I recently visited Tommy Express in Euless and was interested in purchasing the unlimited plan for $23.99. However, the cashier didn't have enough change, so I had to opt for the $10 wash plan instead. I was disappointed with the experience. It would be helpful if the store could clearly communicate their change policies to avoid similar situations in the future. Unfortunately, this experience may deter me from becoming a loyal customer.

Their rollers Damaged my 2015 GMC Yukon with scratches all over. Management refused to take responsibility of it.

I guess I just don't understand why it's the same price as carnation but carnation hand dries your car and does your wheels... they also provide actual towels and cleaners and detailing things for free while Tommy's charges 5 bux for them out of a vendi... maybe Tommy's should reevaluate their pricing...

New car, first wash, took it to Tommys Express Euless and the spinners ripped off the rear windshield wiper and broke the arm where it connects to the car. I filed a claim with the workers immediately after going through the wash, but I have yet to hear back. Dealer wants $200+ for repairs. Buyer beware and go somewhere else, also the wash didn’t clean the car 100% even though I went with their most expensive wash. UPDATE: Management did replace the broken parts, although it did take a little over 2 weeks for the parts to come in which is a long time with no rear wiper. I have updated the review based on this, I’ll still stick with the 4 star review since I wasn’t impressed with the overall wash as there were areas of the car that didn’t get clean.

This is a great car wash. Its the only automatic car wash Ive been to that has a conveyor belt. Best Wash Techs to help are the two Ethans, Angel, Brenton, Xavier they were great. Malik, the Manager is also great! Beware of a wash tech named Franky. He's very rude and you wont get much help out of him. (My personal experience) Overall you'll have a great experience and a clean car.

I didnt do a before and after but my car was really dirty and 1 car wash got all of it cleaned off. Great staff. Great wash. And they even take in the consideration of bagging your back wiper so it won’t get damaged through the wash and a complementary towel to dry off your car.

I got the #1 - Works wash. I like how clean my vehicle turned out. I used a coupon, so I didn't pay full price. They also have free vacuum and mat washer. The lowest price for a wash was $8. I was disappointed that you have to pay $3 for a detail kit which is where you find the wipes/towels. Other similar types of car wash places offer the wipes without charging a fee. Also, the vacuum suction power seems weak at times. If you remove the vacuum tube extension, the suction seems stronger.

Took my car to Tommy’s Express yesterday and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car wash! Ethan, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain the options and make sure my car came out spotless. The whole process was quick, easy, and the attention to detail was incredible. My car looks brand new! Definitely recommend Tommy’s Express, and if you’re lucky enough to have Ethan help you, you’ll get top-notch service every time. Five stars all the way!

I had heard so much about these washes being able to clean Crew Cab Dually trucks. I finally tried it. I usually use Blue Beacon Truck Washes for $28.00 The price here was $25.00 I ran the truck up on their conveyor belt and went to put my truck in neutral. Before I could get it shifted the conveyor lurched my truck forward. It finally settled down and took me thru tunnel and ran it's process. Afterwards I inspected my truck to see how well it cleaned. My truck was still pretty dirty in spots. I pointed it out to the gentleman in charge and he suggested we put it thru again. He said something about the system timing be off because the truck lurched the first time. So, I went around and washed it again. It cleaned better but not completely. I pointed out that my Tubular running boards were dirty, the soap was not rinsed on my mirrors and the tailgate/rear bumper area was still dirty. They do not have attendants wipe off the your vehicle when you exit the blowers. In the time that I was talking to this gentleman in charge, my truck was spotting from water not being totally spot free. The guy in charge stated that there in no system that will clean every vehicle perfectly. I then stated that when I leave Blue Beacon my truck is spotless for $3.00 more. Then he started saying their system is much faster and it cleaned approximately 90% of my truck very good. I could not argue with that. But, I did not come here for a 90% wash. He refused to refund me anything. He became very defensive and unwilling to discuss it anymore. I went home and contacted the corporate office for Tommie's. Their response was that this is a franchise owner and they cannot make them do what is right. I asked for the franchisee information. All she could give me is the Team Leader's name (same guy that got defensive). So, I emailed the car wash at their contact email. That was 4 days ago. I still not heard from them. I guess they belive in "out of mind, not a problem". Where I am from, if you receive great service you tell all of your friends. If you receive so so or bad service, you tell everyone that will listen. That can be a lot of people with social media. From what I could see, the car wash was going really well. Crew Cab Duallies not so well. Don't advertise what you cannot hold to your best standards. If you have a big truck, I would suggest do not use Tommie's unless you want a 90% quick wash. They can provide that.

Edited 10/25/24: Very POOR experience at this "hunted car wash" evening! Everyone had to pay the $25 fee, even if your a faithful monthly member. The wash was the same, but all the car vacuum was turned off! The staff did not know about the vacuum until I asked! This is an over priced and no value experience! I want my money back! Very efficient car wash now under new management!

The staff was very friendly and informative about the memberships. At first when I got there, I waited in line for about ten minutes. Then, the gentleman came out and apologized for the wait. When I put my car through the microfiber cloths really cleaned my car nicely. It came out with a great shine, and it cleaned all the nooks and crannies. The glass was spotless.I am very pleased.I will be going back.

Car wash is okay. Dries well. However.. the vacuums don't work well at all. They don't pick up hardly anything. I thought it was just that spot but 2 spots later we had to leave to Carnation. Their vacuums work GREAT. Never wasting my money or time there.

Today was my first day at this location, I normally go to Wash Master’s off Glade in Euless but I got 2 free coupons in the mail for the “works wash” from Tommy’s & since I hadn’t had a moment to wash my car since all that dust storm stuff, I figured today would be the best opportunity to give them a try. When I first arrive, the line was a bit long, but that’s to be expected on a Friday evening. The cashier was very nice and he did not try to upsell me when I presented the coupon which is a plus to me. The “Works wash” is the top line wash & it goes for $25 per wash or $39.99 a month (first month free if your new). A few things that I wanna say are con’s for me are •timed vacuums (i have to go push it every 5 mins) •the lack of employees around the lot •the empty detail kit machines everywhere (I really think that it’s a neat concept, but how am I able to purchase if there are none available) •the vacuum suction & the actual vacuum itself • no courtesy towels to dry the vehicle off I also wanna note for the “works” to be their top line wash I still had bird poop stuck to my vehicle in a few places on the hood (pics included) Overall, my experience was fine, but I don’t see myself returning here.

I’ve been a customer at Tommy’s Express for quite a while, but unfortunately my experiences have consistently been disappointing. The biggest issue has been management. Every time I’ve had to interact with them, the experience has been unpleasant and unprofessional. I’ve personally witnessed management openly arguing with customers on multiple occasions, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Customer service should make people feel valued and respected, not frustrated or dismissed. Since the new management took over, the overall quality of service has noticeably declined. The operation doesn’t feel as organized, and the customer experience has clearly suffered. It’s really disappointing because this used to be a reliable place to get a wash. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the management and customer service, because at this point it’s hard to justify coming back.

Guess I will have to find another carwash as They will raise prices and not tell you in the app. Way overpriced for basic wash is now $12 and your vehicle is not even clean. Leaves streaks and dirt all over. It a shame because I live close and is convenient for me.

My Husband, David and I have a monthly Super* Membership, & the unlimited washes are great for our family. The technology to just drive our vehicle onto the area for the carwash is also great! No more issues with our tires getting stuck and hooked improperly like at some other carwashes. Staff members: Ethan Z. & Cambria gave us a great experience! We called the Euless location for assistance about our membership, and the customer service was excellent! Someone picked up the phone immediately, explained some options, gave additional helpful info about the App, and assistance needed. The situation was resolved, in a very professional, and friendly way.

Don’t go here if you don’t want your car broke . They broke my 2 side-view mirrors and they nah it’s not broken when I’m literally showing them it’s broke. My truck is a 2023 so no it does not have lossing parts. They give me the broken part(the hugs got broke) and I put it back but it wasn’t tight anymore bc it’s broke. On the way to my home fall off…I don’t mind if they be responsible an paid for this but the manager says it’s not broke and can’t fill a claim…Worst car wash ever
