Was told I was getting a deal for 27 dollars for 3 months for a special deal and I was just charged 38 dollars for membership and it was only 1 month. Will never go back to this car wash

Great cat wash!! Drove my daughter's brand new car out from Oregon, vehicle was COVERED with bugs! Chose the $16 wash package with the bug pre wash and 3,000 miles of bug carcasses were gone🙂 Friendly staff, very helpful. Thanks for allowing me to deliver her car in like new condition!!

I've been here multiple times already and have not been disappointed. My car comes out clean all the time! I only wish they had a team to wipe down your car inside and out, and do the vacuuming.

Great experience. They provide towels and sprays to touch up your car after the wash and the vacuums are free to use as long as you need. Staff keeps the rags stocked and area clean.

My first time here, and this place is great! EXCELLENT customer service by all of the staff. They went above and beyond with every detail (washed my rubber mats for me). The free interior cleaning facilities post-wash make it even more worthwhile. Powerful vacuums, blowers, towels, glass cleaner and interior car solution. The bonus is you can take as much time as you need (my car was a mess). I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. In fact, I'll probably purchase a membership. Whoever trains the staff needs to give themselves a pat on the back.

Paid $20 for the best option. Was supposed to be for the extra bug care, tire shine etc. The wash left scratches on the truck. Didn't get off all the dirt/bugs, etc.

I came in a day to get my car wash in it took me a while. I had a lot going on Keith help me and kept checking back to make sure I was good. This was Customer Service at a whole new level it was authentic and he was trying to make sure I had everything I need. He washed my car mats for me that hadn’t been washed in a minute. He was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this place. I’ll be back on a regular basis.

This was my first & last visit to the Hampton Va location. My brand new 22 honda civic - had the driver side mirror ripped off off -I exited the car wash in panic. I had to run to the back of the car wash to find someone to find my cover. They found it & it’s covered in scratches- pics attached- they took a report & said the owner would be in touch within 3 days. I made 4 phone calls & finally after a week the manager finally answered my call. He informs me that my car was damaged prior to entering the car wash & my claim is denied. I took my car to a body shop & it’s going to cost me $118 to replace. I went to the car wash today to watch the video of my car going into the car wash. It’s inconclusive to say my mirror was separated. The manager says-somebody had to have hit my car with a door and caused damage to it! I call BS…. So I’m suppose to drive my car around with scratches thanks to them……lost me as a customer & I’ll spread the word … beware of this car wash !

Always a good experience even when my card changed and I needed to update my account was no problem. Their staff is awesome. Great customer service sometimes you have to wait. Sometimes you don’t. But they do a great job. Your car will look awesome check them out.

This review is based on the assistance to navigate the administrative process adding cars to my family plan and ensuring my vehicles are updated in the new system.... I've had serious problems updating my decals from the old system to the new system and getting a full promotion discounts with the family plan and other discounts that apply. The whistle express in Florida and other whistle expresses find it's impossible to verify my account and couldn't find any of my cars within the old system for 45 days. Yes, I was visiting Florida for 45 days and This caused serious delays getting service. and has delayed me from applying for an additional car to my family plan.... I even spoke with managers and owners who couldn't help me resolve my issues updating the system to ensure I'm receiving my total discounts and the system is updated properly to avoid delays selecting my prepaid monthly service m. I've generated numerous online tickets with an extremely slow process to help me resolve all the issues with my family plan and monthly discounts that apply... I'm still trying in the process of verifying the administration process is completed properly for all discounts.... positive notes... staff on duty have always been extremely helpful trying to help me resolve the issues.....

Sandi was excellent help today. The machine did not perform the type of wash that I paid for. Sandi offered to clean my tires herself. This was above & beyond. I felt bad and couldn’t let her do them herself. I cleaned them as well. Sandi is amazing

Went this morning to use my sisters POINTS SHE SAVED UP FROM USING THE APP and they won’t let me use none her points cause she not with me won’t let me use my brothers wash won’t let me use my sister in law either. Was not even at the pay station when I arrived then won’t even ready to assist me then would not allow me to get a wash because I didn’t have the family member with me on top of the fact my sister just stopped working for there company as well. So they big mad obviously 🙄 cause he was all smiles till I told him my sister name

They must have changed a lot more than the name. To start the guy at the terminal was trying to sell me on the top wash, even when I said I wanted the wash. Then the loader lined my car up really close to the truck in front of me. I know my car and that was way too close for comfort. I almost rear ended the guy because he braked at the end of the tunnel when switching to drive. I found a spot in the vacuum lot and I found my car had scratches that didn't exist before and my car was dirty, like the brushes just grazed the surface. Definitely not worth $30

According to google, I don’t have to wash my car in order to use the vacuums at this car wash. Yet, the girl there told me that I need to turn around and leave if I’m not purchasing a car wash. I will not be back. When I wash my car, I will keep doing so at Clean Green, where they encourage people to keep their vehicles clean. I can do my daily vacuuming there without any problem! I’m going to leave them a review next, to let them know that they are doing a great job and I’m very appreciative of them.

I always have a good experience at this car wash! It’s quick if you come at the right times, convenient, and located in a great spot. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly works hard to keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate the free vacuums and towels available for customers. It's such a nice touch that makes cleaning your car even easier. One feature I really like is the two-lane system: one for members, allowing for quick entry without waiting, and another for single wash customers or those looking to sign up. There are plenty of spaces to vacuum your car and take care of last-minute touch-ups. My only downside is that I pay for the most expensive package, but I notice my rims always come out looking just as dirty as when they went in. For $50 a month, they should come out sparkling clean. It seems like the water and machines don’t even reach or touch them properly. Overall, it’s a good car wash, but they should consider having staff clean the rims before the car goes through the machine to ensure customers truly get what they’re paying for.
