No call no show. Have called several times and no answer and are silencing after one ring. Absolutely terrible. Called earlier in day to ask about packages. No answer or return call Went ahead and booked 5 pm appointment. It’s 6 pm now I’ve called several times and left nice messages about how it’s ok if they are late and so on and they are not returning any of my calls. 0 stars if I could do that

This is one of the best car detailers in Raleigh! My car was incredibly dirty before I was serviced by UpscaleDetail! I no longer have any stains or scratches on my car, and it smells BRAND NEW! I will always come to UpscaleDetail for any future detailing needs. 10/10 customer services!

Had a great experience with the “incredible interior”! Jose is communicative, worked around my schedule, was on time & very respectful. My car had not been cleaned in a very long time and it looked and felt great inside!!! He worked hard on it and didn’t miss a spot. Very happy with the service & was a good price.
