When I purchased my new vehicle I was wondering how I would maintain the upkeep with having a small child and Interior Exterior Finesse Detailing was the answer. On my first appointment, Johnathan came out and assessed what needed to be down. He clearly explained not only the best option for my needs but also the most cost effective option to meet my budget. Every since then I have been hooked, as a monthly regular customer I can depend on them to thoroughly detail (sanitize) my vehicle and its in a condition better than when I purchased it from the dealership. There is never a time where I have to call and ask where they are because on every appointment at my designated time slow they arrive early and ready to start working. This company if effective, detail oriented and by far the BEST in Charlotte and surrounding areas. Thank you for the services you provide and the consistent quality detailing. I trust no one else with my car.

Absolutely would never recommend this place! Damage to my seat was done and no solution was offered to fix it besides quote on quote “take it to the dealership” which would mean I pay for this mistake him and his co worker made. Not to mention a time was set for me to drop off my keys which was not to be of truth ended having to wait. Also while having my car texting me telling me my car is saying transmission failure which my car has never had any problems. My problem now just looking to save others.

I’m so glad I found this place on Google! The reviews are true! I was very impressed with the outcome of our interior shampoo and full detailing. We have a lot of compartments in our minivan and every one of them was cleaned thoroughly. It made our van feel brand new and it’s been almost a week and my car still smells brand new! I will be back to maintain the cleanliness!

We had our 38 ft rv washed and waxed by this company. Stellar work would be an understatement. Our coach is 25 years old and paint had oxidized over time due to previous owners not properly caring for her exterior. We found this company on Facebook and was sooooooo pleased. When we got it back it looked great. We only could afford the first step to get her back to her original glory but are saving to take her back. Even with this however she left with a shine. Can’t wait to use him again and see even more improvement. Not an easy job but he did amazing and was so kind. Great price as well! If ur on the fence, use him. He knows his stuff !

I bought a new suv and wanted to protect my investment with a ceramic coating. I watched the whole process and Jonathan showed me how it is done. First of all, it is all about the prep and experience that makes the difference. The products were high quality and the finished product made the paint look like glass. I was shown the glue and stuff that was not taken off with the dealer prep, unreal. Interior Exterior Finesse is very professional and I will be a customer for life.

Owner is awesome and so accommodating, and provides great prices for the quality of work. We had some type of paint/tar spray all over the side of a 15-passenger van and he was able to completely remove it without damaging the paint or anything else. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding what he does.

Jonathan and his entire team are highly experienced with impeccable customer service. My 2022 Lexus had major and minor scratches over the entire car from our one and only ice storm this year. A neighbor child thought he would help remove the coating of ice with a closed umbrella. Not certain what magic Jonathan possesses but my car looks superb! Inside and out! Such an amazing experience! I had two suvs survived and we have multiple children so our cats were filthy!
