This car wash has become one of our family’s favorite stops! Every time we visit, the workers greet us with the warmest smiles and make us feel like part of their family. My son absolutely loves coming here — it’s become one of the highlights of his week! He always gets so excited to watch the cars go through the wash, and the staff makes sure he has the best view every time. They even give him a lollipop and take the time to chat with him. Now everyone knows him by name, and it’s so heartwarming to see how happy they all are to see each other. It’s not just a car wash — it’s an experience filled with kindness, care, and community. We stop by a couple of times a week, not only because our car shines afterward, but because it truly feels like visiting friends. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants great service and genuine people! 🚗💦🍭

You might say I’m a car wash snob. I like to find one and stick with it and finding one is usually difficult when you have a ¾ ton truck. I wanted to review this place several times, but I didn’t want to do it too soon. I wanted to see if the fantastic experience I had the first time would be the same throughout and it definitely has been! The machine itself is amazing, but it’s the people here that are always welcoming and really do a fantastic job! They also have an outdoor seating area with a tv, fans, coffee, water, cornhole and a large area to let the kids and dogs run around in that just makes this place that more amazing. The operations and experience of this place is really top notch. You don’t have to do full service, but I find myself doing that more than anything. They have an area where you can dry and clean your vehicle yourself if you choose. They have the same towels and tools for the do-it-yourself side that they do the full service side. Really proud of this place!

As a Southlake resident I thought I would let our locals know about Carnation Spa. I had actually forgot about them until I saw the Halloween blowups displayed. Have been going down the street to Tidal Wave and haven’t been too happy with my wash. Elisha the sweetest girl at the cashier booth really took care of me and advised me what would work for me since I had alot of dirt and bugs on my car from traveling. My wash was impeccable. Super pleased and I didn’t have to request to go through it twice. Vacuums were high powered with all the accessories to clean your car including a fragrance spray when you’re finished. Definitely will be back, customer service was 5-star!!

Hmm this was my first time and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the nice lady in the booth.🤠 However, I only got a wash n wipe off but for $25 my wheels/car should have been cleaned better😒...no effort just put some light tire shine + I tipped. So no I would not be back🙄

And let’s talk about Santiago, who worked his magic and left my SUV looking brand new. I have two furry babies who ride with me everywhere and leave the car a bit messy, but thankfully, Lay offered the perfect solution: the family membership! Now I can bring my car in for some love whenever I want and keep it spotless. Huge thanks to Lay and Santiago for making my SUV shine again! I officially have no excuses to not keep my car looking beautiful.
