Terrible car wash. I knew something was wrong when I was in there and heard the noise it made during the wheel wash. Checked the car afterward and found it had pulled out the central Audi wheel trim on one wheel(a $47 piece of plastic). They looked for the part in their drains and supposedly couldn't find it (makes you wonder what size filters they must have in their drains). I checked back in with them a couple of weeks later and they still hadn't found it. The manager wouldn't help, saying that they weren't responsible for damage. Not even an offer of a free fill up. Enter this car wash at your own risk.

On my hunt to find an uncommon candy bar... 5th avenue. I stopped by here for a drink and took a look around at the candy bar area and found it. It is not sold at Walmart, WinCo, and Walgreens. Am still looking around at other stores.

This gas station has ridiculously high gas prices. Charging 0.65 cents more than other neighboring stations is unacceptable. I stopped here unsuspectingly en route to Portland Airport. A total ripoff. I wonder if there isn't any regulation in place to prevent such a price difference.

Months ago ran out of the punch cards that if you have 5 washes get one free and advertise it but don’t have the cards! Every time I go they say they are out. What bs.

Horrible customer service! Was cussed out because I asked the attendant to wait a second (15 seconds, technically) while I checked my balance before asking for gas. Went in to pay and talk to the manager, and was told the attendant did nothing wrong, and I should have been ready. Take your business to Fred Meyer, a block away. You'll save money, and receive far better service.

Swindlers if I’ve ever seen them. Advertising gas at 3.99 online BUT ONLY CASH. FORTY CENTS MORE for credit. I just paid $74 to fill up my tank which I never do. I am BROKE. I need to eat. But sure just assault my bank account! Who needs food? (:

RIPOFF ALERT Credit Card price for regular is $0.50/gallon higher (almost 13% higher) than the cash price ($3.99 vs 4.49 on 4/11/24) while the card price is only $0.30/gallon more (7% higher) on the midgrade ($4.39 vs 4.69). Most places nearby are cheaper and have lower or no credit card fees.

Worst Customer Service!!! I stop by this store to get gasoline and snacks… I was never greeted by the cashier… when I got to the counter, she had the Nastiest attitude. Should’ve went to Fred Meyers to get my gas… aside from her crummy attitude…. Doris should be replaced by people who want to work and give good customer service. I would give this establishment ZERO stars. This cashier should be replaced with someone who wants to work.

High prices. Limited/intermittent availability of various items. Some cashiers are ok, most not conversational in English. Today’s problem is that the cooler is not cold. It’s been going on for a while, but today the cooler items are Luke warm - not cooled at all. So I get a fountain coke; they are out of all but the largest and smallest size cups, it tastes NOTHING like coke. It’s a bad place, doesn’t deserve to serve you. Please don’t but there.

Cashier was super rude regarding leave a penny take a penny tray. I was going to use a quarter and a few pennies. Claims he gives the money to the indigent and essentially accused me of stealing from the homeless. Wild experience. 0/5 stars on customer service

If I can put 0 star I would. This is an over due review for this. I have been working in the area for a while and despite the outrageous gas price here, which is one of the highest in the state, the car wash is awful. Most of the times you have to wait until someone notice you are there and come to help, no free vacuum, but even if you want to pay you have to pay in quarters, so you have to go to the gas station to get some quarters. The vacuums are not all functional, depends on your luck. Even the ones that works, they are so weak and low suction. It is always an awful experience here, from gas prices to the car wash. The problem is that this is the only gas station on the way to the free way, so there are no other options. I really hate this place.

I wish I didn’t have to write this. Judgment drives people away. Compassion draws them toward you, and today I felt judged and uncomfortable here. I’ve been to this convenience store hundreds of times over the many years since I’ve lived in this neighborhood. And I like to go on long walks. When it’s hot I either wear a tank top, or go shirtless, with shorts that are baggy… both clean and well kept. No one has ever taken offense with that until I met this person. Who has twice now made me feel very uncomfortable. They’ve worked at the AM/PM down the street in the past. One day, after a long walk on a hot day, I go there and go to the drink section to buy a soda. I come up to the counter with my soda after I’d stood in line behind two people. When I’m at the register they scowl, looks at me like she’s disgusted, then refuses to sell me the drink. Then proceeds to shame me in front of the larger line of people behind me. Today, I come into this Chevron in the early evening as I’ve been on a long walk, it was hot, and I was thirsty… and the clerk that decided I disgusted her, and was okay shaming me in front of a group of people, was working there. The store has no “No Shirts, No Shoes, No Service” sign, and I’ve been there shirtless tons of times… over 11 years. They kicked me out… again. Just as I was grabbing the pop, and again I’m confused as to whether or not it’s store policy or her policy. I’d stopped going to the AM/PM during the day because I wanted to avoid that clerk and figured I’d just come here for a while. Now I’m also feeling somewhat uncomfortable here. The kicker? The best part? I walk further to the AM/PM I haven’t been to in a month - still shirtless but knowing someone else is working - go inside, and they sell me the drinks. The clerk there was friendly and asked if I was going swimming. And as with the AM/PM down the street, the night staff is awesome! Definitely friendly and personable people. If there was signage outside, policy, and consistency as to whether or not I’m allowed to be there then I’d be totally okay avoiding the place when there’s hot weather and I’m shirtless. Last time I asked them if they could show me the policy or signage because I was confused at the inconsistency and they refused to show it to me. This time after she raised her voice to inform me she wouldn’t sell me stuff and commanded me to get out, I just smiled, said “oh… what the heck… it’s you again!” Smiled, and didn’t bother this time. Sigh.

I wish I would have caught her name, but the lovely lady working behind the counter with the short brown hair is absolutely wonderful and so polite and kind. She is truly one of a kind! Thank you for the lovely service!

The early Morning Old man cashier extremely rude. Bought a vape. Came back in less than 5 minutes because the vape didn’t work at all. Fully charged as well. Explained to the cashier could I just exchange it for another one? Says no and you know why. Gets aggressive about when I ask for the reason why. There is no posted sign saying sales on Vapes are final. I stop by here almost every single day while at work. Will never stop here for fuel or snacks again.

Highest gas prices and worst customer service. This is based off going there many times, not just one experience. The cashiers always have bad attitudes. Take your business somewhere else. Edit: they must have gotten a new owner a few years ago, or an entirely new staff, because they are much friendlier. Definitely on the up and up 🙂

The water for the squeeges has been changed in what looks like weeks, the smell? Are you coming from that? Was disgusting? I cleaned my windows the best. I could with just water from my car. The squeeges were all broken. The tissue had ran out and the guy was on his phone, too busy to help next time. I'll go to at a different gas station. This is a Chevron that's supposed to be held to a higher standard.

Great staff. Gas prices are offensively expensive. RESPONSE: Lying by omission is still lying. Who pays with cash these days? Your card price is 60-70 cents more than your cash price. Pretty sure your not paying 14% transaction fee for card, why am I?

This location has lower gasoline prices for cash purchases. With the Chevron App you get the lower cash price. The app lets you can earn points and redeem the points for an additional discount. Points can be earned by purchases, playing smartphone games, and other methods. Chevron gasoline has Techron additive (fuel system cleaner). Access to the station is easy off Cornelius Pass Rd and Imbrie Drive. Fred Meyer and many restaurants are nearby.
