So I used the coupon for the free $20 wash (which is supposed to be their “best wash”), and it didn’t do anything, my car is still very dirty. I’m just glad it was a free wash, just don’t bother wasting your money here. They don’t even have rags or spray to wipe your car down. Only good thing this place has to offer is that their vacuums have good suction power.

Turned away for no reason. I had to ask. Apparently, my roof rack and kayak hooks were unacceptable to them. Well, do they know I could’ve easily taken off the kayaks. Did not warrant a complete refusal service. I’m talking it up to them just being lazy. This is the world we live in.

Car wash is okay but sometimes can have a bad smell after washing & the vacuums suckkkkkkk! They’re not powerful & a few of them are broken so the head always breaks off the cord when using. I always end up having to move to a different vacuum.

Clean, organized, everything worked well. The attendant was knowledgeable and demonstrated intelligence through his vast experience. He is definitely an asset to this place. I hope he trains everyone else. The wash was quick and thorough and the vacuums were strong.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for offering free vacuums! I do not wash my car every day, but I try to vacuum it every day. I don’t always use your vacuums, but I’m very appreciative that I CAN use them. Your competitors down the street turned me around because I said I would like to vacuum my car. No wash, no vacuum. I will not be going there.

$25 for unlimited, works for me. Is your car going to be spotless, No. Will it look like you had it detailed, also no. However if you keep a drying towel in the back at all times, it makes a huge difference on the results. Go through twice if need be. They are all very nice and helpful. I don't know why so many ppl are complaining. For $25 rn and I don't have to freeze my butt off it's well worth it. Unlimited!! I'm happy with it for this vehicle. This was after a trip with snow and salt.

I went to the car wash with my children to get my car cleaned. I bought one of the unlimited packages and proceeded to go through. My kids loved the experience and asked to go again. So I turned around and did it again. As I went hand to dry my car , I noticed the shark fin on top was removed and the internals exposed. I went inside to ask them about it and they found it inside there washing line. I made a claim , but they said they do not cover antennas. Which is absurd. It cost over a thousand dollars to get this repaired.

Had stopped at Green Clean once before and been happy with it, especially the vacuums, and so I stopped again today. Never again. The person who checked me in was very rude and brushed me off, and rushed me through check in and the wash. The employee seemed irritated that I did not want to pay more than just a basic wash or want the membership. Poor service from the get go. When I got through the wash, I noticed three things. First, the scratches on the front section of my car (previously existing) were exaggerated and worse. Second, my mirror came off in the wash, and I had to pop it back in and readjust it. Third, there was still bird poop on my car-So the car wash somehow has enough force to cause issues, but it somehow cannot remove bird poop. Last, even though I had my wipers off One of them came out of the wash, squeaky and wonky. Zero stars. Never again. The business did not seem like they wanted customer money, and they sure aren't going to get it from me again. Edit: No, I am not going to rewash my car with you all. Why would I rewash my car or spend more money at your establishment when the first time was not satisfactory? Just no.

A good wash. I just purchased the mid level wash and it was good. They had free vacuums with a wash, so even better. The first vacuum I got did not suck very well. When it sucked it was more like a suggestion for the dirt to go in. The second vacuum I got was strong. It was sucking everything. The dirt, random stuff in the car, I think it even started to suck my soul out. Thank goodness I have quick reactions.

Its a great place to get a car wash, the 21$-25$ or highest end one is very good and definitely worth it, only issue is that it doesn't get the back of the bumper or the back of your trunk where ur license plate is, the vacuums are good but there not strong sadly there were still pieces of dirt and leafs after running the vacuum of the floor almost a dozen times, the wipes and other cleaning supplies that u can buy in the inside of the store are good stuff no issue there, the only real issue is have is that every time I go there they always ask if I want to sign up like no I just want a car wash, but the biggest issue is leaving the car wash, God im better off setting my car in park and watching videos while im waiting to get back on Mercury or Cunningham, doesn't matter which way u go it's going to take forever to get out of the parking lot, drives and traffic here sucks.

Every time I go to this place, I am practically harassed by the staff trying to convince me to join the membership. I don’t need to sit and have a 5 minute conversation with someone on why I, as a grown adult, should do anything really. Especially when you literally know I’ve heard the same spiel! If I say, “No thank you, I don’t want to.” that should be the end of it. On top of that, they took away washy wednesdays! the only reason I go! I understand this is a business and memberships are probably the primary source of income for it, but now this environment has made me decide to never come here again. Edit: ALSO ONE OF MY BLIND SPOT MIRRORS GOT KNOCKED OFF! i only noticed a few days after the fact

Employees are friendly, vacuums work great, my problem is with the car wash. I'm not sure if one of the brushes on the first set is rotating the wrong way but both times I've used the car wash it pushes my driver's side mirror backwards. I then have to open my window very quickly to fix my mirror before the inside of my car gets wet. I've used several different car washes over the seven years I've had my car and this is the first one I've had an issue with.

She was really kind, did all of the safety checks and was fast. Always a good experience but she was great and I’d like her to be recognized. Thank you!

The free vacuums are nice and they let you have a second wash if it doesn’t get it clean! But even after the 2nd wash and the best wash they have it’s still got soft dirt that will come right off with a single touch on the fenders and underneath! Bugs still stuck on the windshield as well. I usually always come here but won’t be any longer since it doesn’t actually get my vehicle clean! Not sure what’s changed here but something has! People are also great and friendly.

Stopped by after buying groceries and I regret doing so entirely. Cramped parking spaces which causes people to get stuck in their cars, the vacuums left grey streaks on my seats, and the basic wash didn’t even rinse my car off and left it streaky?? A waste of my money and time.

Think of the dumbest place imaginable to put a car wash. This place is worst. Its way too crowded. I waited in line for a wash I paid for and it didn't wash my truck at all. They need to put this car wash somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE. There's a car wash down the road on W.Mercury going towards Jefferson that just opened up. I'm going there from now on.
