I can't say enough great things about this place! I started coming here back in September, and man the customer service is outstanding. The General Manager Thomas, goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. He is quick to address, and correct any concerns or issues you may have. Speaking of which, they just got brand new brushes! I highly recommend joining their monthly membership, as you get unlimited washes for ONLY $10. BTW- They have the BEST vacuums in town! I travel across the metroplex just to use them!

The only reason for 1 star, is the/ some of the vacs work. This car wash is broken more times than not the past 3 months I've used. When in service, car wash equipment doesn't work, today, got half rinse, no blower. Poorly managed. It may be $8, but total waste of. Never again.

Had a run in with this wash several years ago never went back. Recently saw this place still offer a $6 wash and everyone else it $10 or more. So I decided to give them another try after several years. Well, noticed something odd on my paint a few hours later. Look close in the picture. Looks like lots of faded runs. Those were not there before the wash. It’s on both sides. Can’t say I will be going back. This is going to take a like of buffing to fix.

First time here and the guy met me at the machine and explained the difference between the services. $15 is the best option. You get wash and rain-x and they hand shine your tires. Loved it. Especially that they dry you vehicle as it's coming out so you don't have water spots after the wash. Super sweet staff. I forgot I got the tire service and they came to where I parked to vacuum and did it. I will definitely be back. Bowie will be very happy(yes I named my truck)

Poor customer service. My car was being detailed, but attendant told to help another guy who just pulled up for detailing. Asked for towel to clean dirt from my car because attendant missed it.

I took my truck here to get an interior detail. They included a car wash too, and they also cleaned the wheels/rims! Interior detail was top notch, best bang for the buck. I would recommend getting your detailing/washing here. Management was nice and resourceful, and site is well maintained.

This is my first review but, about 20 minutes or so ago the young cashier ,Blake ,tried to sell me a membership and id almost would have bought it! Had i not lived over two hours away. He is very pleasant and not over whelming like most sales guys. The wash has many amenities with free to use rags and windex. Vacuums are powerful. Over all a really good wash and deserves 5 stars. They also detail for you , for cheap! 10$ month unlimted washes is unheard of. Thanks for setting the standard for what a great wash should be, and thanks to blake for making my bad day into a good one! Hes going places

I have been trying to cancel my monthly membership and have called and gone in person. Each time they say it is discontinued but I am charged the next month. Today the person said I should have a paper from them for the cancellation and they never gave me one. Called 3x and went 3x. Now they say they can’t cancel because my card was declined. I have cancel my card yet they still try to process it. They have never given me a sheet of paper stating cancellation. Don’t do business with them. They are a rip of, do only a partial job when you pay for diamond, and do not dry your car. The cleaning does not even get the bird crap off.

This was the first time I ever been to Trinity Car Wash, and since my car needed to be washed I pulled on in. I spoke with the manager Mr. Thomas, who was very polite and very kind. I opted for the $12.00 car wash . They are also equipped with vacuums that you pull into a stall and clean the inside of your vehicle. They also boast a full detailing area of your vehicle. They a promotional was for $24.00 a month, but you can use the washing as many times you wish for that month. They offer active military and veterans discounts. Come check it out I know that Mr. Thomas will be ready to assist you.
