The worst car wash I’ve ever had. Covered in water spots, dash not cleaned, windows left dirty, amongst other issues. Literally a six year old could do a better job. I had to come home and rewash my car and clean the windows and inside after wasting almost an hour there.

It's simple as to saying, "they just do a great job". Most of the individuals who wipe down the car do it very thoroughly. I've been going there for over 8 years and never once did one of my cars get damaged going through the wash. Here's a picture of my current car after going through their wash...

Paid 42 dollars to not get nothing wiped or clean , they have lazy workers. I don’t normally review but I had to . Ridiculous never coming back here again . Seriously . Where is the general manger maybe a district manager , any manager . Y’all need to get these workers on the right page. I’m a general manager and QUALITY IS EVERYTHING. Fact that y’all are in a good part of Raleigh y’all should be top 2 at least to be a great place to get your car cleaned correctly . Manager is needed her .

The workers here are amazing. They do a great job every time. The managers/Leaders that are sitting in their office need to be a little more involved with helping the staff and the cleanliness of this location. Bathrooms are Horrible.

Terrible all. They charge more than others for a cheap machine , them the Teens will wipe with zero details 😔 your car , 3 lanes and you don't know what to take , them lazy people sitting on the side, and at the end to find out I could not use the vacuum myself. 😆 Crazyyyy, rocket is better

I have a monthly pass and added the three coats polish and going through the car wash the pressure to those coats were so weak. It only hit the sides of my car and didn’t even get to the hood or the top of the car so total waste of money for that extra service on top of my monthly amount.

The outside cleaning looked great, and the employees were polite and friendly. However, the interior cleaning was literally a waste of money. They didn’t bother to wipe down my console and didn’t vacuum my trunk. (I drive my mid-sized SUV, so it’s part of the interior rather than a separate compartment.) I wouldn’t be shocked to learn they never opened it. My backseat was vacuumed, but it was done poorly. There was still dog hair on the seat and crumbs all over the floor. I actually went home and re-vacuumed the car myself. I would not go back for an interior cleaning; it was not worth the $35.99 they charged. Edit to add: Management reached out to me. They offered to let me come back and get my car re-cleaned for free or a $50 gift card. I had already done the cleaning job myself, so I said that I wanted the gift card. Following this, they ghosted me. I’m not mad about the money, but I did just think that this was incredibly rude. Don’t offer me something and then not follow through.

Car wasn’t that dirty so it makes it super obvious to me when they do a terrible job. WORST CAR WASH EVER. They literally didn’t even vacuum up a dead bug on the back carpet. Dash is covered in dust. Paid extra for the “rain repellant” and was left with water spots all over and paid for the mats to be cleaned and they were put back in soaking wet and still dirty. I’ve never had this terrible of service at other Auto Bell locations.

I paid $42 and change for the RainX interior and exterior wash... Ryan, Parker, and Eli all worked on my car, and gave me the thumbs up to drive it away looking like this... I asked the redheaded one for a clean rag, and he gave me a wet one saying that it was dry. Then he said, "Do you want me to turn on the vacuum for you?" Then, he walked away. He didn't ask what they missed or anything. He really expected me to clean my own car. I called their customer care number while keeping my car where it was, and that lady started off somewhat polite but got rude with me after I asked her if I should call the cops on them for stealing my money. She suggested that I ask them to clean it again. I asked them to do it again. Two of them worked on it and did a better job on my windshield and vacuuming. However, the console still didn't get wiped. Gentlemen, I used to work at a carwash. I also currently work for tips myself, so I know when to give them for a job well done or at least when some effort was put forth. I also know when to withhold them if someone doesn't do their job at all. You gave me a dirty car like that was an okay thing to do. I hope y'all aren't expecting people to tip you before you clean their car and then basing how much effort you will put into cleaning their car off of the amount of their tip. I gave you zero dollars beforehand, so you put in zero effort. However, I went to the ATM before coming so that I could tip you after you did what you were supposed to. But, you didn't do your job. Do better.

This was the second time I have tried them. Both times were unsatisfactory, the attention to detail isn’t there. There were smears all over my door and windshield and the back seats were still dirty. I’d rather save some money and go to a self-service car wash.

For $50 I expected the car to be somewhat cleaned but now I see why they only have 3 stars. I’m surprised they have 3 to be honest. I do t expect a $100 clean but I do expect it to at least be wiped inside and that wasn’t the case. I still had a candy wrapper in my cup holder proving they never even looked at it. The pics are AFTER the cleaning.

Third time, not a charm. The quality is missing for the price I paid. I purchased the superior interior/exterior wash and the front bumper is still dirty. The front dash and center console was left dirty. I guess it’s my fault for not saying something before I left as I was in a rush.

My first time using Autobell was not great. I paid for the full service (interior and exterior). There is a sign that tells customers to put throw away items on the floor, which I did. When my car was done, they questioned whether or not the car was mine. I had to tell them specifically what was in the trunk before they believed me. Then when I left, I noticed that all of the “throw away items” that I was instructed to place on the floor was thrown onto my back seat along with leaves and pine needles. I called what I thought was the local number but got customer service instead. They called the store and informed me that there is no such sign. Please see the attached picture of said sign. I was offered a free car wash but declined as I have no desire to return to a place that accused me of trying to steal a car and then flat out lied about the signage that they have posted. I did ask customer service for a partial refund (just of the amount that I paid for the interior detail) and that was refused. Which is odd because that would have cost them less than a free car wash.
