The wash was very basic and failed to clean my car properly. There was still soap residue left on my car as it moved into the drying phase, and noticeable dirt remained after the wash. I even saw the car ahead of me exit the wash with brown, dirty water still dripping from the trunk. For the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.

Went for a car wash. It was pretty busy and thought it must be good value for money. Car was a bit dirty so hoped the Ultimate would make all of it go away, but it did not. There were still spots on the windshield that were spotty and not cleaned with the 12$ wash. It definitely takes around 3-5 minutes of cleaning but not worth $12 is what I'll say. Next time if I do visit, I'll go for the $9 one.

It's a pretty thorough wash, but the blow dry was so strong that it bent my front license plate and buckled the roof of my car multiple times. The roof popped back out on its own with no problem, thankfully. I should probably get a plastic frame to reinforce my license plate, but I just want others to be aware that this can be an issue for license plates like mine that are attached with just two screws at the top and no frame. It also left one of my wheels somewhat dirty. Finally, the cars are packed tightly in this wash, so I was concerned that the conveyor might pull my car into the rear of the car in front of me as they were a bit delayed leaving the conveyor. Maybe there's some safety feature that would have kicked in to prevent that, though, I don't know.

This car wash is extremely aggressive. It tore the molding by my windshield off and I have to get it reinstalled by a glass repair company. Also, it is needlessly overstaffed. I had three people pointing me where to go. A simple arrow would’ve done the trick.

If you have truck that has aggressive sidewalls on your tires this car wash does the best job of getting them clean for the basic $10 service. The car wash won’t 100% get them perfectly clean, but they come close compared to any other car wash I have been to.

Such a smooth and easy car washing experience. The employees are kind and respectful and the whole system is very efficient. Even with longer lines on mid-day Saturday, it went really quickly. Plus the access to the vacuums after your wash is a huge benefit. Totally worth the $10. I highly recommend!

I just left Kaady Car Wash and my little Volkswagen Golf is now covered in mud! I look like I've been off roading when all I wanted was a shiny car! Their policy is to only attempt to remedy the situation one time therefore I am now forced to drive around in a muddy car after paying to have it washed!

Top notch customer service - from the gal who greeted me as I pulled up to Jason as he helped with my cargo and making sure I had everything I needed for my first visit. The monthly memberships are the way to go! This is a phenomenal car wash in terms of both quality and staff. I pay for the $39 monthly ultimate unlimited washes. It's a convenient stop off, rarely large lines, and plenty of vacuum spots available. With one ultimate wash at $15, this makes it a steal. It's easy to cancel and reactivate as well. Especially with Oregon's dry summers, your car will appreciate the regular thorough washes here to remove dirt from your adventures. Word of caution: my slim-license plate holder on the front is no match for this wash and I find it regularly bends my plate. They will kindly tape your plate before entering if you ask them.

Worst suction in car wash vacuums I’ve ever used. No spray for windows and no cloths to use. Tires didn’t appear shiny despite buying the most expensive wash that claims it puts tire shine. Also no sprayer for floor mats. If El Car wash got a load of this, They were put out every single one of these from business.

This is the nicest Kaady car wash around. There are around 30 vacuum stations, so you'll probably never have to wait after a wash, to vacuum the car. It looks very nice and open. Their prices are standardized but for $15 getting the highest level wash, and being able to vacuum after, is a decent price. Since anything anywhere else, is going to be even more expensive. Will return here often, whenever I need my car washed.

Great wash. State if the art modern car wash that did a great job cleaning my truck. This is the second of this brand I have been through and both were good. I wish there was one near me. I've been taking my truck here for 7 years and still looks awesome 😎. My dodge is 11 years old, and still looks like new. The people who work there are friendly, polite, and always making sure the areas are clean and safe. Keep up the good work. Has Kaady Car Wash changed? You bet they keep getting better and better. When you're a regular customer they remember you. Always with a smile, customer service is great. Keep it up everyone, always enjoy coming here. Always polite and happy to see you. My other car had a repair issue and they got it done, fast, friendly, and no hassel. My only beef is they have done away with the buy 3 get one free option. Some months I go every week, and in the winter not so much so the buy 3 option works great for that. Please bring that option back.

Nice and quick car wash. Got the job done. I didn't use the vacuums, so I can't comment on them other than there are a lot of vacuums there. *Update* I used the vacuums the last time I went. There is a place to hold your car mats so you can vacuum them while standing up. The vacuums did what I needed them to do.
