Service was horrible!!!! My membership is for insid & out... they didn't clean my windows, didn't wipe down my dash board.. didn't clean my door jams... I had to get back in line & while the manager redid everything.. my time is valuable... this is the norm for Jax... I leave reviews... I even contact privately still service at every location I go to is horrible

Today’s interior service was excellent. The guys really took their time. The quality of service really depends on who’s working that day. I am an unlimited club member, so I qualify for both int/ ext service..Unfortunately, the exterior service wasn’t well. The guys drying my car with towels Didn’t tell me the car was still really dirty … dirt all around the wheels …dirt on the doors … dirt on the license plate. They should’ve directed me to rewash… I got all the way to the other side of town, just to see my car was still dirty. The service with unlimited club includes tire shine, yet I was not given any tire shine. The manager who was very disrespectful last week. Was walking around, not speaking. Jax car wash used to have a friendly family environment.🙃

Interior and exterior car wash. Cars are tall dry however the front of the vehicles and the rear of the vehicle vehicles are never tiled off. Which leaves it water spot and in the rear, sometimes not fully cleaned otherwise the ease and the promptness to have services done are pleasing.

Guy at the entrance is Great. The guys that ‘towel dry “ do an awful job. Leaving streaks all over my black Cadillac. And very rude. I usually go to the Oak Park location and Wii do so. I was just in that area. I wash my car daily, as an apartment dweller.

I paid $20. for the "almost everything exterior wash" and it "almost" washed my car. Granted it's been snowing here and all but for $20. I kind of expected my car to be at least clean, it was not. Dirty sections around the plastic molding on the sides, and the rear of the car was terrible, front wasn't really great either. I'm not a fan of Jax over inflated car wash prices for nothing. I wouldn't recommend them. To be honest, you get the exact same clean at the $5. car wash.

EVERY TIME No fail. All 3 pick-up trucks I have had including my current. Can bet $$$$ my tailgate will be just as dirty when I leave after a wash with a smile 😃. But hey it's not just at this one. It happens at the one by Oakland University all the time, that's if you don't get stuck in the tunnel. But hey I gotta keep my truck clean. It sucks. I would go somewhere else but there's no other chain that's in my travels so I'm stuck.

The service from all the personnel at JAX in Royal Oak, is excellent. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The difference of that particular car was from others around Metro Detroit is that the equipment is dated. As a note of comparison, the JAX on Greenfield in Oak Park is fairly new and does a great job of cleaning the car.

This location pales in comparison to the others. Every time I come here there’s an issue reading my license plate that I do not experience at any other location. It’s quite frustrating to hold up the line each time for an issue that’s not your fault and seemingly could be fixed by programming the system to acknowledge out of state license plates. It’s not a complicated issue. But to expect me to have to go back into the office to get a sticker to put in my window when it’s not required elsewhere is pretty lame. I even asked if they would prepare the sticker while my car is being washed so I could just grab it when it’s over. They said no. I’m just going to save my visits for actual locations that have working license plates identification systems. Clearly this one doesn’t

The folks at the Woodward location are always rude for some reason. I don't understand it. I've visited maybe 3 times and each time the staff is rude. The other day one guy tapped on my window with his hose and demanded to see my receipt even after I'd already gotten through the kiosks. I'm actually a monthly paying member but I found his actions and demeanor very off-putting. The ppl at the Warren location are much nicer. That's where I tend to go often. I only end up at the Woodward location on occasions when I'm in the area.

The cleaning experience is good and it’s very nice to seasonally get salt off our vehicles. However the absolute worst part is the traffic jam of cars doing the same, tight turns to get the vehicle into the car wash especially for larger vehicles like a full size truck. Would be a much better experience if cars were processed faster, lines were shorter and easy in/out access.

Signed up for the interior detailing package. One of the guys is really sick and hardly move he sweating profusely. I gave them a $40 tip and didn’t even think to check the trunk before I left. It is absolutely filthy.

Horrible experience. My car wasn’t clean when I left. Tried calling several times no one called me back. I got the almost everything package which was $20. The guy that was rinsing the cars sprayed very minimal water on the car. My windows look horrible. This is not the first nor second time this has happened. Don’t waste your money. I didn’t have the option to give 0 stars
