This happened after running my SUV through the car wash. The manager here at the Euless location is not only rude, but super unprofessional. He was defensive from the beginning, refused to talk about the damage to my mirror and kept sending one of his female employees to speak on his behalf. I had a membership here at this location and cancelled it after the way the manager handled the damage. Do yourself a favor, save your money and take it someone where people don’t act like thugs.

Guy taking money there was rude, wouldn’t tell me the difference and didn’t know anything that was listed on the board that said the types…. And there were no cars behind me at all… The wash needs some work, BUT… Florentino Romerz is a nice guy, noticed that that top wasn’t cleaning properly and told me to go back in, he deserves 5 stars and a raise!

Visited the Euless West Parkway location today and David, at the front, really stood out. He broke down all the options clearly, took his time, and showed a level of patience you don’t see often. You can tell he takes pride in how he treats customers. Employees like David are the reason people stick with a business. Definitely someone worth recognizing and keeping an eye on for bigger roles

I absolutely love this place but lately is seems they're slacking. We have had a monthly plan with them for the last 4 years and I will choose them over others but 2 weeks ago it literally looked like I didn't even go through the wash, and looked like I got no tire dressing. I was so mad and disappointed that I did r even stay to finish vacuuming. It is truly making me second guess my monthly plan

Starting to create micro scratches and swirl marks. I knew this going into an automatic car wash but was hoping for better results. I first saw some micro scratches two washes ago and assumed it was from something else. I used swirl remover and buff them out by hand. I just went back and got another wash and they're back. I'm going back to hand washing or fully automatic touchless car wash. That said, this is about as good a wash you can get from an automatic setup, especially with the hand drying and wheel shine package they offer. If I had a lighter finished car I would be using this.

This car wash is the best in the metroplex! They have the best monthly plans & the car actually gets cleaned unlike tons of other times you go through washes & ur car is still dirty. The vacuums definitely are top tier as well, they definitely suck but in a good way lol. It also doesn’t hurt to have kind smiley workers like Drew. He always remembers me & has a joke & just very professional.

Car wash was nice and worked well. The afternoon staff from start to finish was super nice (9/16/25). Thank you for the air freshener. Facility is super clean for a car wash. Machines were working well. Vacuum had great suction for debris.
