The team leader or manager as she claims was very rude and not helpful at all I feel that all Walmart honors one another price but not this one it's is own way from what I was told. Never visited this one again people very unprofessional

You'll be waiting 12 years to checkout. They only have 8 self checkout stations which already isnt enough and every single time i come here, only half are open. Then all out of all the cashier stations, they only have a third of them open or even less. This really sucks for spark drivers who have to shop for customers in store, because we dont even have dedicated checkout lanes. Majority of the checkout area in the front of the store is unused so that makes it even more frustrating.

I went to the Hampton Walmart today. I just want to let people know that there is a racist "lady" that works at this store. Her name is Crush. I politely asked her where to find an item. She was extremely rude and very disrespectful, which is interesting since I have never met her. She had zero reason to treat me the way she did, therefore I am guessing it was due to my skin color. I tried to call the store multiple times to let them know, but they don't answer their phone no matter what dept you call. I guess making a review is the only way to address it. It's rediculous that this 'Crush' gets away with treating customers the way she did today.

My experience today was very rushed. To a point that I almost forgot to take my Monies from the self-checkout machine. This location is very unorganized compared to other Walmart experiences. There is a small selection of body wash , limited cleaning supplies , the food-freezer aisles are poorly maintained and oddly ordered. You can’t find exactly what you’re looking for unless you ask for help; in which , you wouldn’t want to because the customer service here is poor.

I had to use restroom and Justin very polite and welcoming gentleman was cleaning. He stop and with such a warm welcoming voice invite it me to used restroom! Usually people yell and say wait. One of the worst Walmarts I have ever visited. The people are completely rude and cannot be bothered to help you. This morning (10/17) at 9am… the woman in the 15 items or less SELF check out was the rudest person I have ever met. She humiliated me in front of the line and lost me as a consumer. I hope Walmart will speak to her in regards to this event, and find people worthy of their paychecks.

This has to be the worst run Walmart i've ever been in. Workers at the checklane have zero sense of urgency and I see a lot just standing around when they could be opening up a new lane. So crowded and everything is locked up so good luck finding someone to unlock. Very inconvenient. Meanwhile the Target across the road has nothing locked up. So maybe they should take some pointers from that because this is a terrible business model.

Good Evening, As I was shopping for my new active wear I didn't realize until I got home the size I picked out was Completely wrong, so I informed my husband il be right back. As I walked into Walmart I asked the lady at the front of Im suppose to get the item I'm exchanging then go to the Customer service she said yes. Then wrote my items on a peace of paper . As I walked over to the ladies active wear I asked Team Lead of Fashion Ms Lisa, if I can try on my items so I can actually make sure I have the right size, she was very nice and informed me I was supposed to go to Customer service first. So I apologized and she let her wonderful team member let me try on my items , when I came out of the fitting room I didn't see her so I thanked the team member and went to the Customer service desk, I seen Ms Lisa a second time and thanked her a second time. After the wonderful girl Raven helped me and informed me y'all do not do exchanges y'all do returns only I said well now I know and told her happy holidays 😊, as I left I told Ms. Lisa thank you a third time and asked for her name so I can give her this amazing review. Ms Lisa I don't shop at Walmart much anymore and I'm new to Hampton area & for my first time at this location YOU, your TEAM & Raven are all truly amazing y'all are the reason people like me make Walmart a great place. Their vests say "happy to help" by they are far from that. I went in today to buy 2 tubs of their generic baby formula for my baby and milk gallons for my toddler and other essentials. Walmart is my go-to for these necessities. I had to look for a worker to unlock the formula shelves since it's a commonly stolen item (which I understand their reasoning for) plus their call button has been broken for the longest. I went up to an old lady sorting out knitted clothing and hats right next to the jewelry section and asked for some assistance. She rolled her eyes and questioned why I was getting it, if I was a spark driver/instacart driver, etc. Told her I had a hungry baby at home. Ofc she sighed heavily and told me to get off my phone as I spoke with her (I kept it minimal since I wanted to leave asap) since it was "rude", mind you I was only checking to see if I had gathered everything from my list. I said ok I'm sorry. Every time before when getting formula, they've handed it to me. Idk if anything changed but this time the old lady said something along the lines of "I'm not giving these to you, go get it at register 7" as she walked away while turning to look at me with disgust and muttering stuff. Like, excuse me? Her behavior was nasty. I get stuff gets stolen hence they get locked behind the shelves, but that does not mean you can disrespect someone who is a paying customer that comes to this specific Walmart all the time. I did go to aisle 7 and ofc the formula containers weren't there and she had dropped then off at customer service. Smh.

I mean it's a Wal-Mart and the only one in town, so there's that. HOWEVER, this one seems to be poorly managed. There are rarely enough cashiers working. The staff with the phones are extremely aggressive with their sales tactics to be the point of being belligerent. (I know this is standard at most box stores.) Home delivery is almost pointless. The shoppers routinely pick the wrong items, and deliveries can be hours late or cancelled without notification.

I purchased a Nintendo Switch game as a Christmas present that was shipped to me in the security box. So I brought the game and showed the woman at customer service that I bought it on the app and she (very rudely) demanded an order number. I was treated like a thief over something I paid for! It’s not my fault you guys didn’t do the job right the first time! It’s also not my fault you’re miserable at your job cause it’s busy! Customer service 🙄

Extremely frustrating experience at self-checkout today. I purchased three bags of ice and completed my transaction, only for the self-checkout attendant to rush over afterward and demand to see my receipt while I was loading the bags into my cart. I understand loss prevention is part of the job, but the approach was unnecessary and came off accusatory. Employees here are not paid enough to be put in confrontational situations like this, and customers shouldn’t be treated like they’re doing something wrong after paying. This location really needs to work on its customer service and training around how to handle these interactions respectfully.

great variety of items but when paying spent like 20 minutes on the line because the credit card reader didn't work so the people in front of me had to try several times for the card to be read and pay. weirdly, my card worked right away the 1st time, and I spent a short time with the cashier who was very worried that I would complain and get upset.

Rude nd disrespectful woman at the self checkout im assuming is a manager is so dang rude. She was overstimulated over the checkout line being long so she chose to talk crap about me and my friend moving too “slow” at the checkout because we had 2 separate transactions. We both had less than 15 items so we shared a basket and checked out one after the other. All i hear is this loud woman yelling about how “this is why people shouldn’t do two transactions” and “they making the line longer by being slow”. I used to work as a cashier so im used to scanning my items very fast so I can’t grasp the fact of me being “slow”. She obviously impatient which caused her to talk crap about us to other customers bc we didn’t checkout in under 3 minutes. She then started to say how we’re inconsiderate for being slow because “we obviously don’t have enough cashiers and if you know someone then tell them to come apply. The funny thing is i’ve applied to the exact same position she is complaining about not having employees for. HIRE PEOPLE and maybe you wouldn’t complain about the lack of staff. She needs to be fired. I started to move as slow as possible because if you think this is slow then i can show you how slow someone can be at doing a job i shouldn’t be doing as a customer. Do better walmart. She ruined my day by bashing me to other customers. I know how walmart works due to being a previous cashier and i took that into consideration until she let it be known by everyone that i wasn’t fast enough for her. We weren’t even at the checkout for 5 minutes so im genuinely confused on why she took her anger out on us.
