Normally it’s pretty fast, but sometimes people who have no clue how to use the self check out end up making things longer for everyone in line. Which is frustrating because it’s supposed to speed up buying something. If you are trying to buy beer or cigarettes you shouldn’t go into that line and have to wait for a cashier… you know you already need to show your ID so it’s just stupid to even bother standing there and wasting all our time. Literally takes me five seconds, have your payment method out and go.

I got gas here only one time and used my debit card at the pump and it got skimmed. Whoever took my card info was trying to spend it at other Circle K locations. Not sure if the managers here are stealing the info or if they're letting people tamper the pumps but do not use your card here!

Tonight at 10:30pm on 3/18/2022, how can this store location put up a sign on the door stating that they are closed during the overnight shift due to staffing shortage.... it's 10:30pm. That does not count as the overnight shift. Also, if you're going to close a store location...then how is one to purchase gas at cash price? If you're going to be closed...you can't force people to pay credit/debit card prices. Come on circle k... you've got to do better! If you don't have staff....the manager should be working then!

I am a frequent customer. Who doesn't complain but once I'm standing at the Register for more than 5 minutes. And I'm saying hello, anybody here. And then have to physically walk to your storage room and say Hey. Can I get service and the gentleman tells me... I heard you! common courtesy in any customer service should be one moment I'm coming. Not ignore me just Rude to the Gentlemen working the 3rd shift on 10/20/23 @ 1 a.m NEEDS A TAD BIT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!

Came here to buy a Viva zen 2 days ago and I was told that they don't have any. I asked the cashier if they've looked in storage and he just said "I don't think so. sorry." Then he looked at the person behind me in line and said " I can help who's next" before I even had a chance to say anything back. Just because there's 3 or 4 people in line doesn't mean you should just hurry through the line and be rude and very unhelpful.

This place has given their last care for customers. I'm seeing lazier and ruder people get hired and the bar gets lowered each time I step in. To top it all off you have employees with smart mouths instead of being helpful. Yelling at each other from one end of the store to the other when a customer has a problem. Now outright refusing service in an attempt to make people use the AI checkout that still has bugs that need to be worked out. I'm definitely taking a few extra minutes to go somewhere else instead of dealing with this infuriating incompetence again.

I went to this place yesterday, and the lady who helped me was very rude, she asked me for my ID, I gave it to her and she didn't accept it, she told me she wanted to see my passport or give her another ID, I told her my information and she said, you're not coming here to do my job, I've been to other Circle stores and I never have any problems, the lady had a bad day and takes it out on the customers or was she just racist for being Latina, I will not go back to a place where they treat me badly.

As a 38-year-old woman, I had a very disappointing experience at this gas station due to the behavior of a young employee. This worker clearly does not appreciate her job and lacks basic customer service skills. When I purchased a 2L drink, I had to ask for a bag, which she threw on the table in a dismissive manner. When I addressed her behavior, she chose to argue with me, saying it "wasn't that deep," which I found extremely disrespectful. This kind of attitude is unacceptable!

This is by far the worst gas station in the area. The employees are very rude. They’re always out of stock of simple items and nobody seems to care. Every time I go into this store the line is always long because the staff is either training a new person (because they can never keep an employee more than a couple weeks it seems) or they’re just super slow. There’s not a sense of urgency in this place whatsoever. I live near this gas station, but will drive right pass them to go to the QT right down the street. I wouldn’t buy a pack of gum from this store!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this so called conscience store. There’s absolutely NOTHING convenient about it.

Tell me why it takes 2 hours to clean 2 restrooms?? Sign on door says they are closed from 2am-4am to clean restrooms 🤔 I've worked retail all my life and even if I scrubbed the floors in the bathrooms it wouldn't take 2 hours 🤨🙄😮💨😒 NOT OPEN 24 HOURS SINCE THEY ARE CLOSED EVERY MORNING FROM 2AM-4AM FOR WHATEVER THE SIGN SAYS NOW

Terrible experience here, the customer service is just awful. I had pretty simple requests. Are the drinks 2/$3 or no when mix/matched? Is the lottery cash only? I was met with confusion, lack of understanding, and dumbfounded faces. I was asked “what do you mean is it cash only” and so I had to break it down like I was explaining to a kindergartner what cash only meant for lottery. It should be self explanatory and common sense, especially for a gas station clerk. The first worker walked off in the middle of doing my order. The second worker I had to ask just to give me a freaking bag when I was purchasing alcohol and lottery tickets. Acted like it was so hard to do 2 simple tasks. And then the part that made me decide never to come here again unless necessary, the worker proceeded to give me my dollar of change back in quarters saying “I can’t give you all my ones”. When I proceed to tell him I wasn’t given any ones at all, he gestures to my $5 dollar bill as if that’s in any way similar to a one dollar bill. This man had the change in his till but gave me actual quarters instead of one singular dollar bill. Awful customer service and training needs to be redone for the current male and female night shift workers. Please do better. Their nonchalant attitude and lack of work ethic and common sense understanding was utterly embarrassing. I don’t need smiles and friendship, but I DO need workers to do their job point blank period. If they cannot or don’t know how to, please train others to replace them. Terrible service.

This store is the closest store to the new Amazon warehouse. Routes begin at 3:15 am. This store loses a lot of money due to the fact that on certain days not all days, they will close the store from 3 to 4 might want to change that to 2 to 3 because you’re losing all of the Amazon drivers by being closed

You would think the parking lot would look better considering the cashier doesn't even have to ring you up. The trash cans are constantly overflowing and the parking lot littered with trash.

Usually this location is well stocked and the gas prices are usually a penny or two less than the neighboring gas stations. Just an FYI for anybody that will patronize this location, today around 10:30 in the morning every single fuel pump with the exception of one that was out of service had an Amazon delivery vehicle as well as the parking lot was full of Amazon delivery vehicles getting fuel, mostly blocking traffic and exchanging packages between vans. Now I understand there is a large Amazon facility very near this location and I can certainly understand the fleet of trucks needing to get fuel before they leave for their deliveries, but do not take up every single fuel pump preventing other customers from getting fuel and do not do package sorting in the parking lot or while you are filling up as it takes additional time away from the pump for other customers. Package sorting needs to be done at the Amazon warehouse. I am unsure if this is a daily activity but I would imagine it is since Amazon delivers packages everyday. Again this is just an FYI.

Honestly one of the worst Circle K locations in the area. Ever since they installed the self checkout, cashiers just sit around behind the self checkout instead of using the open register to help additional customers. Super aggravating especially when there are 4 employees behind the counter on their phones and a line of 10 people waiting. Will be making the extra drive to avoid this location.

Visited this location 2x in the past week to get my daughter a slurpee in the afternoon around 2. Both times 2 females working behind the counter were extremely rude and seemed quite bothered by everyone in line. We have used the self service before at other locations and before we even had a chance to put our items on the platform, the young female said rudely set your things down. She needs to get a job where she doesn't work with people. That or maybe get some more training. I'll avoid this location from now on.

Please be careful my credit card was skimmed by this location. Do not use your credit/debit card at the pump. I go to a lot of Circle K locations and this is by far the rudest, dirtiest, and stinkiest Circle K I've ever been to. I will be going to QT from now on where I know my card is safe. If I could give zero Stars I would

Stopped in to get a quick drink and snack, was immediately assaulted by what smells like rancid mop water. Store was busy with only one register open, but he was busy obviously selling the entire lottery to 2 women who could not make up their minds on what they wanted. Instead of calling someone else (and there were other employees) the cashier just let the line build up to the back of the store, leaving us all in limbo. After standing there about 7 minutes further I decided it wasn't worth it and left along with some other people in line with me. Don't come here unless you like the smell of rancid mop water and don't mind standing in line for 10 or 20 minutes.
