★☆☆☆☆ wash experience was okay like all other drive through car washes. I give the place a one star because of the customer service, i called to cancel my membership because i sold my vehicle and when i called i did not have the sticker number and the costumer service lady asked for debit car info, and license plate number and could not find my account she wanted the sticker number so when i was able to get the sticker number i called back and she blocked me i tried multiple times and couldn't get through. Had my wife call from my her phone and the same lady answered. My wife tried canceling the membership and she was giving my wife a hard time , the lady did not want us to cancel after requesting to cancel multiple times and wafting multiple times on the phone due to being put on hold she finally gave up and canceled the membership . Never again will i get a membership here thanks to customer service rep

★☆☆☆☆ This is the most terrible car wash I have ever been in. It’s just plain creepy. Half of the lights inside the tunnel don’t work so you don’t even know if you’re getting your proper services. The brushes scratched up my car and even leaked some kind of black grease on my doors. My car was cleaner before I entered this wash!! I downloaded the app beforehand to get the free wash and had to pay $15 to get soap and apparently any decent cleaning. Still did not make a difference on anything. The kids talking to me while I was purchasing the wash went silent when I said I hope this wash is worthwhile so I can keep coming here. That should’ve been my sign. Never again will I come back, it’s literally bringing property value down in the cute town of Saginaw and wasting everyone’s money on terrible “car washes”! I hope their other washes aren’t this creepy and outdated because they’re going out of business soon if so. I’ve always wondered why it looks abandoned, now I know. Should’ve looked at the reviews first like my gut said!
