taking my business elsewhere now.

Very rude people working here. I just came here to get gas before my appointment and I tried to put in my Harris Teeter vic number but the card reader kept messing up. I asked the cashier to start it over so I could try again and the manager came and fixed it. I started putting in my number again and the card machine canceled the transaction. I stated that the machine wasn't working properly. The manager proceeded to step away from me, look at me strangely and ask "are you okay?" I'm confused as to why he asked me that when all I was trying to do was use my vic points to save money on gas. He looked at me like I was a drug addict, I told him that I'm fine and that I'm not on drugs, just trying to get gas and be on my way. I also questioned why he was asking me that. If I'm gonna get racist micro aggressive responses from the people that work here I'll just start getting my gas elsewhere.

This is the nicest gas station in Concord. They keep the store clean and things are always stocked. Only complaint would be paper towels at the pumps are empty 1/2 the time.

This gas station overcharges and hides costs everywhere. Their dip is always more expensive than anyone else around the area. They will never charge you for a roll they will always ring up 5 cans separately. If you purchase a car wash from the pump it charges you $2 more than if you purchase at the actual car wash terminal. Terminal charges $13 for the extreme shine but if you select it at the pump it charges you $15. You don’t realize until it prints your receipt so they are hoping you don’t notice the price increase at the pump.

I just stopped at this VBP and hot gas and a car wash. I went to use the vacuum. Put my quarters in. It did not work. So I asked the attendant, did they know that the vacuum wasn't working? She said, no, and that they would put a sign out. Did not offer to refund my money. What the hell? How many other people have put quarters in there? And nobody has done anything about it, so that's just free money for them.

I’ve used the touchless car wash at this location many times since I moved to the area in 2021. It’s been great until the last few times. A few months ago, I paid for the $11.00 car wash, and the cycle ended without completely rinsing my vehicle. I had suds all over my vehicle. I went to the clerk, and she said that I should just pay for the $13.00 car wash which seems to be working better. So she refunded my $11.00, and I paid for the $13.00 and got the same result. I was refunded my money for that wash as well. So, I waited about a month before going back, to give them enough time to fix it. I just went back today and paid for the $13.00, which included the undercarriage wash. I witnessed the undercarriage wash work on the truck before me. But, when I drove into the wash bay, the undercarriage wash didn’t come one. After the cycle finished, I went into the clerk and informed him. He got the manager/owner, who walked out to my vehicle with me. He looked at my vehicle and said that the wash worked. I told him again that the undercarriage wash didn’t come on. He told me that I was the first person to complain about the car wash. I told him about the previous issues with the car wash, and he basically told me that he didn’t believe me. We ended up saying some unpleasantries to each other, and I’ve decided to never go back. So, waste your money here if you want. The owner/manager is a jerk, and you should spend your money at a place that values its customers and doesn’t assume people are lying to get something free. I can certainly afford a $13 car wash. I just want what I paid for.

Don't use the car wash. After applying the car polish wax it said I was done and booted me out of the wash. The manager was nice and saw the issue and ordered a new one and waited while I went thru a second time. But I had to go home and rinse off soap it didn't manage to get off. Was quite a mess when I got home.

Best gas station around! The owner/manager is so nice. He is friendly and always has a nice attitude! I’ve always had a pleasant shopping experience and the store is ALWAYS stocked. They have a great selection in beer and everything else you need. He constantly has his store super clean and power washes the outside weekly seems like. I HIGHLY recommended this store to anyone! I have never been to a cleaner store than this one! Also this gas station has an EV charging station that sits in a well lit location.

Such a bad attitude by everyone that works there, including the owners. If you walk in with winning lottery tickets, they will make you wait until there’s not a single customer left in the store before they will even acknowledge you or assist you. Very rude, very inconsiderate. Plenty of other gas stations around with better prices and more friendly attitudes.
