I must say for the price of $79 and some change you would hope to have a better wash experience and attention to detail. One of my main reasons for canceling the monthly super poly subscription is I find the service men would not wipe ALL of the windows clean or would not vacuum the mat or the trunk or when I pay extra for armor all interior, cup holders like today are still left untouched. To have $40 additional now added to choose as options that is sad you have to do to get your car serviced but ok I get it, and still I have to come home and wipe my own car over is disrespectful. Convenient to my home is the name of this game but I have to say I wait to the very last minute so often because service level has declined.

Had three young guys cleaning my car for me to get inside and it was still dirty. I had to keep telling the guy to clean this spot, clean that spot. If I see it. I know three people should’ve seen it. I don’t know if they was rushing or just needs more training on how to clean. But yea I’ll never waist my money here again. My 10 year old son. Cleans better.

Had my son’s car wash today they did an excellent job. They pay attention to detail. They’re very courteous they go the extra mile Logan the general manager of this location on Capital Boulevard is Excellent. The general manager is courteous and professional.Logan is an asset to the company and I will definitely come back again. The customer service was great and they were very friendly. But when I got home I noticed they didn’t clean the entire interior. They didn’t flip the seats up and clean the dirt off of the seats. I was disappointed because I paid $40 for a full service and didn’t actually get that.

I got stuck in the middle of my wash. The travel belt just quit. They couldn’t totally wipe down my vehicle. I should’ve gotten a “totally car wash”

Person who checked me in was fantastic. Automatic car wash was great. Paid for "Full Service" and had my keys handed back without the seats, door panels or dash being touched at all. Windows were done but I ended up just doing them again because of the spots that were left. The floor mats were clean. Contacted Autobell by email through their website a week ago and haven't heard back. I'm just going to move on and chalk it up as a loss.

Everyone that works there appears to be very nice, helpful, and respectful. I need to shout out Gavin as being super helpful. I took my car there one day and left feeling disappointed. It didn’t look like the interior had been wiped down and I’d asked attendants to clean the car seat and when I got home saw crumbs still in the carseat. I called customer service and they told me to return with the receipt to have my vehicle cleaned again. I spoke with Gavin and he was so helpful. He didn’t hesitate to have my vehicle cleaned again and drove it through the car wash himself. I give Gavin and the 2 attendants that cleaned my vehicle the second time 5 stars. As a whole, because it isn’t the first time I’ve left there feeling disappointed, I’d give Auto Bell a 3. In the future, I’ll be clear with attendants that I’d like cup holders/doors/etc wiped down and that if they can get off stray marks on both the exterior and interior of the car without damage to please do so. I may also consider breaking the bank and looking into some car detailing shops in the future. I would return to Auto Bell for a quick clean which seems to be their speciality. Thank you, Gavin, for your wonderful assistance and giving me the desire to return again!

Horrible services..... Paid for the Rain Repellent Special but received the very Basic Service. Truck was not completely dried or wiped down. Still have dirt spots on sides, tailgate, and around the emblems. Running boards were not even touched. Just as dirty leaving as on arrival. What upsets me is not only did I mention this to the attendant, but she had the nerve to act as if I was inconveniencing her......Ridiculous! $37.53 for basic service. I am beyond done with this place. Wish I could give negative stars. My advice, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I've always had great service at this location. They all work very hard to make sure our cars are clean. Especially grateful for them taking care of my wife's van as she, and the kids, can make quite a mess in there. It usually takes them a little extra time to vacuum all the crumbs, leaves, dirt, crayons, dog hair, etc. and they are always apologetic for taking so long and not getting it perfect. When I take my wife's van there I tip more than usual because they have certainly earned it.

UPDATED October 23, 2022: Of I could give more stars for this review, I would! I had tree sap on my vehicle that I didn't think would ever come off. The guy cleaning my vehicle got it all off, amazingly! ---------------------------- UPDATED June 4, 2022: Excellent experience again today. The staff is super friendly and helpful. ---------------------------- This was my first time at Autobell and I wasn't sure what to expect. As you pull into the parking lot, there are signs that instruct you how to proceed. Before pulling into the car wash, there is a pull-off area to straighten up the interior, retract your antenna and mirrors, secure any valuables, and anything else you need to do. At the washing bay, an employee will come over and prepare your vehicle to enter the washing area. At this point, you exit the vehicle and pay for the services you want. When I told them this was my first time, they clearly explained the options and sales they were having. I didn't feel they tried to up-sell any services. They have several services ranging from a basic wash all the way up to full washing, under carriage washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, armor-all, etc. After your vehicle exits the washing bay, an employee will drive it around to an area where they finish hand drying the vehicle, washing the windows, vacuum the interior, and do any other services you purchased. The day I went out was extremely hot outside (95° in October!). The employees were always hustling, pretty much running from station to station. This doesn't mean they rushed through cleaning the vehicle, just very efficient. When I got my vehicle back, I was very pleased with how clean it was. Exceeded my expectations. I spoke to Josh, who I guess is the manager. I told him how pleased I was and how impressed I was with the employees' attention to detail. He said if I noticed something wasn't up to my expectation to bring the vehicle back. Easily ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars! I will definitely be back to have my car cleaned. May even purchase a monthly package.

I usually go to a car wash on Capitol blv and this is why. I didn’t only take one car I took both my Honda and my wife’s. And with their sales skills they sold me their best wash. But obviously, they’re better salesman than they are car washers we had to keep asking them to wipe windows bumpers add tire shine that they me. There is no more work ethics anymore. Needless to say this autobell is pure trash.
