DO NOT order food from the Mexican window here. It’s absolutely terrible. I’ve tried their breakfast tacos and they were terrible then I really messed up and ordered a beef burrito, there were 5 pieces of beef inside and every SINGLE piece of meat was the hardest grissle I’ve ever attempted to chew. It doesent even have a hint of being “Mexican” food at all. Never again.

If you are not of a certain demographic, it's best to avoid this place like a plague. They will go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable and staff is beyond extremely rude and unprofessional. I've had multiple terrible experiences with this location. Save yourself a negative experience and just go to the QuickTrip across the street.

I ordered a total of 8 tacos (4 potato/chorizo 4 bean/cheese) and 2 fried pies. All food item orders were completed in a timely matter and everything was good. The only thing keeping me from the 5 star rating was that the chorizo was fried really hard and kinda burnt. I will keep giving this another shot.

One of our long haul truck drivers stoped at the fuel city , Saginaw , tx to refuel , food and stretch. During the stop a fuel leak was discovered on the engine, the truck was relocated to the parking area waiting for the company to arrive with the replacement part. While waiting the driver paid $15 to use the shower (should’ve been no cost) obtained food and while setting at the table provided , finishing his drink and charging his phone a employee called the police and had him trespassed because he was taking to long . This overbearing behavior isn’t acceptable, especially for this type business that is supposedly open to provide a friendly receptacle attitude to the truckers .

Been here a few days, food service couldnt get slower, make 1 order at a time, 45 mins for a hamburger is unreal. They shut grill off at 730 no burgers even when signs all state 9 or 10, asked when closed told 8, show up 720 grills are shut off already, not impressed as there is not alot of options in the area for food. Burger was good when I did get it. Truck parking 15/12 hrs, 20/24hrs, 35/48hrs, there has been zero garbage pickup all week, cans are overflowing. Third night no lights turned on, its a safety concern as its very dark without them. As for staff, they have all been very polite when interacting with them. Used laundry and my clothes came out stained from grease/oil check machine by rubber and there was all kinds of garbage/dirt/ lighters, so beware and check/wipe machine before use

I stopped here last night before heading home and filled up my vehicle. Almost immediately my truck started sputtering, check engine light came on and eventually stopped accelerating. I called them and they said "well we didnt have any other complaints on that pump so nothing we can do. " I bought this truck less than 2 months ago, didnt have any issues before getting gas there. 🤦 QT is right across the street, go with the established station to avoid costly repairs.

I was disappointed to learn that this establishment does not cater to the needs of truck drivers. A group of us truck drivers purchased parking spots, set up canopies, and held an appreciation event for fellow drivers. We took care to keep our area clean and had visited previously without issue. Unfortunately, the management contacted authorities and attempted to charge us with trespassing, despite our paid parking. This experience left us feeling unappreciated and unwelcome.

Stop by accident! So glad we did! Filled up our vehicle and our stomachs! Make sure you have cash for the tacos. We tried the Piccadilly (too spicy for me, but DH enjoyed them), nopales (veggie) and barbacoa. Got some elote out front cash only there too. Small was $3, medium $5, large $8 no tax added. You can go inside to order tacos and daiquiris or outside. Bathrooms are very clean

Got a Quesadilla at 2AM!!! It was delicious. I chose beef and it was great, full of meat and cheese in a 12 INCH tortilla for just $7, The food came out FAST, and the people working were very nice. Kayla and Areona is always such a pleasure to deal with: I live right around the block and always seem to pop up when these two are working and for months I have watched their interactions with customers and as a manager myself I always pick up the strengths of an employee and I would love to have these two, not only are they so friendly but they keep the store clean, they are so friendly to the truckers like going that extra mile and so helpful to customers: last night I spilled my coffee everywhere and Kayla was as so nice to pick it up and since I’m disabled all without making me feel bad or stupid and aereona was so sweet to g above and beyond as always and carry my drinks to the car in the cold so I didn’t drop my drinks again. These girls are just a pleasure and such a good look for the fuel city brand. They are what customer service is about .

Nice country music🎵, they keep it nice and clean. They have RESTROOMS inside the store and inside the patio as well. TACOS🌮are open 24/7 (CASH ONLY💵), so make sure to have cash in handy because they don’t do cashback!!🚫They have a little ceasars express🍕, burgers🍔 , and fried pies!🥧 Staff has a positive attitude, they’re very friendly and open to help. ‼️Also, for my fella TRUCKERS!!!‼️They have PAID PARKING🚛 1st hour is free. CARD💳 payments are to be made through the QR code which are located outside throughout the parking lot or inside the store (qr code in the picture below so you can get straight into it). They only take CASH💵 INSIDE. If you are doing cash, make sure you have written down or taken pictures of your ‼️[SPOT NUMBER, LICENSE PLATE, TRUCK/ DOT NUMBER]. They will ask for that information so they can put it in their system and people don’t have to wake you up in the middle of your sleep‼️Also, they have 2 showers available. Free with the purchase of 75 gallons or more worth of diesel using their FUEL CITY rewards card or AMBEST card. Or you can just pay $15. They do let you borrow towels!
