I absolutely love this car wash I recently changed from going to Tommy’s out in Westland to coming here to magic touch the monthly price is way more affordable and they actually towel dry your vehicle. The wash comes out great every time I use them at least once or twice a week . i’ve been seeing the same guys working here outside for a while now, so they must be a great employer that definitely means a lot not changing staff I mean they stand behind the quality of their car wash and treat their employees very well consistency is key. shout out to the manager for doing follow-ups on the reviews. Keep doing your thing.

This car wash is amazing the kindness you experience the moment you drive in the courtesy greeting you with cold waters candy dash wipes window washing & mat cleaning oh I don’t want to forget to mention the air freshener . The crew is top notch from the guys & girls at the entrance to the towel dryers at the end this is and amazing establishment job well done to the owner and your great professional staff the place is clean they even thank the city of Redford on the digital sign out front. 👍🏻👍👍🏾 Thank you stay magical.

I highly recommend this car wash, been coming to this place past 3+ yrs. The staff are always so welcoming with a smile and helpful hands. Always fun for the kids! I highly recommend. They have water, candy, tips, and dash wipes all the time. If you're a creative dad, you can make this a special reward for the little kids. Been taking my 6 year old here for 4 years now and she absolutely loves it!

My truck gets dirty very easily due to being a work truck, and in this winter weather gets coated in that road salt which rusts your paint. Every time I come here I am met with great customer service care, respect and amazing service. My car comes out SHINING every time, I’m always given candies and bottles and wet wipes for the dash. They always have the best manner and consistency. They gave me a FREE first month of unlimited platinum washes after I subscribed, this is one of few places that actually have great quality and service paired with amazing customer care responsibility. Amazing place would always recommend. Their staff are amazing.

It was my first time here and Max took great care of me. I have had bad experiences at car washes before but this place is awesome. Max gave me water and candy and gave me a month of free car washes. I’ve never seen my car look so good before and they also washed my floor mats for free! Thanks again to Max for doing such a great job while multi tasking with other customers.

I have always had a spectacular experience at this car wash. Even after moving further away, I still go out of my way to bring my vehicles here because the service is consistently excellent. Today, I decided to vacuum my interior. As I pulled in and started taking my mats out, I was approached by Quan, who kindly offered to wipe down my interior windows. After noticing that I’m pregnant, he took initiative and grabbed a coworker and they insisted on vacuuming for me and took my rubber mats to be sprayed clean. When they saw I was preparing to wipe down the interior myself, they brought over towels and spray bottles and encouraged me to sit and rest while they handled everything. Quan continued to check in and ask if I needed anything else and didn’t hesitate to help with any request. They even gave me an air freshener at the end. I truly appreciate this act of kindness—especially during Ramadan, after a long day of fasting and feeling tired. Their thoughtfulness meant more than they probably realize. Exceptional service and even better people.
