Was not too satisfied with my service, which was a shock because I thought they did a good job with my exterior service I got two weeks ago. This time, I got the $90 interior service. They came and finished in like 10 minutes. I didn't understand how they could finish a $90 detailed service in under 10 minutes, and when I looked inside after they left, I could see why. Didn't look as though they did much to my interior. The only thing that looked like they had cleaned was the dashboard, but there was residue left from the product that they used. The job seemed rushed. There was still dirt on the sides of my seats, the mats were in the same place before they came, so they couldn't have been cleaned. I received a better cleaning job from carwash services for less than $20. Highly upset. Will not be using this detailing company again.

BUYER BEWARE if considering Oxidation Removal on RVs from Prime Time... The short story is that we spent $900 for a De-Oxidation Service on our 4 year old travel trailer. They spent a day on it, but it was really no better than before they started. They said they would come out and correct it but never did. They said we needed to pay to have it wet sanded. We went back and forth for months without a resolution. We asked for a partial refund but they wouldn't refund anything. They encouraged us to take them to court and didn't seem to care if we left a bad review (which we didn't want to do). We finally gave up. They may be ok at car detailing and maybe even a wash/wax but be careful hiring them for oxidation removal.

Unfortunately this was quite a bad experience. For $250+, the job done was inferior to what I get at a car wash place for $30 !! My mistake was paying and leaving the car with the "detail technician" before it was finished since I had a doctor's appt to go to. I thought I was dealing with professionals. Not even close. Both the exterior and interior were very poorly cleaned and some areas were totally untouched. Calls and texts to try to reach these folks went un-answered. Very disappointing!

If you care about your vehicle, stay far away from this company. Do not trust them with paint protection film, ceramic coatings, or any other service. Just read the negative reviews from other customers — I wish I had. The owner is irresponsible, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Nine months ago, I entrusted him with my luxury vehicle for paint protection film and ceramic coatings. Instead, he crashed my car in his own shop, then secretly repainted it himself — like an amateur street painter — without telling me, thinking I wouldn’t notice. The results were a disaster: the paint protection film and ceramic coatings were horribly done, and my SUV was returned to me in awful condition. To make matters worse, he refused to take responsibility for the damage he caused. He involved his business insurance company, but I never received a single cent for the repairs. Bottom line: This shop destroyed my vehicle and my trust. Learn from my mistake and take your car somewhere else.
