This is my go to car wash in the Tustin/Irvine area. Staff is always friendly, lines aren’t bad and the wash is thorough. There are free vacuums to use after your wash and I really like that there are microfiber cloths to wipe down your vehicle after as well.

This place will destroy your windshield. Look at other people's reviews on other review sites. I wish we would've looked at them before because now our windshield is completely messed up. I'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau since nobody wants to get back to us after we've called multiple times and even showed up to the location. We have pictures and videos of this happening to our windshield and I see other people on here have the same issue. All those small white spots are small tiny scratches. The entire thing is covered with them. Its so hard to drive. Do not take your car here unless you want your windshield messed up.

DON’T GO THERE!! After I paid on the device to dryout my truck, the handle was broken and flew all over the place, hitting me and my truck, the sad part is the manager was watching and he waited until I left and he went and fixed it, after this he came to me in a rude way asking me to change my spot, when I told him about the bad service and equipment broken he asked me to show him where and there was nothing broken!! Of course because he fixed it when I left, he didn’t even apologize for it and offer me extra time instead the time and money I lost instead he told me if I dont move my truck to a different spot he will call the police, THIS WHAT YOU WILL GET THERE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND ALREADY PAID FOR SERVICE. I also had my wife’s car there and she paid for full service wash and the manager started speaking Spanish to his employee so I dont understand to finish quickly so we can leave and her car wasn’t completely done as well for the service she paid for, both of us wont definitely be back and definitely this place is not recommended. And my advice for the owner (if different from the manager) is to keep his eyes open because definitely he is losing business!

The car wash is good, but could be better. It’s gone down over the years… The guys that prep your car before going through the wash are inconsistent. They need to scrub your wheels better and pre spray and sponge off the bug dirt better. One of the foam sprayers is either clogged or shut off, the tire shine could be better and the chamois on the left doesn’t even come close to the car. They should hose off the after care area each morning before opening. It’s dirty and it gets in the car when you’re finished cleaning your car. The compressed air hoses need servicing as well.

I could not hear the auto attendant explaining the different wash options. Since I could not hear the auto attendant, I opted for an exterior only wash. After selecting exterior, the next page listed approximately 4 price levels with no details explaining the options included with each price level. Again, since I did not know what was included, I selected the base price. I would have liked to select a wash that included a "towel" dry without a tire dressing. Sadly, without the additional towel dry, I did not want my car parked with standing water (despite the supposed spot free rinse) while I vacuumed the interior myself. I drove away without vacuuming, hoping the excess water would dry off by the time I got home. When I got home, the whole back end of my car was still dirty. Now I have to go to a different car wash for both the interior AND exterior. Total waste of my time and money.

Crew did a good job thoroughly cleaning my SUV inside out and buffing out the scratches on the driver’s door. It was quick, efficient, and cheaper than another place across town. It’s good to have a full service car wash in the Irvine transportation hub!

To the staff with the worst attitude. I used to go here every other week until I realized, they don’t really care if your car is clean (even with full service) and will just say pay more. Also, everybody I’ve met is rude and will not even try to help.

I always go for the Bronze wash with full service—great value at $30. The team does a thorough job, especially on the interior, and the car always comes out looking super clean. Friendly service and solid results every time.

UPDATE 9/22/2024 - Ok...it looks like they fixed the car wash. If you read below, you can see my experience wasn't favorable. I have put the HONDA FIT and my FORD C-MAX through this carwash again, and both were thoroughly cleaned and rinsed properly. Kudos to management for addressing this problem and fixing the machinery. 5-Star now. -----As much as I want to love this car wash, unfortunately I've had to downgrade it. It just doesn't rinse all the soap off of the car. I took a Honda FIT through it, and the whole back of the car was covered in soap after going through the wash. I complained, and a worker told me to just put it through again - the same thing happened. Loads of soap left. My Ford CMAX always has leftover soap in the side mirrors and hinge areas of the hatch back. On a good note, the employees are friendly, and vacuum stations are awesome,

First time coming here but have been to many express/hand car washes - was VERY pleased with how clean my car came out. The auto wash was quick and simple, and even the bronze tier did the job. No fuss and got the car clean enough to be decent. But the full service add-on for $20 more is a MUST. The gentleman that worked on my car did a fantastic job and really got into every nook and cranny in such a quick timeframe. Windows shining, floor and seats totally vacuumed, spots gone, even the door frames wiped down where most wouldn’t look. Wish I had gotten his name. Absolutely fantastic service, will be coming back again.

This place is either self service or full service. They also offer detail services as well. I always get the full service and they do a great job. From the moment you pull up you're greeted with a smile. My car always looks sparkling clean. Go check them out.

I always have fantastic service from the full service wash here, but this morning Onni( I hope I got that right) went above and beyond! I did my normal platinum was service and with a busy mom lofe my car gets extra dirty on the inside! He went above and beyond vacuuming all 3 rows out for me and even moved stuff around in my trunk to get it a nice clean! He wipes down every surface with care and fast! Highly recommend the full service wash :) looking forward to coming back soon and getting a nice leather treatment for my interior! Also must note that I recieved fabulous friendly service from start to finish, the attendant at the front answered my several questions and made my experience start off perfectly. *only pic i got was of my new air freshener from home✨️

I paid $46 for this service because they told me it included multiple treatments to make my car look shinier, such as wax and detailing. However, I did not receive any of those services. They only wiped down the car body, which felt no different from the cheapest option. Even worse, the front windshield and windows were not properly cleaned. Overall, this service was extremely overpriced and disappointing. I feel misled and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommend! With $38 platinum full service, they clean your car inside out, including wiping all the windows and windshields from inside, air low all the dusts, even wiping the wheels. A great deal! Will come back in the future for sure.

We use this car wash all the time, but today we only needed the vacuums so we used the pay vacuum. My card wasn't swiping but the manager came out and was able to get it working. After the time expired I tried swiping again but it was not taking the card so the manager came out again and went above & beyond and handed me two tokens so I could finish my vacuuming. I really appreciate these types of moments & customer service. I will definitely continue with giving them my business and definitely will support them for the support they provided. Not to mention the car washes are priced perfectly and are always good to go by my standards which can tend to be high. Thank you Sir and thank you Jamboree Express Car Wash. Good job.💪🏼🙏🏼👍🏽

I was a loyal customer of this car wash for a long time, but after this incident my opinion has completely changed. While pulling onto the car wash platform, my car hit the valve stem, and the tire immediately went flat. I was moving very slowly, and no staff member warned me that I needed to turn the steering wheel to avoid this issue. There were no instructions or warnings at all. Because of the damage, I pulled over to a nearby auto repair shop, but my car could not be repaired on site — they did not have the proper equipment for my vehicle. As a result, I lost approximately 4 hours waiting for roadside assistance and towing to Tesla Service, plus an additional day to repair my car. This situation could have been easily prevented with proper organization and attention to customers. A very disappointing experience. The quality of service has clearly declined.
