wow, sounds like this place had a banner weekend. they had cars stacked up for the cheap towel dry, the two women were doing the hard work, while the two guys there were taking money. so drying off was taking so long that i saw them yelling at customers. even the 'manager' came out and gave the customer a hard time. the towel dry girl even called someone and idiot, twice! nice service. i think i'll take my business elsewhere as this place is too ghetto.

The dude operating the car wash was not professional and rude. Yes, it is my 1st time there and will be my last. No good. I'll power wash my car myself even though I live a block away. Sometimes you CAN judge a book by its cover.

I should have read the reviews, before I got my car washed there today. The woman asked me if I wanted the undercarriage washed and the rust prevention. When I told her no, I guess that meant to not wash the outside of my car. The towel dry girl barely wiped the car down and expected a tip. When I stop that my next destination, I discovered that my bumper was still dirty. The dryer had to notice that the bumper was still dirty. Never again!

A good wash. The attendant greated me, offered a selection of wash packages and instructions were clear. However, towards the end there was not enough force to rinse off all the soap that was left on my side view mirrors. There was not enough pressure in the drying process. It left spots on my car.

I waited five minutes after calling for someone; the place was completely empty. The heavyset, tattooed girl finally came back after getting candy. No apologies. She’s just a miserable human being with no semblance of self awareness. After I requested the five dollar wash, she said of course. She slammed both of my mirrors with her brush. Just like the holocaust, never again. Classless, dark energy waste of space . How do you hire such a person for customer service? Too bad as the wash is not bad and a fair price.

Pulled in for a car wash, never again. Save your money. The place is cheap, they literally had NO soap come out of it, it was all water. Didn't wash my Escalade, it just smeared the dirt. Then the employees slammed my mirrors in, don't have the common sense to ask the driver if they are mechanical or manual. Which can break, impotence. Thank GOD I didn't bring my Porsche to this place. And U wash is the name of the business......BUT ITS NOWHERE ON THE SIGN OF THE PLACE! LOL, making reviews a task, you literally have to research the place.

No towel-dry car wash. Pay just before you get your wash done. You never have to leave the car. Very inexpensive, and the attendant was very polite. Washed my truck there, and it came out looking very clean.

Man was very rude, I never see anyone there. You would think his attitude would be a lot better. The wash isn’t really worth it. Also charges a fee for card use.

I would give a zero if possible. This time their machine broke my drivers side windshield wiper off of the car. When I told the attendant, he pointed out their sign that says they are not responsible for any damage. So I got to spend the next hour and a half getting the wiper and then finding someone to put it on and paying them for that. Prior to this I went one time and there was something wrong with the chain that pulls your car through the wash. It sounded like the bottom was coming off of the car. I foolishly went back after some time because they were close. Never again. I believe when they have problems with their machinery, that rather than stopping until it is fixed, they run the cars through anyway to make that money, and this is the result.

The soap didn't stink as bad as other places. My antenna was fine, didn't put it down. Took my cc without complaining. Main complaint is that they close with a light sprinkle even if the rain is hours away. I wash my car before the rain on purpose to let the storm wash the remainder of the soap off. Car smells less that way. Avoid the potholes. Careful with the traffic.

I paid seven dollars for the deluxe wash. I don't think it is any different than the four-dollar wash. It did not do a good job cleaning my car. My car is still dirty in spots. Also, I would like to point out that when the drying portion started, there was still soap on my car. I had to spray my windshield washers to get the dried soap off of my windshield.

The young women running the car wash today had horrible attitudes. When I declined the towel dry I received an eye roll and she threw her head flopping back and arm with towel in hand slapping her side. My car looks horrible too. On a rainy day like today when business is slim I would expect superior customer service.

The machines are old and got stuck inside, my side mirrors did not get cleaned, they got worse, the guy used an old filthy water to clean the window, i paid for the premium but when i left the machine, the soup was still on the car!

I took my white truck to The Original Soft Cloth Car Wash for the $7.00 wash. Because my truck is white, dirt shows easily, and I was looking for a solid cleaning. Unfortunately, the wash did a poor job; my truck was still dirty afterward. When I went to dry it off, I found that the big blue towel dispenser was completely empty, leaving me with no way to finish drying my vehicle properly. I informed the attendant about both the poor wash quality and the empty dispenser. To their credit, the attendant was polite and refunded my money immediately. However, they did not place an Out of Service sign on the machine, meaning other customers likely paid for a subpar wash and empty towels after me.
