So my wife’s silver Jeep was painted by birds while we went out of town and the people at this car wash took as much time as it needed to clean it off and everyone was super friendly. So after hers came out nice and clean I grabbed my white ram truck and they did an even better job on my truck. Awesome service matched with people skills and a smile. I like to go to the same car wash each week and don’t like having to jump around. After recently moving back to this area I had a hard time finding a car wash. This place is as solid and nice as it gets. The amenities they offer go beyond the average places I’ve been to. Everyone is super nice and the wash does a great job on my vehicle every time. You should use this place if you are in the area.

I used to be a member at Jax car wash for about 20 years. I live in Farmington Hills and I found this car wash, which was actually closer than I need. Jax was to me. The car wash itself is excellent even if you buy the smallest package. It is five dollars less than Jax . The Team workers who dry your car are awesome and they spend a very good time drying it so if you are as clean as I am, you don’t need to continue to dry your car after they finish. The whole team is incredible, including the manager and He even let me try a car wash before I signed up for a subscription Just to make sure that I was happy. The vacuums are excellent and they also leave towels out and great spray that works wonderful in your car. When I say the vacuums are excellent, they top any Jax Car wash I have ever been to and I am always so satisfied when I leave the wash. If you live in Farmington Hills on the border by Livonia on Southfield, you will find this closer and much better. I highly recommend it. I don’t leave reviews very often for businesses but I feel so strongly about this Carwash that I felt inclined to do . Give it a try and I guarantee you will be more than happy. They are looking for places to expand their business and I sure hope they do so that everyone in the Metro Detroit area can’t experience the wash.

JD helped me with a really dirty car. My car had been close to a major accident so it was covered in grass and dirt and leaves. He made sure that the team did a really thorough rinse before being brought into the wash. Super friendly, professional help! Will recommend this wash to friends for sure.

New owner or new renovation for sure. It has a different name and the building is different. It is call soapbox now. Free vacuum at the back. You pay at the outside kiosk unlike before. $12 wash everything include undercarriage. Used to be $8 2 years ago it think. Towel drying is free if you want. If you have an expensive car, there is a touch less option. I don't see it on the screen but some how the Porsche in front of me had the touch less wash. They have a lot of people working. 2 people at pre spray and 2 people drying. We'll see if new owner can keep it up

My very first time-(terrible) Attendant with an attitude! Charging 4 extra dollars for the winter, no change available at the machine outside (broken) Fortunately I was able to escape without any damages to my vehicle. I will never go back!!!

No Vacuum was available at 5 pm. Now I will have to go again just for a Vaccum!!! Paid $20 for just a normal car wash! It said ultimate with a Hot Wax but no one did any waxing on my car. Highly inconvenient for me.

I love Jax but this location sucks. I pay a $45 subscription and I was given the bare minimum wash. I added the tire shine and the operator didn’t add that on either. I’ll never go back to this location.

I have been going to this car wash even before it was remodeled to soapbox. On 1/14/2026 my car was damaged by one of the workers and when I went to the guy in charge, he was very rude and disrespectful. I used up the days that was on my membership and then canceled. The guy in charge, has no business ethic, no manners, and is a bully. I will never go there again and I will ensure no one I know goes there either. He acts like he's a nice guy until they damage your car. With his attitude, I know there will a downfall of that car wash.
