I regularly use this car wash since I live 2 blocks away. I went today, paid $18 and while I was inside the car none of the equipment was moving so at the end I decided to switch it to "D" since I was stuck, it wasn't moving at all so I exited it and try to talk to the guy , black dude, no name tag, called himself the Supervisor... He was rude with this stuck up attitude... He said my car was wasn't on neutral... how the hell is the car supposed to make it all the way to the end if it wasn't. Today , they stole from me. There's plenty competition out there, check your staff, they're gonna ruin your bussines... screw my 18 bucks, probably he needs them more than me.

Excellent experience! Needed an AC recharge, oil change, and inspection. The guys were all super nice, quick, and efficient. Gino (sorry if I misspelled that) explained everything thoroughly and in a way that made sense, he wasn't judgemental or rude when I told him we do some of the car work ourselves at home, and I really appreciated how honest and genuine he was. We will definitely be back!

Carwash. Stopped to wait at sign for assistant, but assistant never came. Had to leave the car in the wash rack to go find someone who worked there. Wasn't busy, only 2 customers at the time.

Do not use this car wash they said they had a 30 day wash as often as your want deal. They put a sticker on my windshield and started billing me every month for it. I went to tell them to stop billing me and to reimburse me for the months that I never even washed my car there. They told me that the manager would take care of it. A few days later I was billed again, so I went back and saw the manager and was told basically to bad they would give me one month back not the 3 they billed for. I will of course contact me bank and stop all payments to them but as far as I'm concerned this is being a thief and no way to run a business. The manger was rude and didn't care that they were ripping me off. Very poor experience....!!!! problem

Matt at Quiks car wash is the hardest worker. I never see him not hustling at that place. He alone makes this car wash the one I chose every time. Vacuums are also great and they give you free cleaner spray and rags to use.

First I would like to point out I canceled my service last month due to damage on my vehicle from the car wash. Half the time only one side of the machine is working so you are not getting an actual car wash. I went in side where two employees were sitting in the office I asked to cancel my plan they had me sign a paper and said it would be canceled. Two weeks later my card gets charged for the monthly service. I had to contact my bank to fix it since the car wash does not have a phone and there is no way to contact them other than going up there.

Phenomenal car wash. Prices are reasonable, attendants are friendly and respectful. I sincerely appreciate that there are towels and glass cleaner available, and the vacuums are very powerful. By far my most favorite car wash. I will be coming here often!

This has been the best car wash place I’ve seen in quite some time. My vehicle was actually clean afterwards! I even opted for the cheapest wash too! The free vacuum cleaners worked great! They also provide you clean towels to dry off your car. This will definitely be my come to place to wash my car!!

Almost always a good experience. I like that they do a good job and provide vacuums, towels and spay bottles. I would have given them 5 stars but many times there are not enough spray bottles to go around and lately I have experienced vacuums that have poor suction or are broken.

Visited recently for a wash, some spots on my vehicle didn’t come clean. Spoke to them and they ran it through a second time for free to resolve issue. Very good customer service.
