Paid $59.99 for the exterior wash & wax, which included interior wash with shampoo & vacuum service for the seats & carpets. They made me wait 2HRS. When I picked up they demanded that I pay before getting my key back. I told them I already paid inside several hours ago. The mini-mart where I paid was closed, so I had to show them my receipt. Even then they held onto my key (waiting for a tip I suppose- meanwhile I hadn't even seen my car yet). I had to ask again for my key. They gave it to me & I went to open up my car. Drops of water everywhere along the doors and glass. My seats & floors were soaking wet. Upon further inspection I found leaves & seeds in the sides of my door, under the windshield wipers & near the opening of my trunk. When I rolled the driver's & passenger's seats back to inspect my backseats, I found small white hairs all over the floor (not my hair- I have long brown hair all the way to my lower back & no, I do not have any pets). Additionally there were foot prints, leaves & even live beetles crawling on my mats. Yes, I found bugs in my car after they supposedly "washed" it. I was horrified & absolutely disgusted. Then I opened up the trunk, where I found pieces of straw or hay & what looked like pieces of grass. This was not the way I brought it in. I don't play sports or work on a farm. I don't even own a patch of grass in my home (I live in a condo with a concrete patio). So I wanted to speak with the manager but I was told that everyone from inside the shop had left for the day. Needless to say I did not leave them any tip. When I got home I had to do my own cleaning & then discovered that my glove compartment & the middle compartment by my drink holders were filthy, covered with what looked like some sticky substance & maybe dirt & something gritty like sand (again I have no idea how these areas became so dirty- not how I brought it in). I am so furious. If I weren't so mad & if they weren't closed, I would return to demand my money back. Needless to say, I have spread the word in my neighborhood, among my family & my coworkers & I vow to never go back. This was the absolute worst service of my life. What a total ripoff. I feel like I've been robbed & spit on. Maybe that's why they were laughing at me? Unbelievable. Never never never ever. Never again.

If I was able to give it negative stars I would. Horrible mini detail. They use a bucket and a rag to shampoo the seats. It leaves water marks when it dries. We wasted over 4hrs and 2 days. They still couldn't get it right. When I asked for a refund they said no. They offered a free wash instead. Why would I waste more time for a horrible wash. Both days my car was left with water spots, bird poop and smudges on windows. Save your time and money bc they don't know how to value your business. We'll see what Joe does to fix his employees bad quality work. I've gotten better quality at Tustin Plaza. I believe they match competitors coupons. I was lured here by the coupon but trust us when we say IT'S NOT WORTH IT..!

Don't waste your money. Spent $20 and my windshield wasn't even clean. Watched the guy just casually/ LAZILY wipe down the outside for 5+ minutes and then put his other hand down right where he just wiped.. These guys do not care about doing a good job. Period. If you do decide to waste your money on a car wash here... they will steal your change too. Enjoy.

I am a regular customer here and i was satisfied till today. I always come here for quick 14.99 wash and plus $1 for suv and always tip the cleaners. They hand clean the interior with wet clothes and was very detailed until today. I told the guy to wipe the seats just once to get rid of dirts but be refused to listen. Then again i explained him to do it but he flatly refused telling me that i have to pay more money for it. This guy wasn't the regular guy who used to do it. I told him that other cleaners do wipe the seats but he just cleaned the dash ignoring me. After this he even didn't clean the doors and coffee tray and now i am left with unclean vehicle. Now i have to find a new regular place to wash my car.

I come visit my family every weekend and I always come to this gas station and Carwash. I mean I get gas first and then a wash. they do a good job despite being busy on the weekends. I love coming here, and my $20 wash I get turns out good. I always recommend this place to my friends and family ..... (also add in a picture of your car or any clean car and say they did a good job)

I come here every week or two and have been for years. My experience up until today has been ok. Today they were short staffed and took 45 minutes to get to my car once it came out of the wash. When the guy was done my car looked terrible. Water spots everywhere, tires not done the back not vacuumed, the inside of the windows not done etc. When I mentioned this to the worker he called over the manager. The manager was extremely upset with me for mentioning the problem. He said they were short staffed and busy. He continued to be rude when I told him I paid for the service and this was not ok. He said “so what, we’re busy and he doesn’t want to hear it”. I asked him his name and he said “I have no name” then walked away saying things in Spanish. I do understand the language and am completely floored by the names he was calling me. I have never been treated with this kind of rudeness. Totally unacceptable in any environment of customer service. I will no longer use this car wash as well as anyone in my family. Extremely unprofessional manager. We’ll see if the owner appreciates his manager swearing and calling his customer names in Spanish thinking that I can’t understand or care that I understand what he was saying.

Very terrible experience at the car wash are used to come here for years I don’t know what happened to management or service but the quality of work has definitely Diminished.I guess it’s time to find a new car wash place. They use one yellow spray for your paint and windows. Which leaves streaks all over your car. I pay for the luxury car wash and all they did was try to drive my car without putting any armor all on the tires and also tried to say that I didn’t pay for that that’s BS maybe their own employee should read what Their own laundry wash consist of. There’s a lot to say about all this and I could go on forever. I’m just very very disappointed in the quality.

I don’t know why people always give car washes such terrible reviews. Wait times are decent depending on the time of day you show up and they always clean my car perfectly adequately. As long as I don’t have to clean my own car, which is extra difficult when living in Irvine, I’m happy.

Worse place ever. I just came back from a car wash, had them vaccum twice but still very dirty. Dashboard is untouched. Just spoke to a receptionist who will not let me talk to a manager or owner. She said we all are human and make mistakes and hung up on me😡😡 I just saw your reply. Way to cover up your one star review!! People be aware....they are washing and vacuuming your car and make a mistake? Come on.. what kind of mind using work it is that you can not do it correctly and make mistake. I’m sure with 90% of people who gave you one star here, you made mistake and not bother to train your employees. BTW, I forgot to mention in my original review that I paid extra to clean my reams and I’m sure you made mistake because they are dirty and were not touched by your mistake making employee. Your receptionist is the rudest person I have ever talked to.

The cashier said my wash booklet (i have to pay $2 extra each wash with prepaid ticket) is worth less because the car wash is under a new owner. I have bought wash booklets for a couple years here. Today, the cashier said I needed to pay $2 extra now for each wash. Do not buy booklets from this company, they will decrease the value of them. Without the booklets, it’s not worth going here for the quality of service rendered.

I hope the owner reads this about what happened at the Tustin location on 7/23/21 at 2:30pm. I seriously wanted to get the right service and pay any price to remove tree sap dropped on my car the night before. All the workers pointed to a tall man and said he was the one who spoke english. I asked which service is the right one for tree sap? He said 'What coupon do you have?' I didn't have a coupon and told him I just want the right service. He said 'What's the coupon?' I got out my phone and showed him what I saw on the website. 'What's best for tree sap? Would the Manager's Special $59.99 do it?' The man said 'I'll throw in the hand car wash.' I kinda had to decide for myself and thought hey if the Manager has this special, it will probably be good. After my car was washed, bright sun on white paint made it hard to see details, but it looked shiny. Tall guy was near me supervising everybody. I said 'Did the tree sap come off?' He said 'You told me that already' and brushed me off. At home in my garage, I saw plenty of tree sap specks still there in the paint. WTAF?! The interior vacuuming also was not too great. The last thing I want to do is interact with the tall guy on duty again. The business website asks for feedback and I wrote them about my bad experience. 3 days now and no response. It's all very disappointing. For sure the tall man wasn't helpful, but the rest of the people were hard-working. I gave them a tip for their efforts because they aren't the ones who steered me wrong. The cashier in the store was also helpful and friendly. I told him 'If the tree sap isn't removed, I'm going to want a re-do.' He looked pretty unsure and said 'I can offer you a free car fragrance' which is a little scented square. He seemed to care about customer service but couldn't do much more. Hey owner, I was looking for much better service, more courtesy, and a better result on the interior and exterior of my car.

Just to give you an update on Auto Wash and 76 gas.. It is now Chevron, all brand new gas pumps, so you won't have any problems with your cards or getting a receipt. if you need to get a car wash great service and morning shift cashier is really friendly and helpful.

I was there to get my car washed at 4:30 pm today. I sat in line waiting about 10 minutes while they vacuumed the car in front of me. After waiting 10 minutes, the car wash attendant came up and told me they were closed!!! If they were closed, why didn’t they tell me right away instead of waiting 10 minutes??? What a horrible way to do business!!! I won’t be back 😡😤

Horrible! They don't clean everything. They are not trained people. 80 dollars is a lot of money and they clean half way. I lifted the seats and see mess. They don't know how to lift seats to make sure carpets are clean. Horrible service. Not worth your money. I have more photos. There are even hand marks on the ceiling of our car.

It's Chevron now, for some reason Google still shows it as 76. I love this place because it does the old-time hand wash which is getting harder to find these days. Here's a photo of what it looks like now (2025).

Wash was decent but: Chevy Bolt was considered an oversize.. $5 extra...ridiculous. Plus terrible job on windows Total cost $35! Not going back
