Terrible... it's a hit or miss with them. They don't nearly wash cars as well as they use too. I wonder if they're under new management 👎👎

It's all good except for the blowers that make contact with your vehicle. I'm always worried that they'll scratch or dent my vehicles so I seldomly go there.

This is a good place to get your car washed. They need to use more soap when you first come in to prepare your car to go through. Also, there was only one person drying off cars the day I went and it was busy

Alright, for a quick wash. Multiple pieces of equipment are not working. So it's an ok wash. Windows got streaks from using the same towels on multiple cars.

I just left there paid for the $8 special plus tipped $6 and my midsize suv is dirty as ever,in the front and the back like they just skipped over those places and the rims as well. I tried calling them abd the phone number doesn't work.It say push 0 for an operator and then say they're not in and the mailbox to leave a message is full! I called back 5-7 times no answer and the option to reach someone by a directory when you push 2 doesn't work either.It just say that you pushed a wrong option. I need someone to leave a number so I can reach the owner, manager,supervisor, someone who can help me asap please.This is giving take people money and screw them, not a good way to run a business.

Posting on behalf of a coworker without access to leave their own review. "I’ve been a regular customer at this location without a problem for years. However, in August I took my car through and the gentleman drying it alerted me to a scratch on my hood that he said I should check out. Sure enough there was a 6 ft. long scratch from the rollers. I immediately talked to Al, the manager. He was sympathetic and had me fill out an incident report stating that someone would contact me. I came back 3 times and Al said he’d turned in the report to the owners, but hadn’t gotten a response. I then sent several letters, but still nothing. Finally, Mr. Jones (I believe one of the owners) called and was very rude. He stated this couldn’t happen and they aren’t responsible because the car wash has signs saying they can’t be held liable for damages, and that the signs mean what they say even if their equipment fails. After several months with no resolution, I have no choice now but to get the hood repainted and let my insurance company deal with the car wash."

Have a date tonight and no time to clean up my car. The rain and mud have it filthy. Went through here and they did a great job of taking care of me. I love this chain of carwashes cause I always get great service. Vacuum cleaners are cheap at $.50. And they do a good job towel drying for an extra bucks. I always make sure I tip them. They work hard.

One of the workers that cleans the body of the car by hand was extremely rude and was yelling at the lady in the car ahead of me and he raised his voice to me. He obviously does not like his job. None of his coworkers said anything to correct his behavior. He's so angry and hostile to the point that he will cause someone to hurt him. Not cool. I tried multiple times to try to reach someone at the car wash. The voicemail is full. I will not ever go back. Two thumbs down.

It’s a $4.99 car wash so I didn’t expect for it to be pristine because all cars are filthy from ice, snow and salt, ect.. but when you have sooo many people coming in at once SLOW THE CARS DOWN, because once the car wash is done, the cars have literally no where to go.. I’ve almost be hit at least 3 times in the tunnel waiting to be pulled up. And the guys are using dirty towels. And they don’t have enough time to dry our cars because The entrance guys are just loading cars back to back.. do better, I still tip..
