Was told that they were running a special for the Susan B Komen cancer foundation. Buy one wash and get the rest of the month free. I asked not to be signed up for a membership he stated I wouldn't be. One month later I get the debit from my account for 34.99. Remind you that I am a Senior Citizen, my wife and I have disabilities. I call the number no one answered. Went back to the Carwash to speak to someone about a refund. The person on duty say the GM can only do refunds. That he would call me. So to me they took unfair advantage of my wife and I. If this is the way they treat Disable Seniors shame on them. Remember God doesn't like his people being mistreated.

Great attention from staff and a complimentary air freshener. Jackson was a gem with his warm welcome! Green light for departing the actual Carwash is out…but we mentioned it. Hopefully management will get this fixed asap. And the first bay had a vacuum without much umph, but the second try worked like a charm! Really like the damp towels for wiping down my car inside and out. Highly recommend!

Went in for my first wash this week and I will be returning for sure. Helpful team make it quick and painless. Chase politely oriented me around and helped me dispose of trash while I’m still healing from my leg fracture. Wash results stay and don’t look all nasty over night. Awesome place!

YOOO this place is wild 😂 Went on Nov 28th to take advantage of the free car wash cuz why not Broski at the front upsold me but it was all good because his deal was pay $10 and get unlimited basic washes for 30 days and that it will auto cancel after that. The next day I got an auto text from the wash, long story short not only was the membership not set to auto cancel, it was set to auto renew at $22.99 a month Extremely Jewish to bait and switch customers like that

Damaged my car driving through completely bent my license plate in half. No one hand dried my car. Tire shine service is something you drive through not an actual human. $23 car wash now I need to spend $60 for new plates

Great service. Very convenient easy to get in and out. They bring you towels to dry your car off, vacuums have good power, and compressed air. Unlimited car washes for 20$ is a steel. Great management!!

This is by far the best Whitewater Car wash I've been to in all of Keller. The staff is amazingly helpful. They were in the middle of power washing the parking lot and didnt hesitate to step aside for customers at the vacuum stations. I want to acknowledge the following employees: Caleb, Donovan, Tyler, Abdi, Lewis, and Chase. Keep up the amazing work gentlemen. Your efforts and friendliness does not go unnoticed!

First thing, Shoutout to manager LJ for setting things right, you can tell he actually does his job and cares for the store he runs. I originally had an issue with an employee hiding in his car and talking on his phone spewing profanity and slang, and left a review about my experience, LJ called me personally to understand my side of the situation, and explained what actions would be done. This was professionalism at its finest, and even credited some was coupons for my son who was driving at the time. While I did leave a 1star originally, the class and professionalism from LJ was top tier, I have never had a manager call me about a situation and try his best to resolve it to make sure it ended with a smile on my face. While the outcome wasn’t 100% I wouldve hoped for, he made sure to take care of me. I personally wouldn’t believe any recent 1star reviews, this store is for sure an A+ location. Glad I became a member here, absolutely great customer service.

Overall, the service was commendable, Store manager Ljisbell and Area director Sanit Brown went to great lengths to satisfy the customer. My car's fender sustained minor damage due to the car wash, which is unfortunate; however, both individuals assisted in obtaining reimbursement based on the repair quote that was provided.

Got a great carwash with wipe down rags and floormatt cleaning included. Truck was pretty dirty with salt from up north. Truck came out clean and looks detailed with a little hand wipe after. Very pleased with how the truck looks now. Wash crew very helpful and pleasant as well. I'll be back.
