Last night as it was raining, I went to put gas in my car. I gave too much money and wound up going back to the window to get my change back. (The door was locked) so I'm standing there in the rain while the cashier was with her cellphone in one hand and eating with the other. I gave her a few seconds then I knock on the window and she said "what" I asked for my change and left. No sorry, no thank you no nothing.

Paid 8 dollars for the car wash. Threw thing sprayed my car with soap and shut off. I went in to get the lady to start it and she laughed at me and said I need to pay again and wouldn't let me talk to the owner. Horrible customer service very rude will never go to this place. A complete rip off.

The guy was kinda pushy cam e outside and took pump nozzle from my car and told me jt was finished. S hocked I was looking fo r phone I dropped down beside my seat,I'm sure everyone has done that before. I wasn't sure if it was pushy or plain rude.

Its close to the freeway so at times they are strange people there. If your a woman I say go during day. I had people ask me for money. The car wash is ok but it leaves alot of water drops if you don't use theblow dryer right.

This gas station has switched from Chevron to Mobil. The address on the receipt is TUSTIN MOBIL, 17241, IVINE BLVD. TUSTIN, C.A ( Irvine is misspelled). Folks, beware of the car wash here. I was cheated twice between what I paid for as per the listed Ultimate car wash features and the actual car wash which was basic. Twice I was charged $8 for the Ultimate car wash and what happened was minimal amount of soap used and that was it. The air drying went on for a long time, I guess since air is free. When I punched in, I was told to pay an additional dollar for the ultimate and to add insult to injury, what I got was the basic wash. The first time this happened I raised it with the lady at the cash counter who rebuffed me stating that nothing was incorrect. This time when I raised it with the elderly gentleman at the cash counter saying that I am not looking for a refund but I'd like to give the feedback that there must be something wrong with the car wash settings, he stubbornly insisted that nothing is wrong and I got what I paid for. He was rude and gruff and stated that if I saw rainbow colors from the soap, that was the correct wash. I'm not sure if this has something to do with the change from Chevron to Mobil but Mobil should look into this. I've been using this gas station for over 15 years now and only after this change if management has this started to happen.

I had never used this station before. I was trying to have a conversation with someone. I actually stopped filling up before I even got to half full because the screen was blaring video ads at me so loudly I couldn't concentrate. I don't mind plastering your ads everywhere, but being bombarded with a loud video while all I want to do is fill my gas tank is a bit irritating. I left and finished filling up at another station later.

One pump is always out of order and at least one out of four times the machine is out of receipt tape and I have to go inside. Drive through car wash does a nice job. Employees are paid to be there...rarely smile!

I sometimes fill up here. The prices are ok and comparable to some other gas stations. There might be better price gas stations around, but this station is right off the 55 so it is in a very convenient location. The have televisions when you are filling up. The ATM machines look a little outdated though. Would recommend updating them to support Apple/Google pay.

Bad customer service. They are a rip off. I went this morning to get gas, since I was there I paid for a car wash as well. When I got my receipt it did not have the code for the car wash. I went to the window and the guy there told me I had to pay again. I called later and the manager asnwer the phone. She told me she could give me another code. I went back and she was not there. I waited for her for a while and she never came back. I talked to the employee there and he told me she was not there anymore. He told me to come back some other day. They are ripping off people with the car wash service.

I always try to put mobil gasoline into my car, you get bang for your buck, but this place has false advertisement. normally when you pay cash you would pay the reduced price versus credit card or debit in most cases. well at this place, you only get the reduced price if you purchase the car wash they sell; mind you I was paying with cash for my gas, and i don't need a carwash. Such a baite an switch. 👎

This washing station doesn't work properly. Be aware. I tried to wash my car and about 30% of the roof was still dirty. I realized this the next day and came back to ask for a refund. The manager said that he couldn't refund because it's too late. But eventually refunded after my arguments. Okay. I tried to wash my car right after this again and got the same problem. But this time he declined me for a refund because this is my fault. I'm pretty sure this is a problem with poor alignment of the washing mechanisms and that the cleaning brushes are not reaching the end of my car roof. Because right after this I went to another gas station and my car was washed just perfectly! I also noticed that the shampoo was too runny. They are cheating the clients.

Was here on Jan 10 at 830 pm. The worker refused to take my money to get gas. Said she had already closed out her register and closed tbe store until her relief came. Refuse to give her name. If management sees this you need to know she is closing early and refusing to take cash so we can fill up. I was on empty and she was rude and said she didn’t care. Pic of the worker refusing to service customers cause she wants to close the store till the relief for next shift comes. Asked for her name and corporate number and she refused. Highly unprofessional.
