The laundromat is very clean and the washing machines work well, but the kiosk to add money to my card never works. Then I have to get a new card which costs $1.00 each time I want to add money. I wish they would fix this issue. I will try a different location next time.

This laundromat is the best. It is so clean and bright. The woman I see in the mornings is so helpful. She is friendly and honestly, just makes this laundromat inviting. The machines and dryers are ready and waiting to be used, card refill machine works. Bathroom is clean.

The attendant Gracey was rude and unprofessional, removed my items from my washer and I was in the area of hearing. She stated that she had the right to remove items but never gave any reason or statement in the laundry room. When approached she said another gentleman needed the washer I had occupied and disclosed with her it wasn’t even 5 min since the washer had stopped. We exchanged words further and she became more interested in being right than understanding the unsanitary environment as I watched her clean rugs and floors and touch trash while never washing her hands. So to remove my items from the washer was indeed unnecessary and unsanitary. There was so much more to this conversation but I don’t have the time to deal with individuals who dislike the idea of customer service and sanitation. I was a frequent customer here but will now have to find another means of washing my household covers because yea it’s a mess I see when she is on shift

5 stars to Tanya on W. Mercury Blvd! Beyond being friendly and nice to talk to, she has the Midas touch for the card machine. It was giving me a little trouble but she came over and fixed it right away. The facility, machines, and restroom were very clean. I'm not local but you could tell there was a good vibe. The people there seemed happy and easy going.

On 12/21/2025 walked into laundromat and was not greeted and no tv was on this was about 7:10am and the attendant was on his phone the entire time now when he went to do the dryer vent he was putting the lint everywhere on the floor and customer was trying to get to the dryers, and went outside and a homeless man was sleeping outside of the building and the restroom was nasty I wouldn’t go there again

I just had the wonderful opportunity of meeting Mrs. Marie during my recent visit, and SHE IS just as wonderful, friendly, available and approachable as Mrs. Tonya! More importantly, her "work ethic" can only be an asset to Soap & Suds and its customers. She was on the Job "10 Toes Down" making sure her customers were being helped, got what they needed, and on top of that keeping the store clean and acceptable to patrons. I've been using this particular laundromat location since a working K-Mart store was behind it wayyyy before Amazon moved there. During My time here, I was helped expeditiously by friendly Mrs. Tonya for many of those years. However, when I found out that Mrs. Tonya was moved to another location, I was about to follow suit. However, after meeting Mrs. Marie & seeing how friendly and helpful she was to all of the customers that day, I'm so glad I can "Stay Put" for another couple of years!
