They don't scrub your car. Very little soap comes out to clean your car. Tried to cancel my membership online and it kept saying unavailable. When I called to cancel my membership the lady who answered kept saying I had to cancel online. Very unprofessional.

My car was on the track & it pushed my car into a truck, I called the number they gave me and some lady said that she was going to get back to me, she never did, when I called back she blocked my number. I called from another number and she acted like she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me, then blocked the number!!!

Every time I have went there. There is always one person working. When there was extra help they would leave. The owner has not updated the equipment. Have three car vacuum and only one was working all summer. He has added a new sign and put hoses on all three vacuum that was suppose to be replaced. All beat up . You put coins they fall in, I mean fall in and you can see them from vandilism. By adding new sign more people are coming again. I am giving the stars to the manger. Who is not being paid for keeping this car wash open for the shape it is in. Clientele is increasing. People are coming because he a professional. Does all the work by himself. Wash the car. I mean cleaning the rims. Then drying the car and spraying the tire gloss. Your car looks new. The car wash up above them has changed to automations. Drive up read instructions, pick what What you Put You're money on machine. Car is washed, rim are still dirty and machine spray the tire and you keep moving. And I am not afraid to say I bet he is not being paid minimum wage. He opens up, cleans cars and close up alone. Can you imagine doing 10 car's or more buy yourself. The owner has another one on 8 mile super nice and plenty of help. Went back three times in April 2022. I guess owner didn't like being exposed. Manger gone. Three new ones and one is woman. Not a happy crew act like it's chore. Just something to do. Well I will not going back.

Car was still dirty when I left, and I paid $12 for their best wash. Mirrors were streaked, and I had some kind of green liquid running from my car for almost a week. I had to go somewhere else and pay more money to actually get my car clean.

This car wash is nice! They actually wash it with a scrubber and spray it, dry it at the end and everything!! They gave me a free air freshener too, so that was really nice!

Just left from the Fast Splash on Plymouth and they got my red charger looking soooo good! This the only fast splash I go to. The guys are nice and fast!

Worst car wash ever. Made the mistake of getting their deluxe wash and tipped. When I got to my destination less then a mile away I looked at the car. They didn't clean the wheels, back or bottom of car. Half the wash system was running dry. There was no reason other than laziness as there were no other cars at the car wash. Will never use again.

Holy moly, what amazing service! They were so thorough in the pre wash prep, and the hand towel dry really topped it all off. This is definitely one of the best car wash chains in the area. And the membership is such a great perk!

I went to the one on Plymouth Rd in Redford & those guys did an amazing job. They took their time to really rinse the dirt off before going through the wash. The other locations rush you through leaving dirt everywhere. They even wiped the car with dry towels & cleaned my wheels. I'll start going to this location more often if not all the time.
