Very bad company, witnessed the VP of operations mistreat employees, yelling at them, talking down to them, belittling them. Not a professional company i would never go back their and i would never recommend them to anyone.

I would go back to this place. Everyone was very courteous. The estimate was right on. They completed the excellent work earlier than what they told me. I got a ride to/from my place.

I went into an estimate appointment with a bumper hanging. I was met with wonderful service and my bumper was popped into place for FREE in five minutes! Amazing service at Precision Body and Paint!

Caution, don't go here for possible totaled car. They quote a price and then after they have reached that price they will say it is worse then thought and gouge you and your insurance. Go with your insurance's recommended shops. Our insurance thinks they are being fraudulent and got took.

Can’t say enough good things about this shop! Office staff is fantastic and very helpful, especially April, she goes above and beyond for her customers. The guys in the shop were efficient and do an amazing job! Definitely recommend 😊

These guys were great. Helped us through a claim with our insurance company. They showed us everything upfront before work began and during so that we knew what we were getting into, including the prices and changes. These guys are certified through Subaru of America so we know they are following the proper procedures while dealing with our 15' STi. Thanks again, Steve, Darryl, and everyone in house over there.

To start off, we are EXTREMELY disappointed with the way we were treated today by the supposed 'Vice President' of this company. It's upsetting that we came to this shop to get some damage fixed, we were satisfied with the work that was done and when we tried to address some concerns about other damage, we were disrespected in many ways. Not only were we called liars, but we were called fraudulent and threatened to be sued for "everything we have and own". We NEVER asked ANYBODY to fix the damage for free, we asked April multiple times if she could work on getting us an estimate on getting the damage fixed. Not only that, but Mikel was not patient and did not try to work with us whatsoever, as soon as April addressed our concerns, he got defensive and said we were liars and that he didn't know what we were "trying to pull"... I would recommend tying somewhere else for services!

I can’t express how grateful I am to Mike, Nicole, also Annie from the Beaverton Precision and the rest of his staff for all the help they gave my daughter and I. When I got there I was in tears due to the horrible accident I was in and Mike put my mind at ease about the process and what to look out for. He was honest about the possibility of the insurance not wanting to pay for certain things, he had a safe secure place for my truck and most importantly he had a loaner car as I didn’t have rental coverage included in my insurance. Mike provided my insurance with a reasonable quote-even though in the end the insurance company deemed it totaled. At that point my daughter and I had to get everything out/off the truck in a short period of time while both working. Mike and his staff allowed me to continue to use the loaner car until they came and towed my car and Nicole helped with getting other staff members to help my daughter with the canopy and remaining items

Awful experience!! We have taken our cars & trucks to other body shops for work over the years with no problems. This was a total nightmare!! Our truck was side swiped by a hit and run driver, our Toyota dealership Service Mgr. recommended Precision Body & Paint North Hillsboro as the shop they refer customers to for body work. Precision had our truck for 3 months and 1 day. Steve, Jim and the receptionist told us on 6 different times in 6 weeks that our truck was in paint - that never happened!! We called weekly to get updates from Steve or Jim, they were getting very annoyed with us and could not tell us when the truck would be done. We repeatedly left messages asking them to call us back - never happened! When they said they would call us back with an update - only happened once. 11 days before we picked up our truck we called again for an update and Mike, VP of Operations, told us that the entire shop had been fired except for the receptionist. He apologized several times and said repeated that we had been lied too and that there were other cars/trucks in the same situation as us. We could not get an explanation as to why they kept lying to us and why our truck was not done. Mike said he didn’t know what happened. We asked a few times if all the parts were in and were told yes they were by Steve & Jim. Very stressful experience, feeling very helpless not being able to get our truck out of the shop as it was in pieces. Mike stepped in to finally get the work done on our truck and looks like there was a lot of work to finish up. Thank you Mike!

I took my car in for a cosmetic repair expecting to have to make an appointment and come back. They actually did the repair right away and they did not charge me for it. I highly recommend Precision Body and Paint.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I have an Audi and they are the only shop that is recommended by Audi to have repairs done in Oregon/SW WA. I have taken the car to the Beaverton branch twice in the last five years, no problems with the shop or insurance coverage. This time their labor rate was much higher than what the insurance company would cover, but they did not let me know this until the day before I was to pick up my car. I asked the manager why no one bothered to let me know that there would be $700 extra in labor costs that I would have to cover and he said it was their fault that no one called. But that I was still responsible for the cost. I asked to speak to his boss and he said I couldn't the higher ups didn't want to hear from me. I have let Audi know they need to find another body shop to recommend.

This place is nothing but screaming red flags. When I walked in for a quote they wanted to make sure I didn’t have certain insurances as they had disputes with them. I now have progressive and proceeded. The lady on the phone who tries to schedule these right off the bat screamed alert. Already trying to get me to agree to pay charges insurance would not cover. I proceeded to continue until I just saw all these other reviews. This place is 100% fraudulent and definitely trying to scam anyone or insurance company that comes into their path. I suggest you don’t start off so combative with future customers that are trying to bring you business. You can also see from the responses how combative they are even when they are in the wrong. This place should be looked into criminally in my opinion. You can cancel my drop off for today. Good luck staying in business with your current customer facing staff.

Body work is complicated and difficult to perfect. After talking with a supervisor, I walked away with a bit more confidence. Although, there were various issues that were overlooked with my repairs. But we are getting them dialed in. Think these guys are overworked.

Repaired damage to front of car from hitting a coyote. Repairs took over a month because they insisted on using factory parts that were delayed. But car looks like new and sensors are all operational. So I cannot complain about their insistance on doing the best possible job repairing the damage.
