I’ll still come here for convenience, but in all honesty, the quality of this place has gone down last year that I’ve had a membership. The air dry is horrible, doesn’t clean very thoroughly, and I really wish they had a bucket and brush at the start like the lake worth one has. Makes such a difference and actually cleans the bugs/windshields/tailgate

I have my subscription here, but the last couple times I've been it's not the same. It a lot faster than before and doesn't clean or dry my car nearly like it did before. Need to slow it back down. Update... Now it doesn't seem to get all the soap off the back and as they blowers are drying the soap appears on the back glass. I tried telling someone like they'd asked me to do and the person said there was nothing they could do. I will go to the one at Basswood and Blue Mound instead.

I have used them for a while but we changed cars and forgot to remove the sticker to scan. I have called to cancel the monthly payments but only a recording with no one to talk to and the several emails I have sent, no response!!!

Car wash is good, but customer care is terrible. Contacted for a complaint 10 days ago. They indicated that they will contact me in 48 hours and still, ten days later, I haven’t heard from them yet.

I love having the member plan. I can get my car clean anytime. With the wind in Texas that’s all the time. I also use it when I get in the summer (HOT HOT) I can give Baby a nice cool down. There is nothing like having Take 5 Car Wash.

Tried to purchase 2 membership for my cars. The guy would not let me hold the card with the types of memberships because he said manger told him he has to hold it. I have to use cheaters because of my vision and I couldn’t see that far. Still he wouldn’t let me hold not closer to my eyes. I canceled my other membership to my other vehicle and told him he just lost three memberships because of that. He didn’t seem to care. It’s closest to me, but I’ll go further with better customer service Why bother with the number you gave me. It’s an automatic systems and makes you file out a form with a complaint. Waste of time , you don’t even speak to a manger. No wonder customer service is horrible.

Leland was great! Nice, kind, and very professional. Decent auto car wash could be better but overall the staff is great. Towards the end of the wash, it jerks wheel hard if you don’t put hands on wheel and realign.

Was cleaning my super dirty car and had my mats out to vacuum last, cover in my great pyrenees Dog hair and the sweet girl working offer to help vacuum them!😭😍 she was done before I could finish the inside. I was so grateful!!!!!

I wish there was some consistency with their employees or they would fix the sensors. My truck doesn't trip the sensor until the tires pass, so in turn none of the sprayers or soap turns on until the base of the windshield...so the front of my truck never gets washed. Some employees recognize this and will manually trip the sensors for trucks. But they are few and far between. I pay for 2 vehicles but. Getting ready to go to someone else as my truck only comes out half clean

I went to this location around 7:32 about a half hour before closing and they already had the lanes closed. I work until about 6 and after traffic I don’t have time to make it. I wish everyone wasn’t in a rush to leave all the time as I did notice I wasn’t the only person pulling in last minute. This might be nothing but it does cause a loss of money for the company and the owners. It also makes me want to go to any other Carwash. This is the closest to my house it is unfortunate that I have to drive further. Maybe we should change the hours to 7-7:30?

Pics from bluemound location. Today after the threaten of cancelation 100% go to the bluemound location. Way better customer service. Jose at the Saginaw main location said I had to put my membership sticker on my window. I said no and understand why. But when you block me in and threaten to cancel my subscription that I have had 2 of them for over a year. Go for it. Doesn't hurt my feelings. Deny me service cool. Again. I get it but don't block me and then threaten me. Other pics of reviewers whom admit to having a membership don't have stickers on

I chose this car wash because my car was covered in bird poop and I expected a thorough cleaning. The poop was clearly visible, so I assumed it would be scrubbed or given extra attention. Instead, the attendant pushed the button and I wasn’t given any chance to request a scrub or explain my concerns. It felt like common sense to scrub the areas with droppings, but that didn’t happen. Result: my car is still dirty, and now I have to spend more money to get it cleaned again elsewhere. I paid $18, but I didn’t get the level of service I expected or promised.

Went through this car wash and upon checking my car I noticed that not even half the car was washed and noticed a good amount of scratches on the hood and back of my car and whenever I spoke with the guy working there he made me fill out some type of incident form and told me that the manager would contact me the next day or so well it’s been over a week and nothing and I’ve tried calling them and left voice mails and still nothing. I will be contacting my attorney to deal with this situation because the car wash staff are cowards and dishonest

My new truck almost looked better dirty. I went through the car wash once and had a bunch of soap bubbles all over glass and truck surfaces. I drove through again and got a free wash. The outcome was the same or worse. My car is covered with Water spots and white soap bubble spots. I will never use this car wash again. My photos aren’t great because of lighting. But I promise you it looks terrible.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This doesn't go against the staff on-site at this location, but take 5 as a business. We were gifted a six month unlimited package. They informed me that a balance was due even though it was paid in full, receipt in hand. I called corporate 14 times, emailed them 12, and even called this location 7 times..NO RESPONSE. We had the gift giver report them as fraud to the credit card company for investigation. We will never be customers of take 5 ever again.

Horrible... I don't use this Take 5 location even though it's the closest one to me. I was in a hurry so I thought I would run through but ended up wasting more time then it would have took to just drive the 10 min away to use the only Take 5 that's worth the price of membership (Blue Mound). I don't understand how every car wash they take over ends up operating way worse than under the previous owners. I do think the ones they build are nice car washes. I took my truck through back to back times, and the outcome was the same. Soap all over the side all over the sunroof and covering the back window. I had already wiped the top half of the back window before i took the picture. Not to mention, after going through twice, my truck was still dirty on the hood and the tailgate, and that's not the case when I use the location on Blue Mound. The vacuum area was filthy with so much dirt and grime in almost all the bays. What's the point of vacuuming out your car only to get back in it with dirty shoes. Do better.

CANCELED! Terrible customer service super rude and scratched hood of my car. Management changed so did the service. Wax doesn’t work, some of the brushes been out for months. Scratches to car Will purse with my insurance.
