Great staff, decently priced monthly subscription. I do like that you can cancel and renew at any time. Makes it nice for times you will be traveling or some of those rainy weeks. Cons…I swear they used to dry better! Additionally sometimes I find I have to go through twice or the following day to get all the dirt off. With the subscription it doesn’t cost many any more, but would be nice if the washing and drying were more powerful.

I've been using this Kaady car wash for so many years. I used to just use any car wash near me because I thought they were all the same. But after getting a black car and seeing how the cheaper gas-station type car washes' brushes left severe swirls in my paint, and left a lot of dirt in areas that should easily be cleaned (I know drive-thru washes can't get everything clean, but they should get the majority) I switched to Kaady exclusively. The quality of their materials is so soft that it's far better for your paint, plus, their chemicals never stain your Tesla trim like those no-touch car washes use. Nowadays, only two people wash my car... myself by hand, or Kaady!

Have used other car washes but none of the automated ones work as well at this place in terms of cleaning my car. Staff are always profession and the place is well maintained. They offer a deal if you buy 3 premium washes for $10, the 4th is free. Free vacuuming equipment post wash is great too. I always try to use Kaady washes whenever I am near one.

It's a quick, relatively inexpensive car wash. Free vacuums, pretty quick service. It's definitely not a detail shop, but it gets most of the dirt off.

Staff wouldn’t let me wash my truck here after previously allowing me to do so no less than four other times. If I had been told the first time that they couldn’t wash my truck that’s fine but letting me do it four or five times then telling me that they can’t do it, not a good look

I recently visited Kady Car Wash and opted for the Ultimate car wash package. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of cleaning provided. The car looks fantastic, and the added benefit of free vacuum service post-wash is a wonderful touch. However, I was a bit disappointed to learn that they’ve discontinued their ‘buy 3 get 1 free’ car wash deal. It was a great offer that I hope they consider bringing back. A special shoutout to Sandra, one of their employees, who personally checked in and took feedback about my car wash experience. Her attention to customer satisfaction was remarkable. I would definitely recommend Kady Car Wash to anyone looking for a top-notch car wash service. They truly go above and beyond in ensuring their customers leave happy.

Always a solid exterior wash with free 10min vacuuming. Although the 10min limit is most likely for courtesy purposes during rush hour. But i have never seen anyone ever getting told that they took too long to vacuum and have to leave. There are lots of bays and always more than enough empty spots. If you need to, the good folks over there will allow you as much time as you need. For the first time, we got to do a free re-wash today because the car looked like it got carpet bombed by a flock of avians seeking vengeance on humankind (or maybe just me)! Even though i had never needed to do a second run before this, this time I was a bit skeptical. I had heaitatingly conveyed my skepticism to the polite young lady checking us-in and she mentioned that she had seen worse and that cleaning it won't be a problem. She also notified us that we could do a second pass if we ever needed to. We took the 'ultimate' package for the underbody rinse, and got ready to enjoy the Kaady show. For us, it is always a fun ride to go through the automated car wash (our equivalent of visiting an amusement park), but this time was particularly delightful as we saw how even the tougher stains were getting cleaned by the mops in successive passes, in real time. To my surprise the first pass got 95% of the job done. After vacuuming the interior, we politely requested a re-wash to get rid of the leftover spots and the nice folks there, happily accommodated us. In my experience, their check-in agents are always very nice and i have always been happy with the service that i have received. I have also been content with the prices that i have paid for the packages. I usually go for the $10 advanced package but i have also used the $15 ultimate package for special occasions. We got our first car wash here and have continued to use them since, over the last couple of years. Needless to say, we will keep dropping by in future as well. P.S: On our very first wash here, after buying a 2nd hand car, and using an automated car wash for the first time, we noticed scratches on the driver side rear door panel, after the wash. Just to ensure that it was pre-existing, we had reached out to them for any sort of picture or video so that we could determine if it was missed during the pre-purchase inspection. While they couldn't share a copy of the video with me, they were generous enough to accommodate my request and were able to show me that it was indeed pre-existing. I have been a customer ever since.

Great Price! $29 for a month of unlimited washes and vacuuming is amazing. My toddler loves going through the wash, and I love not having Goldfish Crackers on the seats! Great place, staff are friendly and helpful.
