If I could give no stars I would. I went to this car wash and put a five dollar bill in the machine. I started washing my car, thirty seconds later the machine cut off. I thought I might have did something wrong, so I put another dollar in the machine and it cut off after thirty seconds as well. Of course, I tried calling the company but the phone is disconnected. If anyone can get in contact with me, I will like a refund!!

The worst! Definitely don't go with the intent to use the "touchless" car wash. We used it today, attempted to call because while in soap application mode, there was NO SOAP! Not to mention the brushes used were USELESS! I will definitely NOT be returning!

I always go here to wash my truck. TBE prices are fair, the vacuums are strong. There is usually an owner or worker around. 4 stars because once in a while a hose might leak a little and drip down the handle. Still my favorite place to wash my truck.

I would give zero stars if I could. I used to automatic wash. Not only was there still soap on my car, but it was still dirty. I had to come home and do it myself. The whole point of going to the automatic wash was to not have to do it myself. I would have been better off handing a homeless person $10.

I go here from time to time to wash off any dirt. I have never had a bay not work. I like the Dripless rinse setting. It may take a few seconds time off your functune. Just make sure you keep aware of what setting you are using. I can usually finish my bike with one token($1.00). Sometimes if I want to spend some extra time with the wash. I haven't done a car there yet, but I will soon. I recommend this place for you. It's a good & fair priced wash place.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. DESERVES 0 STARS! I have been here twice now. I use the drive thru, spot free wash. The first time it left streaks on my car, so I didn't go back for months. I decided to try it this morning (1030am) because I saw they have a new door for the drive thru car wash, so I thought maybe they updated some things. Nope. The machine took my money, but the door to drive into the car wash never opened. I got out and checked and it was locked. And the number listed at the car wash to call when you have any issues is disconnected. So I highly recommend using ANY of the Soaps n Sudz car washes (They are everywhere and way better). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS.

Nice setup. Place has been there for as long as I've lived in Hampton. Always clean and kept. Machines work great! Heavy water pressure washes are available along with a fully automated car wash "drive through" style. Prices are competitive with manual washes at $1 for 2minutes. Vacuum machines are plentiful including some behind the automated wash which offer carpet cleaning! If I had to nitpick, my only complaint is that the coin machine sometimes gives you a headache not accepting your dollar lol.

One of the vacuums wasn't working and the one I went to ended up having a broken hose but hey, I was only doing a $1 quick vacuum. The $3 car wash got off all the bird droppings. I will always go to this car wash

Went in to wash my car since I prefer hand washing it and I put in a $5 bill. I start spraying the car down for a couple minutes then I look over to see the time left and it says about 8 minutes, great! So I start spraying down my rims and wheels then all of a sudden the machine cuts off and says to insert money. I tried to look for someone to help me but due to the virus no one is on-site. I also couldn't find a number on the same sign that told me this. I used to love coming here but I can't recommend faulty machines that steal your money half-way through a wash.

Had a very bad experience. Tried 2 wash bays, nothing worked, broken hoses and pressure washers, no water pressure, nasty brushes. The first machine took my money and nothing worked. Very disappointed. Looks like it hasn’t been maintained in years…

I tried using my card it wouldn’t work, i tried cash it won’t take a $1 or a $5 I had no choice but to use quarters, it worked but it kept eating my quarters. it’s $2 to start, over all I had to put $4 worth of quarters because it wouldn’t register my coins and just took it. It’s a hit or miss, some days it could work perfectly fine and some days it doesn’t. Also if you were looking to cover your car in foamy soap you can’t. Since it’s winter they have a “clear” soap.

Doesn’t look like much from the street but I go here to spray off the car it does a great job with the options in the wash bays. I like that it keeps a running tab so you’re not having to keep swiping your card.

Pretty affordable. Foam brush was a little dirty and it seemed like dirt was coming out of the water nozzle on soapy spray setting which is fairly concerning since it's essentially a media blaster. I sprayed some on my hand and there were little pieces of granular debris mixed in. Next time I would check before spraying down the car. I'm leaving a 4 star review because I can't say for certain the debris was in the water mix but I highly advise the owner check on this.

First Class Facility and Customer Service: I pulled into my space and began cleaning my vehicle and an Employee politely asked if everything was working properly. They returned twice more to ask about the equipment and offered air freshener for my car. Wow! I don't expect this everytime, but this makes me want to keep returning, knowing everything is well maintained. Thank you.

good and slow business on a Monday. had fun, but the stalls payment center overcharged me than what it stated after I ended the timer. needs a fix asap for a return from me edit: the charges show as 10$ each charge but when mine processed it was corrected to the price I seen that day. weird but it checks out

price is too high for the short time it gives you. Im from texas and where i live 5 dollars gets you 20 minutes. not 6. on top of that it gives you coins that are not legal tender that can only be used at thier car wash. it does not give you back money. huge problem for me. this was my first time going to this car wash. on top of that the soap from the brush turned my hands different colors. aside from that the equipment did work. but i dont like that i cant get quarters for my money. what do i do with useless coins if i never comeback. they got free money i got fake money. see the problem? i also think the timer on the machines run fast and are not correct. so yeah go at your own risk. youll be spending more than 10 dollars everytime you go. I assume this town doesn't have many options so everyone goes here. such a shame. makes me miss texas even more. too bad im stuck here for a year.

The bay I used had everything working. Some of the pipes had minor leaks where the coin area is so the platform where you can place your coins gets wet. These bays could use some love but they work. To start the machine was less than 3 bucks so the price is fair while some places start at 3-4 dollars.
