My first time at Washaroo was outstanding. They brought life back to my old Volvo and did an immaculate job at a fair price. What will keep me coming back was their honesty, as they didn't take the bait to sell me something I didn't need when they had the chance. Most other car washes feel like a time share pitch and you never know exactly how much you're getting screwed by the greeters. If you hate that as much as I do and prefer simple, straightforward pricing, give them a try!

I came here after my car had been vandalized with what seemed like brake fluid poured all over my soft top and dripping down the sides of my C300 cabriolet. The people here met me with so much kindness and care. They acted quickly to get it off completely and did not charge me for it given how terrible my day had gone! I will be going here for my car washes from now on, especially because they also did a great job! (See before & after pictures)

JT here saved my cars paint!! This man is an absolute car hero. My car got a mysterious stain while parked with a valet and the team here was able to remove it. They tried a dozen different ways to remove what could have been a permanent stain and succeeded when we thought the job was impossible. Truly, incredible work. These guys went above and beyond saving me thousands of dollars and taking one of the more stressful situations and turning it in to a positive. I cannot say thank you loud enough.

Brought in my wife’s minivan for a Full Detail - it was trashed by our 5 kids. The team did an incredible job cleaning it top to bottom, inside & out. Staff was super friendly, Arturo kept me posted with text updates throughout the process, & my family is super pleased with the results! We will be back!

Decent at basic cleaning but always miss something big. I was reluctant to come back for a detailing after canceling my basic wash subscription because I didn’t love the service and this time they didn’t even wipe down the whole rear cargo let alone detail it! The guy was super nice, they always are but I’m just always left with a little bit of disappointment. The stuff they did pay attention to they did it well. But for a full interior detail I’d expect a bit more. The marks on the leather I was able to wipe off with my finger so it wouldn’t have stood a chance against a slightly damp cloth so I know they didn’t touch it.

AMAZING service from Arturo and team - will definitely be coming back! brought in my 2009 x terra that has rarely been washed and never detailed. i’ll admit i was embarrassed at the condition it was in, but the washaroo team made me feel so comfortable and everyone was judgment-free. from a girly that is always intimidated by car stuff, they truly want to help you find the best solution for the condition that your car is, within your budget. stains that i haven’t been able to get out in years are undetectable and my car has never smelled so amazing. they even helped me take off some old sticker from the dealership and restored my headlights. overall, it really is a night and day difference, so much so that i purchased an annual membership. 5/5 would recommend!!

Based on the reviews, I decided to try them out. I pulled in and was greeted and recommended the $40 wash which includes the exterior, interior, windows, and wheels/tires. 35 minutes later, my car was ready. I paid, tipped and walked over. The outside looked good apart from the streak marks on the roof and spoiler, but the interior was disappointing. I let the attendant know there were a few areas inside that need more attention. He happily came over with a damp microfiber towel and wiped it all down. I thanked him and left. The photos I took were after the 2nd wipe down. I guess they don’t really clean the interior but rather wipe the surfaces with a towel. It left streak marks on everything shiny and lint all over the leather seats. I was hoping for a little more care. If you’re in a hurry and don’t worry over details, then you’ll be fine. I will most likely not be returning :(

Not worth the price at all. I went more than once hoping the poor service my first time was a fluke, but I was disappointed again so I guess shame on me! Interior was barely touched and the exterior wash was lazy with no attention to detail. The staff is nice and timing wise they’re efficient. But that’s about it when it comes to compliments. I hope they make improvements in the future, but for now I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The washaroo is my go to place to have my car detailed! The attendants are always incredibly helpful with great customer service. When it comes to detailing your car, the crews are incredibly detailed. They use an air compressor to get the areas a shop vac won’t reach and they always clean your mats. Before I traded in my last two vehicles to the dealership I had the Washaroo detail them and I received top dollar. They do such a great job handwashing my vehicles that my parents who live in New Braunfels bought a membership to get their cars washed whenever they are in town visiting. You can also grab a coffee while you wait at the Taco truck!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff is friendly and the results are always top-notch. I signed up for their membership program and it’s been a total game-changer. On top of that, they went above and beyond recently by removing some pretty deep scratches from my paint with their buffing service. I was amazed at how flawless it looked afterward you’d never know the scratches were there. Highly recommend!

Two stars because it was quick, but otherwise, not worth the money. I did the basic wash which was $45 I believe. It includes tire and rim cleaning and an interior vacuum and wipe down. When my car was done it was visibly dirty from the outside with dirty towel marks everywhere, I had the guy there wipe it off. It appeared the whole bottom foot of my vehicle had not been cleaned. I've attached to photos here of how dirty my car was after it was cleaned. I don't think this place is thorough at all, you're probably better off taking the time and cleaning your own car for the quality and price here. I ended up going to the nearby AutoZone and getting wipes to clean the interior. I'll have to clean my rims on my own as well, apparently. Looking to sell my car so I was hoping for a quality wash at $45 but no dice here. EDIT: adding two stars because I ended up bringing the car back and they re-washed it and the tires. They offered me a mini detail to make up for it but at that point I had already cleaned the inside of the car myself. I'd maybe go back here. At this price point though you just want to know it'll be done right the first time. I recommend giving the car a good look over inside and out before leaving at the very least.

JT and his team are amazing- super friendly, always greeted with a smile, and leave with my car looking sparkling clean. It’s become my go-to and though the line gets long at times, it’s a great time to get work done. I have an annual membership for unlimited washes and is a great deal IMO. Highly recommend if you’re in the area a lot and are anal about a clean car. Pro-tip: if you have a lighter colored car, don’t get tire shine.

A Game-Changer for My Car's Appearance. Massive shootout to JT and Arturo! I've always been on the fence about car wash memberships, but after getting a 1-year unlimited membership at Washaroo, I can confidently say I'm a convert. I have the 1 year car wash plan, and it has completely changed how I maintain my M6. The quality of the wash is fantastic—my car is always spotless, the wheels gleam, and the paint looks protected and shiny. The staff is always so friendly and efficient. I can pull in, get a quick wash, and be on my way in minutes. It's so convenient that I find myself going much more often, which keeps my M6 looking great all the time.
