Too popular and lines are always 20-30 minutes long. The location on 10 mile near Evergreen missed a whole lower half section of my vehicle, and I haven’t been back there since. Thinking about cancelling membership.

Worst attitude out of all of the locations of Jak’s. I was given a membership to this car wash company and if I knew I would have to deal with such attitude problems. I would’ve refused the offer. Every Location has either lousy work attitude or no work ethic at all. I constantly find that all of the locations have poor drying technology. Or the hand drying employees treat the customers with such distain that it is almost uncomfortable having to utilize this service. I have called and made complaints to corporate about attitude at several locations in Southfield is one of them.

The guy didn’t spray my truck off before going in. The brush at the top wasn’t working/spinning. The dryers barely dried my truck off but I still tipped them. This was my first time at this one and I didn’t like service at all. I love JAX tho

I am a member of the unlimited program and the Southfield Jax is my favorite location because of its loction. The team does a great job. There is a self-serve floor mat cleaning station for cleaning the salt off of the floor mats in the winter.

Jax Car Wash does a great job overall, and I’d definitely recommend it! My car always comes out looking shiny and spotless, and I appreciate how quick and efficient the service is. The staff are friendly and do a thorough job with both the wash and any additional detailing you might add. Prices are fair, and the monthly membership offers great value if you wash your car regularly. My only minor complaint is that it can get busy during peak hours, which sometimes means a short wait, but it’s worth it for the quality. All in all, a solid 4-star experience!

I like Jax better before all the big corporate changes. I pay for the personal attention but you can never get because 12mi. & Telegraph is rather too busy or not enough personnel to provide it. I've tried going to the other Jax but they are not as good.

Jax car was can be. WHOLE lot better, the wash is Too short, from the time the guys spray the water with the hoes, in which they miss my whole car EVERYTIME. To the guys at the end with drying my car, they MISS the front and half dry the back. The only reason I come to this location is because it’s closer to my house.

Great job washing car exterior. Could have done a better job drying car; crew was too rushed to thoroughly remove drip marks and rear hatch, but they try. Friendly service personnel at check in.

I’ve been a club plan holder for the better part of 20 years. Jax is my spot. The greenfield location is my current favorite. The only complaint I have is the license plate readers. When we had the barcode stickers it worked 99.9% of the time. I don’t know about the new plate readers.

It was a little upset… Because I went to get my car washed with my unlimited pass, they just walked me thru it and Ami wanted to upgrade it but they had already chosen the basic wash. They sprayed by car just a bit either someone the pre wash, and when my car was done, snow and ice were still on my car in the wheel well.

Best Jax I’ve ever been to! I love the self vacuum. Always good strong suction for removing debris. The free mat wash machine is another added perk for going to the Southfield Rd. Jax. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful! Keep up the good work!

They never clean the top of my back window. There's a flap/sort of hood above it, and their machine doesn't reach that. And no matter what tire package I purchase, my tires never shine. But they are convenient to where I live.

I recently visited Jaxx Car Wash and had a great experience! I personally cleaned my car inside and out, and I appreciated the free vacuum feature they offer. I also opted for the extra bonus sealant for just six dollars. My only hope is that they expand further throughout the Metro Detroit area, and if they have locations all over the world, I would appreciate if my membership was transferable while driving in another state. Overall, I highly recommend Jaxx Car Wash for their excellent service!

This was my first time at Jax Kar Wash in Southfield. I moved to Bloomfield Hills about 5 years ago but have been unable to find a good car wash since arriving. Sam was the first person I met at the pay station. He was more than kind when i asked if he could help me to be sure I did it properly. He was so helpful and nicest person you could have ever hired. He is a great first-person representative to meet at your car wash. You made a wise choice in hiring him. He answered all of my questions, and when I asked him if you had air because I needed air in my tires, he offered to run over to Bell Tire next door to put air in my tires for me. That was the kindest thing that has ever been offered to me. I really appreciate those small acts of kindness more than you know. That made my day to think there are people out there who know how to give to other people are a real treasure. Those are the things that people remember. I will definitely return. Monthly membership is great tool to have. I love being able to pull up and wash and clean out car at any given time as much as I want. Also, it’s nice they provide towels and solution for your added convenience. it’s worth the investment.

She took the time to explain that a membership would be more cost-effective than paying for a single wash, and she articulated everything clearly and professionally. I also observed her interactions with other customers—she was consistently polite, patient, and attentive. Lee truly demonstrates strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. She’s a real asset to the team.
