5 star customer service but wash is lacking. Left my car with a handful of dirty spots. The attendant was nice enough to let me run the car through for a 2nd wash but it didn't help much. I expected more for a $20 car wash.

A bit confusing getting in & out of here, only five stalls & the Mat Washer is located in the back away from the stalls. Does a debt job washing the car but I wish the dryers would work better. My car hasn't been all the way dry the times I've used this Tommy's.

Meh.. will be cancelling the membership. Tried a few different cars here, one with their best wash plan, and none got cleaned well. The cars come in dirty and drive out dirty. Photos posted here were right after the wash. I ran it through again and it's still dirty in the same areas. Back doesnt get cleaned well, neither do wheel wells or parts of the sides. I ran a Mustang through twice as well and it was a similar experience. There are no staff members guiding you in, or pre cleaning the car, spraying it down, so it seems dirt is just left in place. Way too costly for the poor wash quality. The cheaper places seem to do a better job, which really surprised me.

At first I thought it was great. Then I noticed all the little scratches in my paint. The scratches got worse the more I used the wash, and finally a huge scratch all the way down the side of the truck was the last straw! They don’t power wash the sides of the vehicle with enough water to get dirt/sand off the cars and trucks. It ends up sticking to the brushes that beat on your car and scratching your finish. If you love your new car, skip this place. You’ll never get that finish back!

It was okay, I feel like a lot of suds was left on my car. Also the guy that's guiding people into the car wash probably shouldn't be playing on his phone. I'll try it a couple more times but not all that impressed for the first go.

I would give this zero stars if it was an option. The quality is horrible. I went through twice and several missed spots on my car and I got the works. My tires were still dirty and there was still serval spots I could wipe with a cloth and have it come clean as pictured below. I called customer service and the lady was so rude and was like it’s not our problem if the machines don’t work to clean your car. Seriously?!! You shouldn’t have a business if you can’t guarantee your work and quality!

I’ve been taking my car here for some time. This winter, I decided to try some Kock Chemie Active Foam on my rockers, hatch and wheels. I do this to prevent scratches, which any wash will do, this one included. They told me I couldn’t come through. I understand why they don’t want me to come through. That when said, I won’t be coming here anymore.

Just got a wash, happened to be in a neighborhood where one was. I was impressed. Quick, nice staff. Efficient equipment. Wash was much better than the ones where someone is there to dry and when I drive off there are so many missed dirt spots like soap and water didn't hit it. I would go back again.

I paid the works and my driver side looked ok but my passenger side looked untouched. I left and went back to work about a mile or 2 from there. I was only at for about 30-60 minutes before I saw the passenger side. I drove back and was told that since I left the premises they wouldn’t run my car through the wash again to clean the passenger. So much for paying $35 for a quality.

Not the best experience I've had with an auto car wash, when they say "express" they want you in and out in 30 seconds. No ones there to power wash the built up mud or snow under my wheel wells, still had salt streaks after my wash, no guide rails on the tracks so I had no clue if my car was veering left or right, no distance spacing for cars in the wash either. Save your money and get a quality wash at Pauls Auto Wash or even Jaks.

The way the wash is designed the cleaning apparatus cannot fully clean the backs of SUVs or pickups. You will end up with a 12”-24” dirt racing stripe down the back of your vehicle.

Terrible place to get your car washed this girl and black guy was sooo rude. And im very wealth. Let the young man in front of me car hit another car on the washing belt that's red that pushes the cars forward. They should be fired it's there fault. The customer is always rite. I will not be back cause I witnessed this.

I always receive a good car wash. Vacuuming is free. Interior cleaning supplies are available for an additional small fee. I bring my own cloth for wiping the inside of my car just because I found cloths I like.

I have 4 card with runing memberships. One of them is my pick up truck. I always have to wait an extra car or two going in ahead of me because I have been told that my plate is hard to read. However, today I was there with one of my other cars, a mid-size sedan. After waiting for two cars to go ahead of me, I signaled the guy at the window and he told me to wait. After two or three more cars got in, I tapped my horn, after which the guy lifted his pointer finger and told me " You need to wait, I am busy". After two more cars went in, I got really pissed leaned on my horn and got out of the car to check what in the world was going on. At that moment, they opened the barrier and let me in The manager approached me and started scalding me on my behavior without taking any responsibility for his employee incompetence. At his point I've had it. I bypassed the car wash and went on my way. Needless to say, I immediately canceled all of my memberships. There are plenty of other car washes near me. What happened to "The customer is always right"? I run my own business, and would never allow any of this nonsense.

I used to really enjoy the service at this location but it sucks now. The sprayer on the driver side almost never gets the car cleaned and you have to go back in line and have the car re-washed, only one side of the dual vacuum works for the 5 stations that they have of which they allow non-customers the same access as those paying, which is a problem since they only have 5 stations to clean the car, but lately the most irritating thing is waiting in a long member/app line to get mid-way thru and the app stops working or they have you back up and move to the same line as those paying cash. If I wanted to wait In that line I wouldn’t be paying for a membership. They already don’t have enough locations in the metro area so Jax is looking like the better option. This will be my last month of service with Tommy’s. Some of their other locations are better because they’re bigger but they’re too far and I’m not driving to Canton or Southgate to wash my car.

The cool thing about a subscription is that you can go right back around when it doesn’t clean your car completely. There are often missed spots with any wrangler going thru an automatic wash but because nobody sprays your car as you enter, these spots stay untouched no matter how many times you go in. 2 stars is a bit harsh but there aren’t enough locations to justify paying for a subscription when it doesn’t clean my vehicle at all. Maybe it does better on other vehicles but fenders, the entire rear, wheels, door handles, window edges and gas cap always have missed spots.

Paid $16 for what I thought was a carwash but barely cleaned any of the salt off as you can see from the photo of the front of the car. The entire machine also just stopped when my car was about to pass through the drying stage. So now I have water streaks. There were car stuck inside. Not worth the price. The people who worked there were very friendly though.
