Normally have great experiences here, but this time the spot free rinse was not working. It was struggling to spurt out anything. Probably won't be coming back because of this. I've been going here for years but this is the first time I realized that they don't upkeep their equipment anymore.

I’ve been coming to this place to get my cars washed as I didn’t have a way to clean my cars at home and it’s been great, up until maybe February where every time I finished washing the car, I would start to notice some marks left on the car after the air dry. No matter how many different ways I do it, the marks are always there and it’s starting to get annoying. Not just that, sometimes the product / soap or tyre and wheel cleaner just run out, leaving you with a car wash thats not complete, and might leave marks on your car. I went today with my new-ish car and noticed some stains on the bodywork/ paint of the car. I honestly would rather keep my car dirty than to come back here. (I attached some photos of what happened to my car after my most recent visit)

Sometimes they’re good sometimes I pay for the vacuum and it takes my coins and doesn’t turn on. Wish they had tap for payment. I like that it’s shaded.

A machine ate $2-worth of tokens, finally prompting me to write a review. I go here purely for the logistical convenience, however, I will make sure to go somewhere else going forwards. Not only are the machines unreliable, but there’s NEVER any pressure on the pre soak, much less when there is more than one person using the wash bays. The place needs some up-keep and it shows. I find it crazy that people driving lambos, M-series cars, AMG’s and RS Audis go here considering the current state of this car wash. Anyways, don’t let the crowd fool you thinking this is a legit spot. Your cars deserve better!

I wouldn’t recommend this wash. It’s a disaster. I tried 2 different portals and both of them were out of foam(( only water was available. Switch on the box looks like it’s never been cleaned, high pressure air hose is broken… no workers here to ask a question. My car still dirty after a washed it twice. If u r coming from Europe so u know how self wash should be working, so don’t even expect this is the same car wash

It was my favorite car wash, one of the reasons is because it accepts apple pay, but today i was washing my car when it suddenly stopped , i checked and i got charged 10 dollars (i know it is supposed to be the desposit) but i barely used it for one minute, i tried to use my card several times but it did not work so I looked for help at the door located at the establishment (i saw someone getting inside before) but they did not open the door! i had to leave with the car covered with soap and i got charged for it, i will never come back.

It was midnight, our car was covered in and and we were 2 hours from home. We found this car wash open, well lit, safe looking parking lot. When we pulled in there were several cars there. The wash was $3 I think, and there was plenty of time to use each stage. This is a great place to wash and dry your car, even in the middle of the night.

First time customer. 1 paid bronze $10 with cash. The car wash was great. I stopped for vaccum. It was $2 and paid with google pay. On the way home, i was notified that they charged $10 for the vaccum. I did not go back to argue about it. Because, since i paid cash $10 for the car wash and if they insist that $10 google pay was for the car wash, i have no proof. I did not want to waste my time. I leraned lesson. Next time bring $2 in cash for vaccum, dont use credit card for vaccum.

This place charges $10 for vacuum service if you use credit card. They wont tell you right away you'll have to find a tiny box that says that. But they advertise in huge letters and numbers that its $2. Ive also found scratch marks on the roof of my car after washing it with their foam brush. If youre reading this. Avoid at all costs!

Pretty good but I'm worried about getting charged an extra $3 because I assumed the water would stop after 4 minutes and had to press the button (going 4 seconds over) to manually stop it. Just kinda feels bad because I genuinely didn't need to wash my car for that long but I assumed it would stop automatically. Your responses to reviews are funny tho so thanks for the laughs, makes up for it

By far the best self serve carwash in the area. The wash bags are always clean (other places I've gone have had tons of mud from people washing off-road vehicles). The machines always work as they should (have had no pressure, no product, or nothing at all come out when using the wash gun at other local places). The price is reasonable, $3 for 4 min and then every quarter adds 20sec. I usually use my card and will pay around 12 for 20min. If you use cash to get tokens you get a free vacuum token for every $5 exchanged for the car wash token. The only gripe I have is the vacuums are sometimes full and when in use they blow nasty air and it can kick up dust all over your clean car. It does get very busy also so I generally go at night after 8pm and never have to wait in line.

Machines keep eating tokens, and getting refunds is almost impossible. Every now and then the machines swallow my tokens. The worst part is that the manager is only available on certain days and at certain times, so it’s extremely hard to get your money back. A couple months ago, the wash station ate my tokens, I had to email and make dozens of phone calls just to finally get refunded. And just now, another vacuum machine ate my token again. God knows when I’ll ever get this one back. This is supposed to be a self-service car wash, but customers shouldn’t have to chase their own money like this. Very frustrating experience.

Great prices, good car wash for self service. Loved that while we were there there were employees constantly cleaning any area as soon as clean cars left. Highly recommend!!!
