Take to long of breaks talk on the phone the hole time on Sunday may the 4th time was standing there for 23 minutes I arive at 3.40am left at 4.05 and the sign is still up be back in 10 minutes

Made me stand in the cold and didn’t understand anything I was saying. Couldn’t get anything to drink. What a waste of time. Avoid this store at all costs.

Price on the sign was $2.89. Actual price at the pump was $3.19. I told the cashier and he didn’t bother to change it.

My credit card was skimmed here. No obvious skimmer setup. Makes me wonder if the station or somebody working there knows about the scam?

Way too long to fill up means dirty filters in the pumps. A few minutes for 1.5 gallons of gas at a price that is $0.20 higher than neighboring stations. Never stopping here again.

Car wash barely works and vacuum does not work but has no out of service sign on it. Told store and their response - call the number on the machine.

MY CREDIT CARD INFO WAS SKIMMED AT THIS STATION on 6/18/2019. Purchase gas here with caution! (There were no visible signs of pump tampering or skimmers. I always check.) Also, getting in and out of this station is always a hot mess. It's designed TERRIBLY. Will not visit this station ever again.

I was charged an extra $1.50 on a seperate transaction according to my bank statement. I spent, 10.35. I went back to ask about this and the young guy behind the counter, smh. You wouldn't believe. Anyways, I got nothing accomplished except a headache. If you go there accidentally, make sure you ask for a receipt. I wish they had quarter and/or half stars.

I have been going to this store for over 15 years, I have never been treated abd spoken to the way I was today. The "manager" Sam, told me to go elsewhere because I didn't know how much gas I needed. I was going to fill up, could be $75 or $100, I gave him my debit card and asked for $100, as he was giving back to me he told me I could go elsewhere. I will never return here. Needless to say I cancelled my transaction.

My card information was stolen from this gas station specifically. Not from another location... Here at this shell at on 4545 S Lamar blvd. I only used this card at this station (because of cash back on an app). 100 percent my card info was stolen here. I use cash everywhere else. Also 4 out of 5 times.this place has the doors locked and nobody answering the after hours window. This place deserved zero stars for that alone. For being a hub of credit card skimming and just shady business practices in general, that deserve less than 0 stars. Do not spend your money here. This is the least legitimate business selling Shell gas in central tx. I drive 10k plus miles a month so I say this with confidence. THEY ARE EITHER THEIVES or are complacent in helping THEIVES steal your money.

Car wash was bad, but their customer service is even worse. My car left a car wash covered by foam and with a dirty rear window. I asked attendant to rinse it. The only option I was generously offered was to pay for another wash in a hope it will be better. Truly unforgettable customer experience

Only 2 out of the 4 pumps worked and they were occupied. One of the cars wasn’t pumping gas, it was parked. I went inside just to find both attendants flirting with each other. I asked if they knew who the owner of the parked car was and they said it was theirs so I asked them to park somewhere else. They gave me attitude for asking.

I bought a few snacks here and was charged $44.69. When the transaction was completed the men at the counter began shooing me away without giving me a receipt. There were no price tags on anything and when I went to ask for a receipt the two men at the counter did not seem like they knew what I was talking about. They then asked for my credit card number, From there I just said never mind and left. Once I got home I compared the prices with other gas stations and stores and it seemed like I was charged an extra 10-20 dollars. No one is answering the phone calls either. Waiting to dispute it with my bank. After reading the other reviews from this gas station I am almost positive that my card information was nearly stolen.

The pump at this gas station malfunctioned and covered me in gasoline on December 15, 2024. It was in my eye, nose, mouth and all down the front of my body right before a Christmas party/ birthday celebration (mine). The staff refused to let me use the restroom or help and instead pointed to the soda fountain water…. No help was offered and no one has refunded my gasoline. My clothes were ruined, my car reeked of gas from riding home in them, my night was ruined and I had to go to the doctor for my eye. I submitted a full complaint to shell for reimbursement of damages and have not heard back from anyone. I see they have since removed their phone number from Google as well.
