They knew enough not to wash my brand new jeep with sand “caked” on it but didn’t know how to send it through the wash without scrubbing it… they told me it would just run water and not scrub… anyway it damaged 20% of my paint. (The picture isn’t the reflection of clouds it’s the damage). Then I went through the incident report process and they picked a detailer of their choice who speculated that it wasn’t the car wash’s fault so I got the following terse email from them: “We never felt that the wash caused damage to your vehicle’s finish however were respectful of a professional’s opinion. We are denying this claim. Thank you, Courtney Bell” Short sighted if you ask me and very disappointing. Users, beware that their brushes on their best day leaves little swirly scratches in the paint visible in daylight (if you don’t have white paint).

I was talked into upgrading to the $22 Hydro Shield Wash. The employee assured me it would get all the dirt off my car. It did not. When I got home and inspected my car, I saw swirls of dirt and wax all over the roof and trunk lid. I ended up spending the next 45 minutes washing my car again in my driveway. I have sent two messages through the contact us for a refund and left two voicemails with all the required information for a refund. No one has reached out. If I have to wash my car right after sending it through your machine, that is unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB if I do not hear from the company soon.

I was a monthly subscriber at Auto Bell. They opened an American pride xpress near by. I went online to see if they had monthly subscriptions. They did so i signed up after reading many reviews (some loved it, done hated it) I liked what i saw as they offered fast more than Auto Bell. The mat washer, the free high powered vacuum and the micro fiber towels for the glass and it was 5$ less expensive. Used of for the first time yesterday. It cleaned my truck better IMHO the vaccuums were great as was the micro fiber towels. I was impressed enough to hunt down the manager and tell her how happy I was.. Personally I'm a fan YMMV

This is one of my favorite car washes in the area. My only complaint is that they have a minimum price of $12 per wash. They used to have an 8 or $10 option. Free vacuums and what cloths to wipe down your car.

Got a coupon to try them out. I was a regular of the previous car wash that used to be there. First, I was shocked that you vacuum yourself at a $32 cost. Second and most importantly, it didn’t even thoroughly clean the exterior. Lots of dirt left on vehicle. Especially the roof and rear of vehicle. Not impressed at all. I’d recommend you go where people actually wash and dry the car as well as clean the interior for the premium price you pay.

Easy in and out right off six forks near 540. Newer facility and kept up well with vacuums included. Usually runs those specials for the monthly wash specials where you can get a month free with the cost of a wash at the beginning of the season. They don’t typically prewash much of the vehicle before it enters the tunnel like other places, but still seems clean on exit.

My husband had gone the week before I did. He said they did a GREAT job and he's picky. When I went the day after Christmas there was a sign to text for a free car wash. I was very please with the result. My sister even commented on how shiny and clean it looked! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Very quick entry process and the car wash is excellent. The drying station and vacuum area is also excellent. The window cleaner infused towels, make drying your car and cleaning interior extremely easy.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, however I am definitely disappointed with this place. I got a car wash here on January 4th and while the overall wash was great, my hood got scratched from the wash. I contacted their customer service team and they asked a few questions, then I never heard again from them. It is now the end of January. The scratches are also something I believe they could quickly fix, but instead they didn’t contact me back. I just bought myself this car in April and take great care of it, so this was something I am definitely not happy about.
