Very helpful staff, not overly aggressive with sales and when I bought my battery thinking I could go home and install it, only to find the old battery didn't have any more cranks left. They lent me a pair of pliers to remove the old battery at no charge. I swapped in the new battery and was able to return the pliers to them and get my battery core charge reimbursed. Very happy with the service and availability of both parts and clerks to help and check out.

I always find the staff here helpful and courteous. NAPA provides good quality parts at a hard-to-beat price. It seems like every time I come in I'm here 5 times in 3 days as my current project throws its curve balls at me. It usually seems like the employees don't recognize me which is strange, they probably do they just want to get you what you need and send you out the door. Which I suppose is good in its own way.... I guess some constructive feedback might be for the staff to take a more active interest in people's projects? A lot of the time people coming in here are probably having bad days and a smile and active interest could help.

I am currently in the middle of a engine rebuild, had called for quotes on parts and had a long grocery list to go through. Dennis had picked up and was absolutely fantastic! Super knowledgeable, very patient, gave me great opinions and offers on alternate routes I could choose from. Overall very satisfied with my calling experience 💪🏼 Great job Dennis!

After ordering items on Napa's website and then sending me the wrong items, the guys at the local shop did a great job ordering what I had originally asked for and swapped out the wrong ones without issue.

Charged me $2 more then the online price. Their “excuse” was that the online price changes, “you can never trust the online prices”. Pretty shit business if you can’t price match your own website.

Completely unexceptable customer service. Came in for some safety chains and the parts counter guy showed me a barrel or rescue chains. I explained I needed safety and he walked away. Unacceptable customer service you should not be working in the parts industry if you can't provide parts information or help

I had talked to a gentleman named Todd that had helped me out today. Went on a wild goose chase before this to figure out which rear axle I had for my Cherokee because the tags were ripped off and it wasn’t a factory axle, and had been changed from the previous owner. Not only did Todd help me figure out what axle was on my vehicle, he was knowledgeable to where I might be able to find the proper assembly kit for my repairs, and offered information on who to ask and where to look to aid in completing my repair. Any questions I had were patiently answered and researched, and answers to said questions were explained in depth. Napa has once again left a great impression on me when conducting business, and I am very pleased with the customer service they had provided.

Not so happy. Needed a battery and some other stuff that they didn't have, so I purchased some wheel cleaner that doesn't spray out of the bottle and is leaking from the sprayer. So do I put it in my nice truck and have acid "F" up my carpet or just eat the $10 bucks for the product? Maybe Napa might chime in?

Great. Felt like a non bias and well educated group of employees. Especially the Hispanic gentleman that I inquired to and helped me further into my questions. Never felt an insincere or uncomfortable pressure to hurry up or buy something.

There's a Hispanic guy it has a goatee that sits up in the front office right before you walk in he is the laziest person I've ever seen in my life , I'm trying to explain to him but my issues with my AC compressor took me like 15 minutes to explain what was going on it's a difficult leak while he could have told me while I was explaining to him could have told me that he couldn't help me he just sat there and listened had his eyes rolled back while I finished my whole story just to point me to the other clerk's direction The guy literally took every minute he could just to sit and do nothing horrible salesperson welcome to Hillsboro we're lazy kids can do whatever they want

I went to this store to buy spark plug socket with ratchet. The cheapest option was about $80. Im mot going to this store anymore they don't carry varity of tools and prices are too high. The whole spark plug tools cost less than 20 bucks

Just went into this napain Hillsboro and the guy there has No customer service he was rude very un professional had no knowledge of anything other then calling me bro . We went there to see if we could get a fuel hose and nozzle . My girlfriend had called for a 3/4 hose and nozzle . He hung up on her . So we went in he was rude when we came in she said she had called about a hose and he walked away and went to the back with out saying anything comes back with just a hose no end to screw to a nozzle so she told him it needed to hook to a nozzle he set the hose down and walks past us and goes down a isle and pick up a 14' hose so I asked if they had a 8' hose he said no and walked away saying well that's all we have bro I said I'm not your bro and headed out as he started to say something else the door closed so I didn't hear his other rant . I go to a lot of naps and have never been treated like that . Napa you sure did drop the ball hiring that guy so from this point on I will it go to another Napa again . Everyone. Stay away from the Hillsboro Napa unless you like to be callef bro and have someone help you that has no idea what he's doing . I didn't get his name cause no name tag and never actually had a customer service rep help us just a guy that walks around not making eye contact or even looking at you to acknowledge you .... I truly expect more from a Napa store you guys use to care about people

Called ahead to make sure they would turn my brakes including YMM and said no problem. Walked in and they refused to turn them. Also refused to sell me brake hose. Did not have the flare wrench I needed and did not offer to get for me. Will be going to Baxter from now on. Much better service and they will actually locate the parts you need if not available.
