I go into sheetz to grab a cherry slush for my son. The green light is on so that means it’s ready right. I get the cup and hold it under the nozzle. I pull the lever down and red shut goes spraying everywhere. Oh and the best part I have on my white sneakers and a white tank top. I go and tell what looks like management and all she can say is oh I’m very sorry about that. Like no….. this is unacceptable.

I was having a bad time. I just got my bike back from the dealer..it's a EV bike and was supposed to be charged and it wasnt. So I made it half way home and needed to charge it. Sheetz is always cool and let's me charge my bike. I didn't ask or mention this to anyone. Just got a drink and a smoke and was going to wait it out. While was here they offered me a free pizza. Everyone's super nice. I see low ratings for this location but honestly the people working their are great. Some of the customers and stuff that comes in on the other hand pretty trashy area. The story can't help that. Really chill and happy ths to can turn to a place like this to just stop and relax. Sheetz 24/7 service really helps me out in a bind. Only gas station I go to.

If I could give no stars I would, I’ve made 3 orders and every item was incorrect. Half of it I can’t eat because of allergies or food restrictions. Also trying to communicate with them is like waiting for Santa Claus in May.

Not sure who restocks or what but it’s unacceptable to be running out of basic needs. Terrible spot to go for a quick grab and go! Stock up your drinks!

We used to shop here all the time, we live nearby. Now, we skip it for the circle k down the street almost exclusively because of this location’s “door man.” He’s a panhandler that stands at the front door and seems to kindly hold the door open for you. Then, on your way out, he holds it again and asks for money. Sometimes he’s polite when you refuse, other times, he calls you names and yells. He is ALWAYS there. Right at the front door. He can also often be found smoking nearby with Sheetz employees. Obviously the company doesn’t mind his presence, but we, and all of our neighbors who have stopped coming here (especially those with children like us, it makes us extremely uneasy) and discussed it at length on the Neighbors app, do.

Love the breakfast sandwiches here,way better than you would get at any fast food place and better price, just takes a little while longer to wait for it to be fixed. They also have some x-rated pastries :) . Their gas prices used to be better but now they are about the same as everywhere else.

Every trash can is overflowing with trash which is now all over the parking lot. If the outward appearance is this bad, I wouldn’t chance cracking the door of the bathroom or eating anything g prepared. Where is the management at this store? I will be so glad when the Handy Hugos opens up on Spring Forest Road. They get my business going forward.

This place is always filthy. From the parking lot to the restroom, from the drink case to the check out, trash is everywhere and the floors are sticky. They’re always under stocked and understaffed. I’ve never been to this Sheetz when I wasn’t disappointed.

Manager comes to the window with the bag of food and says, “I thought your order was a JOKE”. Seriously appalled that she felt the need to make that comment. Come home to see that the food was half filled. She shouldn’t be a manager/supervisor let alone working with the public. So unprofessional. Why did I pay for 3 buckets when I was given this small amount? Sorry my order bothered you so much that you felt the need to not give me what I paid for.

The treatment was extremely poor, and the reaction was completely inhumane. and the manager does not treat people well. I had a very bad experience there.

this used to be a nice place.I go there mainly at night now so that might make a difference.I'm in the Rideshare Business. I go to all the Sheetz stores multiple times everyday . I purchase me to order drinks daily and they all make them different but this particular store is the worst when it comes to consistency. when I try to get it fixed they argue with me and say they made it right.in fact every store does this.they argue with all the customers and make them feel like they made the mistake they just don't want to deal with it. I have been ordering the same drinks for years. I hate leaving there disappointed

This is one of the few places you can order from that's open late. But the employees who work the late night shift are absolutely terrible. They will always get your order wrong, and it will always be served cold. The food is also just plain bad. If you are gonna eat it, do so very slowly, or you might hurl.

Worest location ever. We went with friends and ordered food, and while eating manager came and said that we have been there for over hour and half which is not true, and asked the policeman to come and ask us to leave. Manager was super rude his name starts with an "S" i think Saieed or something like that. Will never go back to that store.

Did management change because this place is terrible now! It’s dirty, full of homeless people hanging out. They won’t even cash lottery tickets over $50…. Or at least that’s what I was told by the cashier today. I find that odd because I’ve always cashed winners there. It was lunchtime. They had the money. It’s fine. That’s the last time I stop here. There’s always a problem now 🙄

Richard supervisor showed bad customer service services! I asked him Do they still ask for rewards . He said no I mean don’t have to say it. Sheetz being a supervisor I know that’s not the correct way. Then he have attitude while being on the phone . I order food and the food was so sloppy and. Richard and this shift was on the phone 1:19 am .

Let this picture sink in people's. This is supposed to be a nachos with cheese and banana peppers and jalapenos. The option for chill was not available. They put 3 drop of cheese and gave it to me. I went to get the hollidaze sub they did not put the cranberry sauce I made it all the way home they said come back and they will make a new one I feel like it should have been made right the first time I live 15 min away and don’t feel like driving back I will never order food from here again it’s a waste of time where can I share a pic of this also barely any stuffing

What has happened to this place? First they changed the chili and now it is so bad to the point of being disgusting. Went this morning and got 2 hot dogs and wow looks like they are from WW1. So bad tasted like cardboard and sheetz used to have the best chili cheese dogs money could buy. So disappointed with the quality of food this place has been putting out and I am ashamed to say I am from the same area as their corporate office.
