Great place to wash your car. Tools are maintained and kept filled in the washport. Vacuum cleaners are strong. About 10 dollars to rinse, soap brush, condition, clear coat, wax and vacuum dry the car.

I like this place, not always the safest & friendliest area.. but the place is usually well equipped, good/okay shape, clean, with plenty of good lighting. And the people who work there have always been nice. This place is usually very busy.. but it is open 24/7.

Several weeks ago I was ripped off at this car wash. I cashed a $5 at the coin changer and got dollar coins in return. When I deposited the coins, I was not given credit at the wash!!! Ok, problems happen. I understand. I paid with my credit card and left a note and left under the door per the instructions for a refund. After a lore than reasonable amount of time, I have not received any acknowledgement my phone or mail of my request. It’s unprofessional and scammy to even give the impression that refund requests are taken seriously. Just say “no refunds” if no effort to reimburse folks will be made for your faulty system/equipment. Prior to this incident, I frequently used this car was for the soft water they advertise and the dryer feature. Give me my money back and I’ll change my review to reflect how I felt prior to the incident.

I used to like this spot but they don't maintain their business. The credit card scanners no longer work on their I waited for two different bays neither would read my cars. Sometimes their hoses leak and will get you soaked. Their vending machine also sometimes will not dispense what you paid for. I will probably stop coming after today.

Do NOT pay with credit cards here. They double the charge to $10 instead of the $5 advertised on the walls. Additionally, they need a cleaning attendant to maintain facility semi-clean. In more than one occasion I seen human waste on the floor. Next time I will post a photo

I've been going here for a while and it's a solid place sometimes the equipment dosen't work but that's understandable. I've always payed with cash and today I went for a quick wash and payed with card it gave me 10min which is alright because I usually take that long but I thought it would charge me about $5, since I always put in $5 or 6 in cash and get 12min I checked my card and I got charged $10. NEVER PAY WITH TAP TO PAY here.

i have been going to this place for years to wash my car. i swipe my credit card in the card reader and get 10 minutes of wash time for 5 bucks(in the past), with a count-down timer. Well today I went there, swiped my credit card and started washing and after a while noticed they changed the timer to go up and wasn't stopping. I saw no where how to stop the timer and end the transaction. Finally I pushed a button and got the timer to stop and was charged more money. This is deceptive as the machine doesn't tell you what you are paying for and if I hadn't pushed the button, it would have run on and on all day. I do not like the deception of no clear instructions on how to end the transaction and potentially having other people getting a free car wash all day on my credit card! As well, the water pressure was cut down in half and the soap coming out of the washing crush was reduced really low.

I stopped going there even though is a nice place. I just don’t like people staying there drying their cars while some people wait for them to finish when they can just move and dry outside. I think people should wash and go, not wash, and detail.

Came to wash my truck and got my money taken and no car wash wash I used the credit card machine and it took my money but a few seconds later it stop I figured it was a mistake so run my card again and same thing Took $10 from my account and no wash I guess I'll be taken my business somewhere else Tried calling the number and someone answered and just hung up

Tons of options to clean your car with. Just the only issue I have is that the spotless rinse is NOT spotless. I’d still recommend doing it but make sure you use the blower to get all the water bubbles off to prevent spotting on glass and paint, especially chrome pieces. I also personally do not use the brushes, but that’s personal preference.

If you were gonna come here to clean out your car, think again. All of the trash cans are full. You had ONE job, Tustin Bay. Pro tip: there’s a Dell taco nearby right by the freeway. You can park and use their dumpster.

Good pressure on the pressure washer, I like that the nozzle is bendy/flexible. Did a good job. The soap foam was extreme which i like as well. The only think I didnt care for was the air drier definitely not worth wasting ur precious time on. Decent area too.

Before the "remodeling" of this place, everything was fine, I did not spend much and I could wash my truck quietly, the hose in charge of the blue foam had power and I threw a lot, I liked to go there, but now it is terrible, I no longer have enough time to wash, I have to run literally, the blue foam comes out as if I did not want to work, I have come twice since the change and I have spent too much money and I do not take my car with a half-rinsed, go with a car wash and come to this place. It is the same in terms of spending money, this place is no longer the same, I leave disappointed and angry, I spent twice as much as I used to pay to wash my truck here, how bad.

One of the only things i liked about this place is that it wasn't to crowded but as soon as i started using the equipment, i started noticing why. The water doesn't have enough pressure, The air dry needs more psi, and there was a mess in the vacuum areas.

There are 4 spots and people take their sweet time I mean 10 minutes adding to your current 10 minutes for a place you can’t really line up is a lot. Card reader didn’t work on the first from right.

Soap and wet cleaning is great. Plus they have blow dryers. However, their vacuums leave a lot to be desired. It looks like they were recently replaced, but the suction is just so low on them. Sometimes I wash my car here and then go to another wash for vacuums. I would suggest using cash. I’ve been double charged twice when using a card, probably because I pressed the buttons wrong or something, but it happens. And finally, the homeless issue. In the picture you will see a blue tarp that’s attached to a sink on the side of the car wash closest to where you dry your cars and it is a temporary home for a homeless person. I have zero problem with homeless people, but I do think this is not an inappropriate place to build your house. Especially with women cleaning their cars alone there. Stay safe!

I drive a 11-ft. tall - 22 ft. long work vehicle and found this wash to be perfect. Most car washes are either really busy, Not big enough or overpriced. I washed this bad boy myself for $10. One bay is missing a card reader but the others take credit and all take coins with a change maker on site. Thank you and i’ll be back for the next time.

You need signs telling people to pull their car up to a bay and wait instead of having one long line of cars overflowing into the street!! Works good but people always bucket wash and take forever
