The guy spent 2 hours on .y car .He dulled my rims. And then told me it was 40 dollars, he said he can charge what he want After all that time my truck k still wasn't vaccum completely.

I have been coming to this hand car wash for years. When I lived in Belleville, I would drive all the way to Detroit to get my hair done and a hand car wash from Scotty B’s. They hand wash the inside and outside of your car, when I say at an affordable rate, I mean unmatched rate for the service provided. Every time I come, vehicles are lined up. So worth the time and drive. 5 stars every day all day.

If there was a negative star to give Scotty B and his staff for the type of treatment I received today I would. When it Washington get my car cleaned on the inside, I asked the young for a coworker who has serviced me before. However, I had forgotten the young guys name. I told the attendant I did not want to be service by him because the last time I was there he did not do a good job and my SUV had to be reserviced by his "boss" I assumed and another worker. Apparently he got offended and because rude and befan talking about me to his fellow co-workers. When his "boss" approached my vehicle I stated don't I have the right to be service by whom I choose? He instantly got disrespectful and told guys get her out of here. When I tried to pay for at least getting the outside done the "boss" told his employee not to take my money. I had to ask them to wipe the water off my car and I still left a tip. The workers (some) smoke, hygiene is less to be desired and that's putting it nicely, and very rude. This was my experience. When a customer pays and tips really well, the service MUST be impeccable!

Always 10/10 Its a wait, possibly 30-45 min, buy to me its worth the wait. It takes time to do a detailed job. Price is affordable for what you get. If you’re not satisfied they have no problem with fixing the issue. Love this place and the customer services rendered ❤️💯

After almost 45 minutes of them washing my car they spent another 30 minutes cleaning missed spots. It was ridiculous. They even forgot to clean my windows. I'm ran my fingers and wit my initials on the dirt just so they know where to go back and wash. Was given the "all done" three times. The last time, I looked down and they had missed a half a tire of Armor All. 😔

Great until some new guy scratched up ALL of my windows and the company refused to take responsibility instead offering me crazy nonsensical excuses and lies. I was a loyal customer. Im beyond disappointed.
