The cashier act like she didn’t know how to do anything and the lead up front was very rude. I got shorts that were clearly on sale but had to leave the line just to take pictures cause he clearly did not want to help! What a shame those employees do not make a good shopping experience for the customers at all. Over all maybe cause I’m white I got treated like that!! Then tells me they are in the wrong spot not sure if he knew how to read but check yourself Target! I got all three colors and was still questioned. I was visiting from out of town never will I come back there!

Not shopping at Target again. I decided to buy an accent table where the price on the shelf was $130, had to request help to get it to the register, then it rang up as $300. Customer service said it was “mislabeled” despite the label saying “accent table.” Idk how that’s my problem, but after looking online apparently Target has a habit of bait-and-switching prices on it’s customers. There was also only 1 register open (on a Friday afternoon) and the rest were self-checkout. The employees themselves were fine, but I’m really disappointed in the Target franchise and won’t be shopping there again. (I happened to have photos because I needed to request help to move the table and wanted to make sure they knew which item to grab.) **updating to say I found another review that had the SAME problem with prices being more than what the tag displayed!**

I was one of the people who stayed up until 3am this morning to fight for a copy of onyx storm target edition. I remember being so excited to get my copy of this collecters edition. I show up to the store and the nice associate scans my code. She comes back with my bag and I'm so excited I leave the store go sit and my car and open my bag. I am greeted by what looks like someone took a bite out of the back corner of the book. I'm instantly devastated because I know that the copies sold out but im hoping I can just go in and tell them about the book and they can call around to try and find a copy or at least take my name and number in case on cancels. The young lady calls back to the manager Jen who gets on the walkie and says "no we don't do that." My heart sinks. I've never experienced such blatant disregard from target like this. Surely I'm mistaken. They tell me there's a shipment coming soonish and my best bet is to try again then. Meaning take this book and sorry about your luck. No discount for the damaged book, no at least taking my name and number to see what they can do. No solution except to take it because there are people without copies so I should be grateful. If I take 1/4th of your paycheck and let you keep the rest because at least you got paid, does that sting any less?

Had to run in for a few items. This Target was clean and had an abundance of everything you could possibly need or want. Shelves were stocked, but there were some items waiting to be put on shelves in the aisle. The staff was polite and answered any questions that I had. Walked by the Star Bucks that was inside and it appeared clean.

Store charges a “public improve fee” on every item basically a private tax. Will not come to this location again. they do not disclose this private tax anywhere outside of right at checkout from what I saw.

Literally the nicest associates! Shout out to Mars who answered the phone and stayed on to help me locate my daughter. I appreciate her kindness and patience!

Standing in line to do an exchange. There is one very nice woman working the desk, and about 12 people in line, ( not her fault). We've been in line for about 15 minutes and it has barely moved. Shes working returns and exchanges while simultaneously working pickups. I've seen about 4 employees walk passed her and not a soul has offered to help. I don't know where the manager is but this place is a train wreck. Do yourself a favor and go to the Newport News location. The poor woman is as nice as she can be, I believe her name is Renatta. Give her a raise.

Went in today with my Mom to buy a few things. This being our first time shopping at this Target we needed help locating some items. Hosea, Morgan, and Briana were extremely helpful with locating these items! That kind of customer service makes you want to return! Then upon checkout, Robin sealed the deal, we had trouble with the self checkout and she immediately helped us! This was an amazing experience at this location.

My favorite store! I love going to Target, wish we had one closer to where I lived! They have the cutest stuff, you always end up leaving out with more than what you initially came for! I also love the fact that they have different events for the kids from time to time! What can I say other than that Target is my happy place!

Went to get a few cleaning and household products from this Target and had a great experience while here. Everything was easy to find, the store was also very clean and organized, as a whole will be back in again.

Bought some earbuds here, they seemed to work fine for the first few days. But when I went to charge them, I discovered the left bud wasn't charging. I obviously discarded the packaging already and this store will not process a return or exchange without the packaging. I think this is a bad business practice in particular because of situations like mine where product defects don't manifest immediately.

Setup eye apt with Dr Joy a month ago. Get a text notification today, day of the apt, that it was cancelled due to weather and other office stuff. The weather is... it's 30 degrees, we barely got an inch of snow. The other... is that it's Saturday I guess? Next available apt isn't open until mid March. I don't have time to play games with you Target. Thanks for nothing.

Ordering online is horrible, there’s always stuff out of stock when you go to pick up. The amount of time you wait in the line is ridiculous. Associate scanned my barcode and asked me to stand to the side. No problem, thinking she would get a few people and grab orders at one time. 17 minutes later still standing here while she does exchanges for people who weren’t even in the line when she helped me.

My wife and I got 2 of the same gifts for Christmas. A Nespresso coffee maker. So we kept one and tried to return the 2nd. But were told we could not return it without the receipt. Needless to say we didn't have the receipt because it was a gift. They wouldn't even put it on a gift card. We had planned on buying something else from Target with the money from the return. They said that the return was to expensive. So now we have to go to my wife's parents and ask for the receipt and if that's not bad enough if they don't have it we can't do anything with it. So thanks Target for going the extra mile on Christmas gift returns. We will stick to Amazon or Walmart.

Okay so starting off shopping in the holiday season SUCKS but wow did this target have it together. Natalia (I’m assuming the manager and I think that’s her name bc I had to ask the cashier) was running the show. For starts she was there when we first walked in and passed us a cart and was very sweet. Check out lines were insane but she was telling every customer where to go, putting more people on registers, and checking people out at her station. She was extremely sweet whilst doing all of this also and being under a lot of stress. The cashier (Bo) was also very sweet when checking us out and you could hear every encounter with other people where he was very kind and extremely quick checking them out too.

The last several times I have been here I have been unable to find what I need because the store is a chaotic mess. Whoever is running this location really needs to get on their employees about regularly maintaining the shopping areas. Instead of digging through piles of clothes I would rather leave and go to another store that is more organized and shopper friendly. These photos were not taken after a busy weekend it was in the middle of the day during the week.

Truly Caring Staff During a Medical Emergency I want to thank the management and CVS pharmacy staff for their help today. My doctors have told me I’m very sick, and I had to go out to get my medication. After picking up my prescription, I was leaving the store when I suddenly had a heavy nosebleed. Feeling dizzy, I went straight to the family bathroom, but I couldn’t get it under control—blood was everywhere, and it looked like a crime scene. The nosebleed lasted for 45 minutes. When I came out looking for help, a manager quickly stepped in. Starbucks provided me with ice, and the pharmacy staff sat me down, asked questions, and made sure I was okay. Their kindness meant so much after the difficult week I’d already had. This isn’t the first time this Target has gone above and beyond for me. On days when I couldn’t walk, they made sure I had a mobile cart. If I was stuck in the middle of the store, someone always noticed and helped. At the end of shopping trips, staff have even offered to escort me to my car. Target has supported my family and my business for many years, and once again they showed me they truly care. Thank you, Target!
