Great staff and very efficient. I live in Miami and I come here every time to wash my car. Near the airport and near a gas station. I’m also a member, great machine and they provided wash clothes to dry the car. You won’t regret it!

I visited this location this morning. The wash wasn't an issue, but I couldn't clean my car inside because the vacuum didn't work, and no towels were available. I will not return and am glad I didn't purchase the membership.

I’m very happy with this car wash! Angel is always super nice, friendly, and in a great mood every time I stop by. He does a fantastic job explaining the different wash options and is always happy to answer questions. His positive attitude and great customer service really stand out. I’ve been back a couple of times now, and all of my interactions with Angel have been pleasant. He makes the experience smooth and enjoyable, definitely appreciate the great service here! Also, my car always looks great when I leave this place! Highly recommend this car wash!

Love coming to this car wash, staff is polite and helpful. Life is good with good customer service and good devices in the car wash. Five star for sure! Brandon is the best of the Best! Excellent customer service everytime! Whole staff is happy and smiley all the time.

Took my car in for a car wash, left with a big gash on my Lexus! Waiting to see if management makes it right. I have pictures from my insurance company and from the day I bought it a month ago. This never happened at Tommy’s Car Wash 😡

I had a very disappointing experience with Wash Masters on December 13, 2025. We brought our car in for a wash, and during the process our passenger-side mirror was torn off. We filed a claim immediately and were told by the manager that we would receive a call within 48 hours. No call came. Several days later, I stopped by in person and was told by the site manager that the claim was being reviewed by the General Manager and that we would hear back within another 48 hours. Again, no call. After returning yet again, I was told the manager had reviewed the video and claimed the mirror was intact when entering the wash and broken when exiting. I was instructed to obtain three repair estimates and submit them for review. I did so promptly—each estimate was in a similar price range—and turned them in to the on-site manager. Once more, I was assured I would hear back within 48 hours. I even expressed concern that this hadn’t happened previously, so the manager gave me his email and repeated the promise. Still, no call and no email. When I returned again today (a month after the mirror was damaged), I was told the General Manager now has the estimates and that I would be contacted once there is an update. I requested that the General Manager call me directly as soon as possible. At this point, I’m going to hold them accountable for the damage and am extremely frustrated at their lack of response. Accidents happen. What’s most frustrating here is the repeated lack of follow-through and communication. If expectations are set—especially repeatedly—they should be honored. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I had a great experience at the car wash thanks to Aaron. From the moment he walked up and introduced himself, he made a strong, positive impression. That simple gesture of speaking and making himself known really stood out to me—it meant a lot. Aaron went above and beyond by taking my mats, cleaning them thoroughly, and doing it all with a friendly and personable attitude. I need the owner to contact me. I had a wash on a very hot day at 1:15 that left some chemical or wax etched into my paint. The damage is all over the hood and top half of my Tahoe. When i brought it to the manager’s attention , he said he will pass his black dodge challenger through the car wash to see if there is an issue with their system itself. Sure enough, below are pictures of damage on his car mimicking the same damage that appeared on mine. I have him on video recording stating that as well. He said he wasn’t worried about it because he’s going to wrap his car. What about my car? Hours later and I’m still trying to address this damage as it’s worsening by the second on this sunny day. I was asking all the employees for products there so I can can try to get it off myself before driving it home in the sun, knowing that would worsen the damage. The worker put windex and hand sanitizer on the hood of my car in the direct sun. Two hours later, the only thing they could do was take down my name and number. I told them I didn’t feel secure that i would get a call back. I really hope someone reaches out to me before this escalates to a higher power.

Washmasters is a great car wash. It's really easy to get in and out if all you need is a wash. But the employees are what makes it a choice location. If you ever need help, they are incredibly kind and quick to help. Some examples are when I accidentally went through the wash with my magnetic bumper stickers on, and one got sprayed off. The team didn't even hesitate to help me get it back. Another example is when I accidentally vacuumed a Nintendo switch game card up. While they weren't able to find, they did sift through the vacuumed trash for two days to try, even though I said I was ready to give up after one quick search. (I wish I had the names of the employees to shout them out!) Lastly, tonight a very kind employee named Daisy offered to powerwash my rubber floor boards, which is a service I didn't know they offered and was included. In short, whether you are there once or sign up for a membership (like me) you'll be very satisfied!

“After my car was washed, I checked it and found that the wiper blade and arm were broken. I spoke with the manager but he told me they don’t cover damage to the wipers. I asked where that was written, and the sign they showed me had small print — you can’t stop to read it or clearly understand what is covered and what isn’t. So be careful when you bring your car here. Make sure to put tape or something on your wipers beforehand.”

Have been using this service for almost 2 years now. All good except sometimes the sensor doesn’t work so, the mirror on both sides just hit hard and it goes back and forth while washing. Feels like it will get broken. Other than that everything is really good about this wash center.

I love this car wash! Super clean and staff is professional and friendly. I’ve had the membership for only a month (19.99 plan) and it truly pays for itself! Been here almost every other day, and when you have kids in your vehicle, it’s mandatory! Lol Will be renewing my membership EVERY month:)

Long time member, love this location never had any problems. Was on lot and got asked to leave a review, so I kindly I am leaving one. But I decided to look at the other reviews, and I’ve never had a damage issue on my car, basically no issues. Such a friendly staff and always kept clean.

If you care about the finish of your car at all, I recommend avoiding this place. After we went through, there were all kinds of new scratches all over the car. I've been going through car washes my whole adult life and never experienced this. Better off using self-service or washing your car at home.
