Please tell me why a 24hr store is closed..the clerks are standing inside the store. And when they are open they have terrible customer service and clientele management. Just had an awful transaction with rude clerk.

Um obviously it's not 24 hours anymore 🤔🤔 so will VALERO ever change the 24hr advertisement cause the cashier this AM at 3:45 said CIRCLE K isn't 24

Went in to get gas and coffee, coffee cups not stocked place was dirty .. went to get a hot dog there was a fly sitting on the hot dog tray.. went to pay the lady was rude no greeting she was on her phone her text seemed more important than me .. I will never stop here again

Don't go here early in the morning unless you want to be rudely disrespected and treated like a piece of garbage by the person that's running the counter this guy seems to think he owns the store is very rude doesn't know how to work the register gives back the wrong change can't figure out how to do cash back on the machine very rude and disrespectful has no respect for our veterans threw one out of the store because they did not know they couldn't buy alcohol before 7 a.m. And when the soldier tried to explain that they are not from Texas and what she is visiting on his leave this person who looks like he has a mental disorder may be slightly retarded started cursing at the veteran and started screaming and yelling and throwing him out of the store and taking things out of his hands which is invading his personal space not to mention the soldier could have PTSD and that is not a very good thing to do to someone who served his country I would not recommend coming to the store or spending your money here it would be well spent at a place who has better respect for the people giving their lives and risking their lives to keep us safe

This store is open 24 hours a day and is the only store on Montopolis Dr open 24 hours. With that being a fact, it usually has many people begging for money outside and crime. Needs security bad.

My gas light had came on and this valero store was the 1st one I seen so I go in unfortunately for me all I had was a $100 bill and no debit card I go in and the cashier smells like weed the other one is on her phone she sees my bill and says to the other one I'm leaving and you have no cash for no more Bill's and im like well all I have is a bill my gas light is on please help me out the other on the phone says we cant even take that cause we've been getting a lot of counterfeit around here so i say this is convenient store you all should have at least the pens to check the money so she says we ain't got one yet so I tell what am I suppose to do now she says idk got to shells I ain't got the change smh ghetto and unhelpful

The reason i gave one star because if u go here after 6pm there are pan handlers begging for money if u go after 9 omg there are drug users and dealers just standing in front of store. The users begging for change to give to the dealer.

The ladies here during the day are absolutely amazing and lovely, but they seriously NEED a security guard there!!! Every time I've gone in there a homeless man has stolen from them and even when confronted just walked out the door. Today my hubby and I were there, and one guy boldly stole when confronted to leave, and another guy with a mental illness walked up to me and one of the ladies told him to leave me alone, and he didn't until I radioed to my husband who was a few pumps away to help get him away from me. Then the guy tried to go into the store and was told repeatedly to leave by what I assume was a manager or team leader, and he wouldn't until my husband stepped in and told him to go. They'll back off from a strong man, and that's what they need there. I would hate for those women to get hurt!!! Otherwise it was a wonderful experience 💜

Cheap gas . It was much better when they had the discount gas cards. I think they have now been discontinued. We had a good run , all thru the period of covid . I hope they crank the discount cards up again . They practically got all of my. Business.

This Valero is an oasis in a neighborhood whose quirks can sometimes be off putting. It is the only viable 24-hour gas option east of HEB on Oltorf. The staff are friendly. If you are an aficionado of convenience store hot dogs, tare it up. There is also a minimally viable restroom and a carwash.
